About this house rental
Situated in Rocky Point, this attractive house for $523 per night is a great choice for your next break. -This beach home has 6 bedrooms and 4 baths which makes is the perfect multiple family getaway home. It is located in the gated community of Las Conchas in Rocky Point Mexico and has incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. It is just steps from the beautiful Las Conchas beach. It is the perfect rental house for a large family or multiple families who would like to vacation on a budget. Each room is expertly decorated and different from the other rooms. It has a full service kitchen and dining room or you can dine on the balcony overlooking the ocean. *Maximum occupancy is twelve (12) people including children. **Owner (property manager) lives in guest house (separate entrance and yard from main house). All rules will be enforced. ***Rent this house for three nights on holiday weekends and two nights the rest of the year. We spent two nights at this lovely home with my husband's parents and brother's family. With 6 bedrooms and 4 baths there was plenty of room for privacy but also plenty of space for gathering together. The house has so much character and is really lovely. Just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and a hose on the front patio made it easy to wash off sand before going inside. We'd definitely stay again in the future.

The house was great. It fit my family of 12 perfect. Lots of room and super clean when we arrived. Host also had great communication about everything we need to know. Would re-rent for future vacations :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The owner was great and quick to answer any questions I had. The location is great; it’s just a quick walk to the beach. Super clean well taken care of home that was just as described. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We race offroad and are in Peñasco 4 times a year for races and at least a few other times for leisure and this is the best house we have stayed in. The owner/manager was very communicative and friendly.

This is one of the best rental properties we have stayed at. Very clean, convenient, safe, and accommodating for large groups. Beds were comfy. Definitely book this for your Rocky Point vacation!

Amazing home!
We went with another family so 11 people total. This house was perfect fit for us with plenty of space. Our favorite part was the roof top view! 🥰 also the decorations were amazing, the courtyard with the showers were a game changer with kids....I could go on and on! Also such a short walk to the beach! Seriously we loved the place and had no complaints. Bob was fantastic to work with and we loved communicating with him and having him so near if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice and big for big families
Everything was good the house was big for larger families. Check in process was good it was clean . The only thing is I felt like we needed to walk on eggshells since the owner lives in garage . Other then that everything was good .

Amazing beach house
We chose this location as a family not only for the amazing artistry and decoration but for how close and safe it was to the beach. The house is about 10-15 minutes away from the center of town but is well worth the booking. The decorations in the house gave it a very homey feel. The views from the second deck lets you know why you chose the place as you get the cool sea breeze and amazing views of the ocean. The house was completely stocked as well with pots and pans, which is super helpful if your looking to skip breakfast in town and save some money. You cannot beat the view! Also a very calm neighborhood with constant security which makes you feel more at ease if you are visiting from out of state/country. This home would be amazing for multiple or single families as it has the space to accommodate. Overrall very happy with our experience as this was our first time using Vrbo. We are definitely looking to book again in the near future with Bob. Thank you!

Place was beautiful and well kept. Wonderful place to relax and get away. Wonderful weather at time of our stay. House manager easy to get a hold of and he was quick in responding back. House had wonderful view of ocean.

A group of friends and I stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed every bit of it! This house is Huge!! Has great patio views and numerous rooms some have multiple beds in them which was soo convenient. I highly recommend staying here!
