About this condo rental
Situated in Seacrest, this attractive condo for $676 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Capistrano #201 is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf-front/Beachfront condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Seacrest/Inlet Beach, just west of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The 1175 sq. foot condo sleeps 6 with 2 queens and queen sofa bed with premium gel mattress in living room. We are on the 2nd floor of a quiet, 9-unit Spanish-style building with professional landscaping that includes palm trees, gardens, a fountain, spacious backyard/play area with a 'sunset deck' for 'the spectacular 30A tradition of sunset watching, communal charcoal BBQ, parking, and bike rack. The 2nd floor is ideal in this building--high enough for a view of the ocean and only one flight of stairs when carrying luggage or groceries. No pool --but no pool necessary with the gentle Gulf waves! Our beach is not crowded, like some others. Also, we have a coded beach access gate to limit access to our walkover and beach waterfront. This is the ideal Post Covid vacation unit many are seeking….in a small building, free of shared hallways or elevators, with a very flexible cancellation policy, and contactless check- in via. Timed entry code. COVID cleaning procedures implemented include hand sanitizer and Covid Cleaning protocols with comforters and shams removed and all linens replaced after each guest stay. Great, panoramic views from inside and out! On your private balcony with a bistro table and 4 swivel chairs, dine outside, watch the dolphins and gorgeous sunsets, do your e-mail or write that novel! (There is an electrical outlet on the deck). All the conveniences of home with fully equipped designer kitchen, large flat screen TV/DVD, stereo system, Free wireless high speed internet, and washer-drier. Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with tub-shower . We have three HD TV’s with Netflix and Smart Apps, so bring your Netflix password or sign up for free 30 day trial while staying. Guest bath has glass block shower. Please read our Guest Reviews!!! We are quite proud of our return guest rate! Location on 30A bike path is 2 mi. West of Rosemary Beach and 1 mi. West of Aly's Beach and close to historic Seaside, between Destin and Panama City Beach--close to many independent restaurants, shops and bike and kayak rentals. Beach chair and umbrella rentals with daily set up services are widely available. (Google 30a beach services). Only 19 miles and 25 minutes from the new Panama City/ NW Florida Beaches (ECP) airport! We have stayed at many places on 30A and this was one of the best. We spent most of our time on the balcony and on the beach. The views are beautiful. Just an FYI the guest bath is not attached to guest bedroom. Also, if you have mobility issues this is probably not the place for you. The second floor gives beautiful views but stairs may be an issue for some. Like most spots on 30A there are also a number of stairs to get to the beach. It was not a problem for us - just helped increase our daily step count. It is possible to walk to Crabby Steve's from the unit. The beach is not crowded. The owner and manager were always responsive to any questions. If you want a relaxing stay in a nice condo with a beautiful view this unit gives you that.

We loved the layout of the place because you could see the gulf from the living area and kitchen. The balcony was roomy with really nice furniture. The appliances were new and very nice. The only minor complaint was the sand that the cleaning people missed. It was in the dryer and the living room. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very pleased with our stay! Perfect beach location and condo was just what our family of four needed for our short getaway! The kitchen is well-equipt with everything you need. Wonderful to have ice already made upon arrival. Would stay there again!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location, beautiful view, quiet property, fully stocked kitchen. Our only regret was having to leave. We hope to return soon.

This property was not was what we expected--it was very dark inside, very little natural light --paint colors didn't help it look bright and airy. No view of the actual beach due to tall shrubs. We checked out after one night--and our clothes that we'd hung in the closet just overnight, smelled slightly musty! On the plus side, location to restaurants and shops was good. We had hoped for a bright, beachy atmosphere and this didn't have that for us.

So enjoyed the beautiful ocean front view in this two bedroom condo over the Thanksgiving holiday! The location was perfect for our family to enjoy walks on the beach as well to other places along 30a.

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a girl’s getaway! Got in plenty of time rambling through Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Time on the beach was much needed. The view from the balcony with early morning coffee was a peasant touch!

We loved the location, access to the beach, closeness to nearby towns and restaurants, private beach, clean property, beautiful view, and update amenities. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice family with young kids living in the condo above whose steps were so well transmitted that the glass lamp in the living room didn’t stop moving and clinking when they were around. We fear that our neighbours in the ground floor condo had the same problem when we were around.
The matress in the second bedroom could do with a change but as the living room has a very comfortable sofa bed this was not an issue.
We overall enjoyed our stay on 30 A and already look forward to our next visit.

A Little Piece of Heaven
This is by far our most favorite place we have stayed at along 30a. The view is spetacular! We love the palm trees. They really add to the view. The living room/dining room/kitchen is very spacious and beautiful. The owner has thought of everything you might need. We love the long balcony. We definitely want to stay here again.

Beach Vacation
The condo has a great balcony overlooking the ocean and easy access to the beach. At the last minute we added an extra day to our stay and the owner was very responsive and helpful in making that happen. We will definitely return in the future.

We would definitely consider a return trip to this condo.

Perfect Oasis Away From Packed Beaches
Joan is a WONDERFUL host! She promptly returned all texts and emails to any of my questions. Her property is a perfect location. She also has a nice variety of cooking accoutrements for the foodie types that like to cook. Showers have great water pressure and lots of warm water. It's also nice to have a washing machine! We will be back!!!

This property and the managers are great. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay and getting to and from the beach is as easy as could be. Great location for nearby restaurants and there are a few grocery stores just a few minutes away.
