Situated in Rocky Point, this attractive house for $398 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS await you from this beautiful 5-star beachfront home! Casa Buenaventura is conveniently located at the entrance of Las Conchas, a private beach community located within 5 minutes from the Malecon and restaurants of charming downtown Rocky Point. You will enjoy stunning sunsets over the Sea of Cortez and beautiful beaches on the expansive oceanfront patio, leading directly to the sand. This home is located on a double lot for extra privacy for a private vacation experience. The oceanfront patio is equipped with 2 sets of dining tables, chairs and 2 chaise lounges. A charcoal grill and firepit are also available for beach-side BBQs. This vacation home is in the secure community of Las Conchas with 24-hour security guards. There is a large, gravel parking area for all of your vehicles and 4-wheelers. As you enter the private gated entrance, you are greeted with an expansive courtyard patio! This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home has a greatroom floorplan with amazing oceanfront views from the large sliding glass doors. There is a large kitchen island and bar stools with a large French-door refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with Mexican-themed dishes and every appliance and condiment for preparing all of your meals, along with grilling utensils for BBQs. The living rooms is decorated with leather sofas with a Queen sofa sleeper, large 55-inch TV with Direct TV and wifi. The Master bedroom is equipped with a California King bed with ocean views, and an adjoining bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom No. 2 offers a Queen bed with ocean views, and Bedroom No. 3 has 2 twin beds, all decorated in beachy coastal decor. Las Conchas has a serene, peaceful feeling, apart from the resort areas of town, that will leave you with a sense of privacy while on vacation. The full complement of beach vendors come by so you can enjoy banana boat rides, massages, horse back rides, jewelry shopping and more.

Well, I couldn't complain about anything during my families visit Thanksgiving 2023. The weather was great, and the water was surprisingly tolerable, extremely inviting! (Not that we swam)
Our goal was to get away from the 'turkey dinner' & the chaotic planning that this involves, and instead, relax by the beach. We did exactly that! We brought out paddleboards and had the most amazing time catching baby jellyfish, looking at all the fish below us, as we floated on the boards in the ocean. THE BEST part was on Thanksgiving day, we were able to watch the Thanksgiving football game, Packer Lions! The home had great internet, but actually SAVED us by also having Direct TV! We were able to watch this football game with NO issues at all. Thanks for sharing your home, and allowing my family to share this memory forever!

Immeditely entering the property the key broke off in the lock. The gate just pushed open. All the other doors worked properly. We reported the gate and gave them the broken key and were told we would be charged 6 dollars for the key. No biggie. The internet was out almost our entire stay. It was fixed the final night before we left. We had no internet, tv, or phone service while on the property.The property itself and location are great. Nice sandy beach right off the patio. All the conveniences of home plus extra...grill ( charcoal and propane) cookware, kayaks, chairs. The internet not working most of our stay was a major inconvenience and reason for 4/5 stars otherwise great property and location for a family trip to Rocky Point.

We got to the house and it is a beautiful house in a great spot on the beach. Very spacey. Only complaints, had to throw toilet paper in the trash (wasn’t ready for that) and the fridge and AC took a day to get cooled down.

I was worried about the check in process but it was great! Super easy and friendly. The outside patio that was facing the beach was perfect. We spent so much time on the beach because of the easy access and meal preparation was easy because the house is well equipped and convenient.

This house made our vacation. The house is beautiful with the best oceanfront patio. You feel like you are sitting on the beach without ever leaving the house. So much charm and great views. The house is very well stocked with kitchen supplies. You can’t beat the location for going into town. We can’t wait to come back!

Ah Las Conchas Beachfront does not disappoint. Had a wonderful and relaxing mid week break in this home. Enjoyed the view, weather was windy and cold for this time in March but it's been a cool winter this year. House was very comfortable. Both patios are fantastic, the beach facing and the front patio. Local massage comes to you. Check for business cards on the fridge. All were wonderful. My only comment is that the check in process was quite slow. The office seemed to have only 1 person who could take my down payment so I had to stand there until they decided someone else would receive the payment from me. I think they have a real estate function (beyond rentals) in their office. Not related to the rental but is part of the process.

We enjoyed our stay!! If you love snorkeling this is the place we saw tons of fish! My 8yr old and 11yr old just learned how to snorkel and they stayed in the water for hours.
The house was clean and well stocked up in the kitchen. The air conditioner was so nice! Make sure you bring extra toilet paper we only had 2 rolls for each bathroom and we stayed 5 days. If you want extra you have to drive to casago and pick some up. Other than that it was a nice house.

The house was so clean and well stocked. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was a perfect home for our family vacation. The concierge staff helped us book a chef who made a DELICIOUS seafood feast, and were so helpful with arranging other activities like a sunset cruise. I would definitely book again!

The property was clean and well appointed. It was also beautiful - loved the exposed beams and large back deck, where we enjoyed eating family dinner. The beach was only a few steps out the back door. The only downside is that with the rocky area common for this neighborhood, we had to walk the length of a few houses to allow the kiddos to swim, but that was expected and not a big deal. Overall, great experience.

Comfortable home
We arrived at 4:30 on check in day. The AC on one side of the house was not working, so the office sent out a tech, whom arrived quickly. It took about 24 days to cool the house off, which was difficult for the people staying in the bedrooms on that side of the home.
The home was set up well, and had plenty of kitchen items to use! We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs kept in the closet as well.

Well Equipped and Beautiful Home
Everything from making reservation to communicating with staff to checking in was so smooth. The kitchen is well stocked including spices, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc. The only thing missing was trash bags (only had 3) and paper towels (only had 1 roll) but we called and they were promptly provided the next day. (6 people there for 5 days) There is a coffeemaker w/ filters (non Keurig). No recycling. (We've stayed in LC before - pre-pandemic and there was recycling.)
There are plenty of beach chairs, a few umbrellas, and extra beach bags in master closet for use. We were told to bring our own (kind-of a pain) and all of this ended up being there. BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS! Limited bath towels. Good thing we were told to bring out own.
Great location for everything but the beach, which we knew. It's pretty rocky out front, but you can go down about 1 mile to the south or north and there is great sandy beach access. There is an abundance of beach to just hangout. Close to Malecon for shopping, eating, and partying. We ate at the Italian place on the hill - Pan e Vino - AMAZING!! Bought groceries at Sam's Club.

Fantastic Property
We had a great time, the house was everything we hoped it would be. As others have mentioned, a small closing garbage can is provided next to all of the toilets for any bathroom tissue. This isn't ideal, but we have encountered similar arrangements at other places in Mexico. A container of drinking water was waiting for us when we arrived, which was appreciated. The air conditioning kept he house as cool as we needed.
The only complain was about the check in process. We never received a check in email and had to find a security guard that directed us to the CasaGo office back in town, next to Little Cesar's. My advise, unless you are told otherwise, just stop there on the way in.
We hope to return to this house again in the future, it was fantastic!
