Nestled in Rocky Point, this attractive house for $504 per night is a great option for your next trip. Marbrisa de Cortez is a gorgeously decorated, five bedroom, 4 ½ bath home, with beautiful views of the ocean. There are three master bedrooms. Master bedroom one has a king bed, access to an outside patio and large private bath. Master bedroom two has queen bed, ocean view, patio access and private bath. Bedroom three has a king bed, ocean view, and private sink. Bedroom four is great for kids with a bunk bed, twin over full, ocean view, patio access and private sink. Bedroom five, which is actually a private guesthouse with a separate entrance, is spacious with a king bed, sitting area, kitchenette including sink, small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The great room is spacious and airy with large picture windows, ample comfortable seating, including a beautiful leather couch, wood burning fireplace, (bring own wood or fire logs) high definition TV with satellite and DVD, (bring own DVD’s) dining table, large breakfast bar that doubles as a preparation space, a beautiful boveda ceiling, and a fabulous view of the Sea of Cortez. The covered outside patio is spacious and patio furniture is provided. There is also an upper deck for relaxing and viewing the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Other amenities include central air and heat, and ceiling fans throughout, TV’s in every bedroom with satellite, beautiful tile work throughout the home, outside shower and large gas BBQ. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay). For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.

We enjoyed our two night stay but for the price we expected paper towels! We would not stay here again.
Pros: close to beach, cute house, close to town, plenty of space, liked the Mexican decor, good AC.
Cons: No paper towels, no shot glasses, patio furniture was not setup and needed to find it in the garage, lots of light switches that go nowhere, blinds were old and gross but bedroom curtains appear new, appliances were old and need to be replaced, busy street…needs work and could be much better especially for the price.

Our vacation stay at Marbrisa de Cortez was nothing other then frustrationg. Although the beauty of the rental is great , the plumbing was a complete joke and made left a bad taste in our mouths.When we arrived the water pressure was about zero. The well and pump is in the garage and flooding everywhere. They came to fix the issue but only put a band-aid on it. The water basically spit out of the fixtures and never really had consisant pressure. The toilets, when flussing, gurged loudly when flushed. When I say gurgled it sounded like the toilet was abolut to take a trip to the moom. The casita toilet leaked from the tank and had water all over the floor. Rust was also present in the pipes with would also leave rust on thebody.We also had issues with the fridgerator as it would cool when we got there. They brought another USED one out but it leaked from the freezer into the fridge all over our food. We also found old dog toys and human hair in the Casita bed. YUKWe will not be stayiong here at all again and will not rent from Oceano again.

This house was in a beautiful area right next to the beach, very spacious house that fit our group of people! Would definitely recommend to rent with this company, they are very nice give you a list of places for food that they recommend. Had a little mishap with locking the keys in the house, they came and unlocked the door within a timely manner and didn’t give us any problems about it.

We love this location within Los Conchas for the beach and for our walks when the tide goes out. This property is great for its views, its ability to accommodate our large family, and its cleanliness. This house not only has plenty of bedrooms but also a ton of bathrooms. The patio was in better shape this time, we spend most of our time there, followed by sunsets on the observation deck. Only negatives were the lighting in the great room didn’t work that well ( we just repositioned the lamps) and only half the grill worked. It was missing knobs and we couldn’t find a grill brush. This place will always be our go-to rental.

Nice house with open living room and kitchen. 2 bedrooms on each end of the house and a private room with full bathroom just outside connected to the garage. 10 steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Three small families rented this vacation rental to come down to Mexico(where we all visit multiple times a year). We were informed via the US embassy website that it was HIGHLY recommended not to travel to Mexico at that time due to potential boarder closures and the recent elevated COViD cases. I also called the embassy to confirm. We reached out to the property management company to either get a refund or credit for the place so we could make a trip down at another time(we also mentioned we understood there should be a fee to do this) and the management company would not work with us AT ALL. So we lost out on over $700 and these three families and their friends will never stay at another one of your resorts again. Not only would we not get any understanding on this issue, the customer service personnel were rude.
That’s enough in itself, but we were going to leave on Thursday and I had to go get a COVID test on the Tuesday before. Luckily I came back negative but it was a scare and I didn’t get my results until late Thursday evening.

