Situated in Rocky Point, this charming condo for $385 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to Paraiso Luxury Condo on the Las Conchas Peninsula! Las Conchas is an exclusive gated community in Puerto Penasco made up of elegant, single family beach homes. Situated at the end of the magnificent Las Conchas peninsula, you’ll find the newly constructed Tessoro. Take your private elevator directly into a beautifully furnished, spacious condo that sleeps 6-8. There are three bedrooms (each with a king bed), two full baths and two private balconies -- one facing east and one facing west. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if extra sleeping accommodations are needed. Since Tessoro is located on a peninsula, you can enjoy a view of the water from every room in this 1755 square foot paradise…and that doesn’t include the outdoor space, which is another 500 square feet! Perched on the 4th floor, our location offers the perfect mix of a panoramic view of the seascape, coupled with of a view of the elegantly lit infinity pool and other interesting landscape and onyx light features below. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen that boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while overlooking the breathtaking Sea of Cortez. The owners love to cook, so the kitchen is very well equipped, as well as stocked with gorgeous stoneware to set an elegant table. Have dinner at the stone mosaic table out on the balcony while experiencing some of the most amazing sunsets you’ve ever seen. Take a warm bubble bath in the jetted tub behind the backlit golden onyx alter, or indulge in your own private hot tub on the balcony. Take advantage of the exclusivity of the Las Conchas peninsula, where you’ll feel like you’re on the edge of world with your own private beach. Explore the diversity of the tide pools that form differently each day, and even each hour. A bird watching paradise - take in the many different species of gorgeous birds that call the peninsula their home. You may even get lucky enough to spot dolphins, sea lions, or even the occasional fin whale. The estuary is also the ideal spot to kayak or stand up paddle board. For your convenience, there is a landline phone for your use to call the States, and a wireless internet connection. The condo is equipped with a Blu-ray disc player, DVD player, and four televisions. There is also a selection of movies. The condo has a c.d player, and 2 small Ipod docking stations. There is a private laundry room available for stays of 5 nights or longer (shorter stays require an extra charge). Within a few miles of Las Conchas, you can explore various parts of town with many restaurants, shops, etc.

This property is the best stocked places we’ve booked while renting in Rocky Pointe for the past 30 years. It has everything you need for the kitchen and overall is so comfortable. The beds were great, the host was so chill and the check in was super easy.
It was our first time at this particular location El Tesoro - as we have a new member of the family that is not allowed at other locations- a little doggie:)
We recommend this condo to everyone- you will not be disappointed:) we hope to be back again!

Overall had a wonderful experience! The beach at this property is exactly what we were looking for and the condo is perfect! Also the owner is super fast with communication and is very accommodating! We would def go back!

The beds were comfy, plenty of rooms for the family of 7. When we needed extra bath towels they were brought up promptly, much appreciated. A couple of useful items would have been dish towels for drying, the paper towels ran out and it felt wasteful to use them too much and the correct size filters for the coffee makers would have been terrific, we don't usually use a Keurig, and lids to fit the pots. Really enjoyed having the pool to switch into when the beach was too hot. Great views, quieter setting, spent lots of time on the balcony. We all enjoy cooking together, kitchen pretty much had what we needed, nice big fridge. I would definitely stay again.

Owner was very helpful with any questions we had. The property was a little ways out, but we knew it would be and we loved the beach and facilities! Property manager was helpful and friendly too.

The condo was nice but Tessoro was still being constructed. Private elevator was a nice touch but shaky and loud. Sewage smell on last night coming from drains and toilet got pretty bad. No restaurants, bars, vendors or even a little convenience store was on site. Manuel and Jesus were very nice and helpful but the place lacked in upkeep, trash and unsafe construction materials everywhere. We had kids and a dog so we noticed it all.
The private beach was the best part and very quiet. That is why we gave 4 stars. The condo itself was spacious and had most of what we needed.

