Located in Ocean City, this lovely house for $1,059 per night is a great option for your next break. This custom, handicap-accessible home with a boat slip is located adjacent to a bay canal in the much sought-after community of Heron Harbour Isle, a quiet bayside, family-oriented retreat situated in one of America's best east coast beach towns for families. The community amenities include two outdoor pools, lighted tennis courts (fees may apply), open green space, trails, and waterfront walking piers. There are quiet side streets for walking and biking and it’s a short walk to the beach, food stores, restaurants and shopping. Also nearby is an indoor ice skating rink (at the Carousel resort) and Northside Park, a 58-acre municipal complex that includes a large playground, ball fields, a gymnasium, picnic areas, jogging paths, a fishing lagoon and a 1/4 mile fishing/crabbing pier. Tastefully appointed, the home features a spacious open floor plan, 10-foot first floor ceilings, exotic hardwood flooring and comfortable furnishings throughout, providing the perfect setting for a memorable vacation experience. The first floor includes a large master suite; plus two additional en suite bedrooms, each with its own private bath (one with handicap shower and vanity) and TV; a large great room with a gas fireplace, wide screen TV and a built-in bar with a beverage refrigerator. The gourmet kitchen features custom cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances including a double wall oven and 5-burner gas cook top, granite counter tops and a large island with wrap-around bar counter for easy entertaining and additional seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a 10-ft dining table to accommodate large family meals. The great room opens out to a large deck with counter-height dining table (seating for 8), and a gas grill for outdoor dining and cookouts. The second floor features two spacious bedrooms (one of which is an en suite bedroom with 4 full beds), two baths, and a large recreational room with game tables (including ping-pong), comfortable seating and TV/viewing area. The spacious recreational room, which easily converts to a semi-private 6th bedroom option with an available queen size fold-out Murphy Cabinet Bed and adjacent guest closet. The recreational room with spacious bench seating opens out to a 2nd floor deck where spectacular sunset views of the bay can be captured from the comfort of Adirondack chairs. Situated immediately adjacent to a bay canal with a private boat slip, the homesite offers access to Assawoman Bay and surrounding waterways for boating, fishing, jet skiing and other activities enjoyed by water enthusiasts. The region is noted for its abundance of top-tier golf courses, deep sea fishing excursions, proximity to Assateague Island and Ocean City's popular 3-mile Boardwalk. Access to the house was easy and having a place to stay for wheel chair access made this the best experience for my entire group. The house fit all of our needs and we couldn’t have asked for a Better layout. Overall a great experience. We plan to use it again for future get togethers. Worth every dollar spent

Very nice place but had a few issues with hot water especially in the kitchen. Pictures made it seem all new and the outside furniture was older and not in great shape.. No instructions on how to run the electronics in the house i.e. TV ,stereo

Our family enjoyed this home and its amenities, the open space, well stocked kitchen and the deck was a great place for our family to relax and catch up. The bedrooms are spacious and baths were plentiful. We would recommend this home to a large family or a few couples wanting a relaxing get away.

Several of my brothers, sister-in-laws and our adult children traveled to Ocean City for a long weekend. We loved the spaciousness, layout and decor of the house. The location was fantastic. Far enough from the crowds but easy distance from the Ocean City bus stop, Wawa convenient store, grocery store and great restaurants. It was quite easy working with Brad and Judy. We'll be back!!

The house was perfect for our needs, 17 family members celebrating our 50th anniversary! The location was perfect for beach going, shopping, eating. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans for home cooking. We would definitely come back!

Not on the water as pictures indicated. Pictures are outdated. They show 6 bedrooms with 5 queens and 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds. Property actually had 5 bedrooms with 4 queens and 1 with 4 full size beds. It worked for us except out 16 year old grandson had expected a room of his own and, instead, had to share with his 3 much younger cousins.

This home was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation with tons of space to relax, play, and connect. I loved the kitchen/dining/living room configuration to chat and watch the kids while prepping meals. The location was amazing too, with the house being in a quiet, more peaceful part of the city with gorgeous views, but also super close to everything we needed or wanted to do. Brad and Judy were quick in responding to messages and answered all of my questions. 100% would recommend.