Beautiful home, steps from beach
The house was beautiful, and tastefully decorated with rustic Mexican decor. It had all the amenities needed, and was steps away from the beach. The home was clean, with the exception of a few stray cigarette butts and bottle caps on the outside, along with a few cans/bottles on the rooftop(easy to miss) The only downside is the home is located near a public access to the beach, so there was a little more foot traffic than we would have preferred. Aside from that, the rooftop had breathtaking views, and the interior had everything we needed for our family. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

With exquisite direct access to the beach, you are just a hop, skip and jump from the sand and the Sea of Cortez. The views and sunset were amazing. This spacious comfortable home accommodated our large family well. We were glad to have a rental car as this remote location is about 15-25 minutes away from most popular destinations in Mexico (the Rodeo Dr/Cholla Mall, Old Port, Cet-Mar Sea Aquarium, ATV rentals, & Wrecked on the Reef Bar & Grill). We let the management company know the Direct TV satellite audio wasn't working, & about the cracked mirrored closet doors, the minimal hot water & water flow in the beautifully tiled showers, the missing cold water faucet in the bathroom, the missing TP roll holder, and several ceiling fan lights were out in the breathtaking great room, as well as the kitchen lights would randomly blink and turn off for extended periods of time. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated with Mexican accents and tile work, very comfortable beds & plush bedding. We would have enjoyed more plates & cups to host the 10 people accommodation the home boasts. There is a perfect mother-in-law suite off the main home that sleeps 2 and has it's own bathroom and kitchen ensemble. The home also has a outdoor loft patio that directly overlooks the ocean & shoreline- like a bit of heaven on earth! The winding spiral staircase was gorgeous. We enjoyed the beach vendors offering silver and other inexpensive goods. The management company was easy to access and even left the key in an envelope for our after-hour arrival! They speak English well and were very welcoming. We recommend this beautifully decorated home for your next Rocky Point stay!

Gorgeous property
Absolutely beautiful home to enjoy your Rocky Point experience. Very clean and eccentric! Lighting is lacking a little, however, sets a calming environment. Amazing view to the sea and easy access to the beach. Loved the two car garage so our vehicles were safe. This was a very comfortable home and hope to return.

Fun Time at Marbrisa de Cortez
The house was the perfect size for our group of 10 (2 families and grandparents). Beach access was close and easy with a great view of the ocean from the deck or living room large windows. The bedroom #5 casita was great for the grandparents to get away from the kids for a little while. The house was generally well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. However there was no dishwasher soap (there was a nice dishwasher, but no soap). There were only a minimal amount of bath towels and no wash cloths. The TVs were a little out dated and there were about 8 TV remotes lying around. It was a little bit of a process getting the correct one for the TVs. There was not any deck furniture as indicated in the photos for the upper deck. The garage was a welcomed perk and we were able to park out vehicles inside to feel a little more secure. Overall a good place to stay. We will keep this one on our list to repeat.

Beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located
The layout of the house is perfect! The main entrance is thru the living room. It has an open space between the living room, dining and kitchen which made it perfect for our group. The beds are comfortable and the house was nice and clean when we for it. It does not have a blender so it was margaritas on the rocks. We would definitely rent this house again!

This was a nice place and roomy but it definitely needs some upgrading such as Bedrooms need blankets and sheets that are not so old and one of the rooms near master bedroom needs blinds too much sun comes in. Need better lighting and label remotes which one goes to what light. TV needs to be upgraded with more late model like Flatscreen and definitely needs instructions on how to turn on all the surround system, too many remotes. Needs to be exterminated cause saw roaches and microwave didn’t work so called office to notify them. Over all stay and beach was great. It’s just people rent over time this house and I’m sure others that in time everything wears and tears. This home can use the upgrades�� I will recommend and rent again. I Love Rocky Point❤️

Our rental experience was awesome. Beach just a few yards away. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. AC unit kept us cool in main house. Only 1 suggestion would be is to replace AC unit in questhouse bedroom, 5th bedroom. Maybe a larger cieling fan would help. We recommend this house to family and friends. We stayed at this rental during a wedding and it was perfect. It was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Steps from the beach with easy access. Be sure to bring extra paper towels and trash bags, otherwise everything else is supplied.