*There isn’t an actual swim-up bar - one with alcohol, that is, but that was okay as we had our kids with us. Just don’t expect a stocked bar, nor a bartender to serve you anything.
The location of the condo is secluded - about 10-15 minutes from the nearest store, so arrive prepared with beverages and food. This was both an amazing aspect of our stay (we felt like we had our own beach at times), as well as somewhat of a bummer since it was a bit of a drive to be where the action is.
Overall, I’d recommend the property. Just know you’re off the beaten path - which could be exactly what you’re looking for.

Property was clean and a fabulous view from all the balcony's. The building is probably only 1/2 filled with livable condos, so we basically had the place to ourselves the first day (Tue), a few more on the 2nd and 3rd day. Overall though, not nearly as busy as the Sandy Beach area.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and cleaned daily. The beach was wonderful and we had a lot of fun swimming in the ocean. Manuel the property manager was very nice and could be seen walking the grounds.

While the drive may seem lengthy to some, it's the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of the holiday Rocky Point holiday crowds while providing very easy access to town for when you want to play tourist. The condo itself is amazing. It's appointed well with all the necessary appliances, dishware and flatware. Having three full bedrooms, each with a King bed, means there's no arguing over who gets which room with my kids because they're all great and all have amazing views. The pool area down below is fantastic and the condo's location provides amazing access to the beach. The private elevator to our condo was supremely convenient and having a door code for condo access instead of a lock and key meant we could just cruise down to the pool or the beach and not worry about who had the key, or even losing the key. Finally, the staff at the condo is tremendously helpful and can answer any questions you have, as well as point you in the right direction if you're looking for something in town.

One of the best stays in Puerto Penasco
I have been traveling to Puerto Penasco for the past 30 years for family vacations and this was one of the best condos I’ve ever rented. The facilities were clean and beautiful and there were two other families on the amazing beach and at the pool with us on Memorial Day weekend. The check in and out was incredibly simple with no wait. The balcony has sunset views that were unbelievable. My family and I made such amazing memories.

Simply a delightful and amazing place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at this property. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are extremely comfortable, the unit is furnished well and there are lots of towels. Check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The views from the balcony are spectacular with amazing sunset views. We saw dolphins from the balcony on three of the days we were there. The pool and jacuzzi on the Tessoro property are great. All in all it is a place we all enjoyed and a place we will come back to in the future. Thank you to the owners of this property for making it available for others to experience.

I chose this property because I needed a pet-friendly space for 6 close to the beach. This apartment was lovely and spacious with a beautiful balcony, great beach access and exceptional staff. The property owner was VERY responsive and my interaction with everyone there was top notch!

The condo was great as expected. Very accurate to what you see in the picture, it was actually more spacious then we expected. Very pet friendly place to stay. We will definitely be going back.

We booked this property with very little notice and the whole process was so great. The property manager was awesome and the owners were so responsiveness was unbelievable! The condo was absolutely spotless and very well stocked! The whole property is awesome. It’s a little far from stores and restaurants but the peace and quiet is well worth it.

The condo was super beautiful. The beds were comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked with great kitchen cooking items.
The balcony was super nice to relax on and take in the views. We Loved the master bathroom / bedroom. We loved that two bedrooms opened to the balconies. The third bedroom was cute and had its own kitchenette; but stayed super warm.
The property itself was dated. The swimming pool was nice with great views of the ocean sunrise and sunset. The furniture in the swimming pool area was really old and rusting / mismatched worn & faded. The pool bar was not very clean.. Parts were dusty and had Cobb webs throughout. In open view. The bar was only open from 12-5 friday - Sunday but closed early everyday, poorly stocked in fact wasn't stocked a lady came and brought a couple premixed beverages such as Pina Colda that was so Terrible we couldn't drink them. They had two beer options. They also had tacos at the bar. Both days they were sold out by 2:30. The bar staff was unfriendly.
You could see parts of the buildings balconies on one side of the building falling apart so it was unearving..
The property is super desolate. There is nothing in walking distance. So it's important to make sure you do a good store run for supplies and food before you come.
The power went out about 11 pm on Saturday and was out till approximately 8 am the following morning.
The owner was super nice and reimbursed us for 1 of the 3 nights. We decided to leave a day early as we were looking for more social and lively accommodations..of you want solitude it's a great place from away from it all.
