Nestled in Rocky Point, this lovely condo for $498 per night is a great choice for your next trip. THIS UNIT IS A FULL THREE BEDROOM WITH EACH BEDROOM HAVING ITS OWN BATH. Las Palomas is a luxurious, 342-acre, gated, master-planned resort community featuring many 5 star amenities including breath taking views and miles of white sandy beach on the Sea of Cortez just steps from the Condominium, beachfront living, championship golf, two fine dining restaurants (one already awarded AAA 4 stars), fitness center, mini grocery/gift shop, underground parking, a spectacular pool area featuring a negative edge pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar, a lazy river, water slide, water features, a walk-out beach with cabanas and poolside drink and food service. Ideally located on Sandy Beach, Las Palomas is far enough away from the city to avoid the crowds yet close enough (5 or 10 minutes) to go shopping and to dine. Our three bedroom, three bath condo has over 2600 square feet of luxury, including the balconies. Granite countertops, floor to ceiling travertine though out condo, including bathrooms. Laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. The living room has a 65” FLATSCREEN LCD HDTV SMART TV with a DVD. Each bedroom has a Flatscreen LCD HDTV. The condo is professionally decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. Internet TV broadcasts both Phoenix local and Spanish language broadcasts. The dining room can seat 8 people plus the indoor kitchen bar allows for seating for an additional 4 people. The front balcony has an unobstructed view of the beautiful pools and ocean. The back balcony has unobstructed view of the 18 hole Championship golf course. The kitchens has sliding pass-thru windows that open up to an outdoor bar with 4 additional bar stools. We have Internet with a desk top computer. Wireless is available for your Labtop in the Condo, and wireless though out Las Palomas GOLF MEMBERSHIP, CALL FOR EARLY TEE TIMES, 2ND BALCONY-GOLF

We enjoyed it all. The views , from the front deck in the mornings to the back deck in the evenings. The views were amazing and the condo was beautiful and very comfortable.

Very nice 3-bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, all with King-size beds made this a perfect location for 6 adults. Check-in would have been easier if there were luggage carts available to bring items from the car to the elevators and on up to the rooms. Lovely place with awesome views from the patios on each side. Looking forward to staying again for a longer length of time!

The unit is better and more spacious than even the photos showed. It easily accommodated 8 of us and the layout was great with somewhat of a split floorplan. The hosts were very responsive and even assisted us in trying to locate some lost airpods. The only downside to our stay was the resort turned off the water several times a day for most of our stay due to an ongoing water shortage in Rocky Point. This wasn't the hosts' fault, of course, so I can't fault them for that. Overall- highly recommend and would stay again!

This was our first visit to Las Polomas. We normally stay at other property. We were impressed with the accommodations. Truly enjoyed the pools and the views from our balcony. The condo was well appointed and suited our needs perfectly. We will return.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the condo; it was roomy and everyone loved having their own bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked and the view was gorgeous! We will definitely be back 😉

Overall the condo was beautiful and clean. Everything you need to be comfortable was available. The only complaint was the reservation was under my husbands name and I didn’t change it. It took us about 4 hours to check in which was too long. The resort said that with my husband emailing a picture of his driver license and authorizing me to use the reservation to the resort email that would be enough for us to check in and they would not allow that they needed to hear from the property owner and the property owner would not help in resolving the issue finally got to check in after 4 hours after having to go to another building to talk to concier relations person. The owner never did answer there phone or messages until after the whole entire thing.

The layout on this place was amazing as it gave privacy to three couples. We were able to put two of our kids on the comfy couch, pulling out into a bed in the center of the two bedrooms. We felt that this apartment was perfect for hanging out both at the room as well as heading down to the many amenities. We spent eight nights here and had such an amazing time. We are sure we will be back.

It is extremely clean and well-organized. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to cook meals. Beds are comfortable. It is by far the best property we have stayed at in Rocky Point. The purpose of our trip was to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. Everything turned out perfect!

We turned them away several times as we did not always need this. Nice pools and beach access. Would place more KState items on the walls though. 😆

Everything was awesome. The only bad things were a broken door knob (which was fixed by staff quickly) and the drain in the 2nd bathroom was jammed and got clogged. View was awesome and kitchen was great.

Roger and Jan have absolutely done it! This condo is better than advertised... the pictures don't do it justice. We have stayed at Las Palomas 6 times always in a 3 or 4 bedroom condo. This by far is the best put together and the owners have thought about everything... the small details made our stay so relaxed. And we had zero problems and everything worked.. We have never lucked out with a comfortable bed anytime weve stayed here but these were awesome! We will definitely stay here again! Also they are fast responding and very accommodating. Thank you is a understatement.
