Nestled in Rocky Point, this lovely condo for $432 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We are the owners of beautiful a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo at the premier resort destination in Puerto Peñasco - Las Palomas Seaside Golf Community. When you get referred directly by the owner, you get to see the exact condo you will be staying in, and still get a great rate. In addition, because you are an owner referred guest, you get access to all of the resort amenities, including daily housekeeping and golf discounts. We are located on the Sea of Cortez, just 3 1/2 hours from Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona and 5 hours from San Diego, CA. Come to Sandy Beach in Rocky Point and see how much has changed, and how little has changed. Las Palomas is a brand new luxurious, 342-acre, gated, master-planned resort community featuring many 5 star amenities including breathtaking views and miles of white sandy beach on the Sea of Cortez just steps from the Condominium, beachfront living, championship golf, Hotel-like onsite lobby check-in, two fine dining restaurants (one already awarded AAA 4 stars), fitness center, sundries/gift shop, underground parking, a spectacular pool area featuring a negative edge pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar, a lazy river and water slide, water features, and walk-out beach with private beach huts and poolside drink and food service. Beach towels and lounge chairs are provided for your poolside enjoyment. Our condo is on the 11th floor of the Cabrillo building in Phase 2 (the newest phase). Our three bedroom, three bath condo has over 2,600 square feet of luxury, including the balconies. What do we mean by luxury? How about granite countertops, floor to ceiling travertine bathrooms and a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. The living room has a 47” Flatscreen LCD HDTV with a DVD and home theater stereo system, and each bedroom has 32' Flatscreen LCD HDTV's with DVD players. We have wireless and it even has a laptop computer for your use! The condo is meticulously decorated with all new furnishings and appliances - there are no hand-me-downs to speak of anywhere. DirecTV satellite broadcasts both Phoenix local and Spanish language broadcasts. The dining room can seat 8 people plus the indoor kitchen bar allows for seating for an additional 4 people. The front balcony has an unobstructed view of the beautiful pools and ocean, and has patio dining for six plus two chaise lounges. The back balcony has unobstructed views of Cholla Bay and the 18 hole Championship golf course. The kitchen has sliding pass-thru windows that open up to an outdoor bar with 3 additional bar stools. There is a barbecue grill on the back balcony for those who prefer to do their own grilling in the condo. Playing hooky from work? There's even high speed Internet if you need it. All of our reservations go through the rental pool at Las Palomas. It is the only way to legally rent from the resort and the only way to get access to all of the amenities at the resort. This is a great condo, and seemed really large with a fantastic view. The MBR is great with a door to the ocean side balcony while the 2 Guest BR are toward the back for more privacy. The furniture is very nice and can seat several guests indoor/outdoor. The kitchen is also well stocked with more cooking utensils than you probably need. We really enjoyed our time here and will come back!

Very clean suite. Everything was good. Easy check in and the unit had everything you needed. However, the A/C was not strong enough and it was hot inside. We told the lobby and they sent the maintenance person ,but did not do anything about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The inside and outside is beautiful. The only issue we had was it took a little bit of time to get our room. We were supposed to get it at 4 o’clock until about 430 to check in process was a little delayed otherwise great stay!

This condo in Las Palomas Phase 2 was fantastic! The rooms were spacious as was the living area, kitchen and two balconies. Everything at the resort was first-rate and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Highest rating!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here it Was even nicer In person . Had so much space for everyone , lovely interior design , spacious kitchen . Loved that everyone had there own space and also very easy to sit all in one place comfortably . Kiddos fully enjoyed themselves . Distracted them from missing home because of the Netflix , YouTube and whatever else . It made it easy for them to be away from home because this place felt as if it could be home . Great stay looking at dates now to re book .

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is incredibly spacious, and has more than enough room to accommodate the maximum amount of guests allowed. It was impeccably clean, the owners were always easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again and the rest of my family as well!

Condo was very nice with a perfect view of the beach and pools, it was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing I suggest is to fix the door handle to one of the guest rooms and maybe buy a new mattress for the master suite, we lay down and sink in to the middle other than that, everything was good.