We absolutely loved this property. It was perfect for our big family that was coming into town to celebrate my mom and dad's 64th Wedding anniversary! It was big enough for all of us to stay and to not feel cramped. Communication with Brad and Judy was very good and the kitchen.....oh my goodness, in the entirety of our 10 year experience staying at VRBO's this is the first kitchen that was actually fully stocked!! We love cooking together as a family and this is a wonderful kitchen to do that! If we come back again to Ocean City we would definitely rent this place again! We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very spacious. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and the men enjoyed the dry bar in the living room for making cocktails. The kids had the upstairs to themselves and we didn’t even use the second living area space. The neighborhood was very quiet. Also huge plus having a brand new washer and dryer to clean your clothes before packing!

My three siblings and along with our families rented the Heron Harobour home for our first annual family getaway.
The home was the perfect place for our stay as it provided ample space for our large group, a beautiful location on the water in a prime area of Ocean City, and great amenities.
If we decide to return to Ocean City next year we are likely to rent this space again.

Nice house - Most of the rooms had their own bathrooms and that was a plus for the team. Old school rules with bring your own sheets and towels! Would have been challenging if we hadn't driven. We worked around the front door passcode not being remembered with an old fashioned key.

Location - The bay was beautiful and we were able to kayak, the sunsets delivered a show, walk to the beach was definitely doable, and beach was not overly crowded, convenient to grocery and Starbucks (and many other conveniences)
House - Two ovens and extra beverage refrigeration was awesome for our group of 16! Plenty of dishes and cookware! Appreciated the Keurig and regular coffee pot !The bedrooms on the first floor (3) were spacious and had bathrooms , upstairs bedrooms were also spacious . Beautiful hardwood floors. Lots of light. Clean. Back porches were amazing with breeze and view . Neighbor was friendly (bonus)!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With 8 adults and 8 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone. Sunsets were gorgeous and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Pool was great and the house was in walking distance to shops, the grocery store, and Dunkin' Donuts!

We didn't know what to expect but what we received was beyond our expectations. The home came equipped with ever gadget, all the varies sizes of pots and pans as well as plastic containers. Every room was immaculate and very well decorated. All we had to do was move in, enjoy and make memories. Brad and Judy thank you for being a gracious host and providing a beautiful setting for our "family holiday getaway."

Our group did not want to leave! The house is beautiful and the views are spectacular! The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had five in our group, so we all had our own bedroom, however the house can easily accommodate 10 or more. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. The fireplace was a nice feature on a chilly night. The views from both decks are outstanding! Nothing like watching the sunset over the water! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, however we were there in November, so summertime might be a bit different. Winterfest of Lights right up the street at Northside Park...beautiful! We had varying ages in our group and mobility levels and the house proved to be accommodating for all! Brad and Judy are wonderful hosts! They readily and quickly answered any question and re just super friendly! Highly recommend their beautiful home! We will definitely consider returning to Heron Harbor Isle!

The house is very large with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. The decks are awesome. The weather was great. The view was serene. The location is close to the beach and all the activities. This is a great place to call home for a stay in Ocean City. The kitchen is big enough for a group to cook and enjoy. There are lots of other amenities at the house that make it an ideal place for a large group of people. We would definitely stay here again.

This was such a beautiful house to stay in. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for all of us. Also it is wheel chair accessible. My niece has a power chair and she was able to move easily through the downstairs and they have a small movable ramp to get into the house. The owners of the home were so nice and helped with any questions. The house was very clean and neat. The house it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Awesome views of the sunset over the bay also. Will definitely go back to this house.

Beautiful property that fit my entire family with room to spare! The owners thought of pretty much everything. If only they had a boat LOL or fishing rods it would have been a dream. The bikes were a great touch, they just need to be replaced as they are a little old but usable. Anyway, my family has been discussing a Christmas stay.
