Only, a short one-hour drive south of the border, our fully furnished and newly remodeled condo overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Penasco. You are truly right on the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez. All of the photos of the pools and the beach are taken from the condo and accurately portray some of the amazing views surrounding you during your stay. Additionally, our condo has recently gone through a complete remodel with the goal of keeping the rustic charm of the Princesa Resort, yet adding the modern-day conveniences necessary to make your stay more enjoyable. Some of the many upgrades include Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet, USB charging ports in all rooms, HD TVs, DirecTV with NFL Sunday Ticket, Netflix, Bluetooth Stereo System, and Keyless Entry. A printed version of our Digital Welcome Book is also available in the condo. The condo itself has two floors with over 1,680 sq ft. and two private balconies. The Master Bedroom encompasses the entire upper floor and has a King size bed, a private balcony with a high-top table for two overlooking the water, 50 inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV, a large walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the main floor of the condo. The Pineapple Bedroom overlooks the beach and has a King size bed, 50 inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV, The Ocean Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 50 inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV. The main floor also has a balcony overlooking the water with a spacious bar top seating area making it the perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy the great views of the resort's private pools or the amazing views of the beach. The resort's courtyard has three pools (1 heated) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach. Maximum Occupancy is Strictly Enforced Maximum Occupancy is 8 (Six Adults and 2 Children 12 and Under) Exceeding the Maximum Occupancy will result in a Non-Refundable Cancellation of Reservation. Security Deposit: A security hold of $250.00 will be placed on the credit card used for this reservation (3) days prior to your arrival. No lines to wait in at the reservation desk. * Do I need to bring any bedding, linens, or towels? * No, you do not. These items are provided during your stay including beach towels. * Is there secured parking? * Yes. The resort is gated with 24 hour Security personnel. * What do we do for drinking water? * We do provide a 3-gallon water dispenser for you to use for cooking or drinking. We also recommend picking up some 8 oz bottled drinking water as well. * Is the condo Child-Friendly? * Absolutely. We have had quite a few families with little ones enjoy the condo. We do have a High Chair and Pack-n-Play for your use upon request. * Do I need to buy Auto Insurance? * Yes.
