We had a great trip to Bozeman and overall enjoyed our stay in this rustic Bozeman house .
Pros: Great location - easy drive into downtown , pool table - loved it , nice fully stocked kitchen
Cons : The main reason we chose this house over other comparable (less expensive) choices was that this property had a nice jacuzzi with great reviews about enjoying it after long ski days . Unfortunately , this was the first winter that the owners chose to winterize the jacuzzi and thus it was unavailable to us . The ad still prominently displays “hot tub” as the first amenity so we were under the impression it would be available . Big bummer! In the owners defense , they did VRBO message us that the jacuzzi was not working but this was after we booked and unfortunately didn’t see the message until it was too late and we had already checked in. Another con was the Traeger grill looked like three racks of ribs were cooked and not cleaned as the grill and the drip pan were unusable unless we wanted to spend an hour cleaning it. Finally, the pictures are slightly misleading as it looks like you have total privacy but there is a home behind this one and there are no window coverings on several of the windows so you feel a little like you are in a fish bowl. Overall a nice property but we had bad luck that a few key items for us were disappointing.

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean home in stellar location. Loved sitting by the creek running through the backyard. Homeowners were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here as it’s a short Uber ride to Main Street.

The back yard is something to see with the creek running and the trees shading it is breathtaking. We saw a deer family and an owl. The home has a lot to offer. Workout room, game room, very nice kitchen. We did not use the lower level bed as the lock on that door is not very child safe. We made it work with the other 3 bedrooms. It can be very tricky pulling out of the driveway. The fence and shrubs create quite a blind spot so patience is a must. This home is really convenient for getting to town or any of the many other tourist destinations. We had a grand time.

The home was amazing, beautiful property! The kitchen was very well stocked. It was an easy drive to Yellowstone’s North and Northeast entrances. The hot tub was nice and big, the running creek was very peaceful. The workout room was a big bonus. I highly recommend. All 7 of us fit just fine.

I can't say enough good things about both the property as well as the hosts.
The property was beautiful both in the house itself as well as the surroundings. The kitchen was fantastic - the centerpiece of the house. All high-end appliances, well stocked, and incredibly clean and neat. The rooms were beautiful, with very nice bedding and furniture. The pool-table in the family room was a big hit as well.
The property outside is so relaxing and calm. You wouldnt even know houses near by. The stream that runs by the property is calming, and the chairs that the hosts have make for a great place to sit and relax at the end of the day.
Mark and Wendy are great hosts. We can't wait to revisit again soon.

We had a group of friends staying in town that we needed to accommodate for and this was a perfect spot! Plenty of space for a few couples and little ones. Amazing kitchen that was stocked for family meals, we used the grill multiple times, amazing outdoor space. It's close to Peet's Hill for short hikes/walks and a short drive to town. We look forward to booking again!

Everything about the place was spot on:
cleanliness, location, amenities, etc. The layout is funky but fit our needs perfectly. The hot tub was great! The pool table was a huge hit! We had some great pool matches amongst the family. My son wants a pool table and hot tub now! Really pleased with our stay! Thanks Mark!

We booked a weekend trip to Bozeman and were amazed at the beauty of this property. The backyard has an amazing creek that runs through it, with gorgeous trees lining the entire property. During our visit in the winter, we were lucky enough to see a ton of deer in the backyard that were very friendly. The host was also very helpful whenever we had issues, making us feel very appreciated. We would love to come back to this amazing property!

There were three of us at the house for two days snowboarding at Bridger and two more at Big Sky. Between the nice laundry areas to refresh your wet gear from the day, hot tub so you're able to go out the next day and very well equipped kitchen so you have everything you need to cook and not go out every night we couldn't have picked a better place for our trip. There was even a group of whitetail deer we got to watch at the creek every night from the hot tub! Instructions were great and comms with the host we're awesome as well. Highly recommend!!

We stayed over Thanksgiving break with our four children and two parents. The property had all of the amenities we hoped for. There were plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils to prepare a full turkey dinner. The kids were entertained by the pool table, hot tub, and countless deer roaming through the yard. We loved our time at the home and would gladly stay again!

Our family of 7, all adults stayed here for almost a week in early August. It was the perfect place for us! Close to downtown Bozeman, plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and lots of extras in the house we didn’t expect! We loved the fact that we didn’t have to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc, it was all there. And the cupboard was full of every spice you could ever need, again, a major plus! We loved the small creek in the backyard, where we had our coffee every morning, the wonderful hot tub that was so easy to operate (and very clean), and even the game room where we played pool. It was nice to be able to have the smoker to use, unfortunately, we did not use it, and loved the big Wolf gas stove. High end items all over. Overall, we had a great time! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone, it was a great place to spend time as a family.!
Oh, and Mark was very attentive to any questions we had. He responded very promptly, even though he was out of the country at the time.

We spent the week at this property while we were in town for a wedding. It is in a convenient location located close to downtown Bozeman and 15 minutes from the airport. The house was clean and had many options for entertainment during our visit.
The listing states it has 4 beds, which it does, but the full size bed located downstairs is extremely uncomfortable and squeaks with any movement making it difficult to sleep.
We also turned on the outdoor string lights around 8:30-9pm while we were in the back yard and they kept switching off by themselves as if someone else had access to the lights.
Other than that, it was a great house during our visit and the creek in the backyard was very relaxing to have your coffee by in the morning :)

This place is incredibly comfortable with something for everyone in our group. We had family staying nearby so some evenings there were a few extra people there and everyone had plenty of space to watch movies, play games or play outside, cook whatever. It was a great summer rental!

WONDERFUL Location !!!
What a perfect house for exploring Bozeman! We had such a great time with our family at this gorgeous house. The location is close to everything but a little removed to feel like you are at your own sanctuary. We have such a great time in the hot tub and exploring the stream in the backyard. Such a great experience and can't wait to come back.

Peaceful Hideaway Near Everything
The moment we walked into the house, we knew we picked the right place for a relaxing vacation. We spent every morning on the deck enjoying the sound of the birds and water from the creek flowing in the backyard. And we looked forward to coming home after our adventures to the same thing in the evening. Couldn’t get enough! The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay a great one. We very much enjoyed the game room in the evening whether playing pool or just relaxing in front of the tv in the leather recliners. The newly redone master bedroom/bath with rain shower was heavenly and the kitchen well appointed. We loved the location as it was close to hiking trails, Montana State, Museum of the Rockies and more! Mark and Wendy were great responding to questions asked. We were truly sad to leave and plan to come back again!

A Cozy Peaceful Stay
We had a great time there! The location in Bozeman is a perfect home base to explore the area and Yellowstone which, thankfully opened back up during our stay. The interior is cozy and rustic with nice comfortable furniture. Hunters might appreciate it a bit more with the countless horned trophies hanging in the rec room. But this place covered all the bases for us as far as amenities!

Visiting Bozeman for a wedding and stayed with our extended family at this wonderful property. Loved the creek sounds from the deck. Kitchen well equipped with top of line cookware. Traeger worked great. The many levels made the house seem big for the family to spread out. Mark was very responsive to any questions.
