My family rented this property for our Thanksgiving celebration, and it exceeded our expectations! The common areas were comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and it was easy for several people to be working at once. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds and thoughtfully decorated. The beach was an easy walk away, and stores, shops, etc., were very close by. Lewes is a charming town. Stacie is an excellent host who responded quickly when I did have questions. I can't say enough good things about this property!

This Property was just as advertised... all was clean, well maintained, well stocked and very comfortable. Great location and Stacie gave us everything we needed for a great week. Highly recommend!

We loved the house! The location is unbeatable. Stacie was easy to reach and very helpful for the one very small issue we had with one TV. We fixed it easily in less than 10 minutes. The bedrooms are comfortable. There were beach chairs and umbrellas and floating rings. There was even a baby chair which came in so handy for us. My only thought is that we wish we knew about needing sheets in the body of the original listing, not after the face. We also ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags when we were there. We had no problem buying our own but an extra roll of each would have been nice. Overall, we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

We love this house! Plenty of space for our family to feel comfortable. So nice to have the screened porch. We are lots of meals out there! Great location close to nature, walk to beach access, very close to Ferry ( with restaurant), community pool. Everything we wanted for our beach vacation! Kitchen is well stocked and there are toys, games and puzzles to enjoy when at the house. Stacie is wonderful to work with and super responsive! We love that we can bring our doggo too. This is our second time staying and we will definitely stay again!

6 college girls friends spent a weekend in Lewes Delaware catching up after 40 years. Stacey, the owner, was amazingly accommodating with our schedule and answering questions. Her home was simply perfect for our gathering. Great parking for 4 cars, a five minute walk to a beautiful beach and a very well appointed home. Everything we needed and more. The great room was comfortable for us around the island and in the living area with the fireplace warming us and setting the ambiance! Definitely a do again property and experience! Lewes has several terrific restaurants and fun shopping. Thank you Stacey for setting the stage for new memories with special girlfriends!

Nice house - tastefully decorated and well-equipped for our needs. The toy collection was a real plus for the 4 and 2 year olds with us. No more than a 5 minute walk to the narrow beach closeby. Passes included for parking in other places, rec center, and tennis courts. Lewes Beach is a very nice, clean place to chill on a sunny day. Didn't know the town of Lewes prior; much preferred over more crowded and commercial places closeby, such as Rehoboth. And Stacy is very on top of messaging and does what she can to make sure guests have what they need.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay! The house layout was perfect for my family and my parents. Each floor has enough space to spread out and has their own zoning for temperature control. -which was nice for my elderly parents who don’t like it too cold. The beach is a minute walk if that. It’s very clean and not crowded at all. Reminds me of the outer banks without the drive. Perfect for our three year old as the water is calm and she enjoyed watching the boats. The location is perfect as it allowed you to explore cape henlopen as well as downtown Lewes. The owner was quick to help and answer my questions. Highly recommend this house and location!

Perfect summer vacation home. The floor plan accommodates a family with all ages. It is well-stocked and delightfully decorated. Family members can bike, swim in a pool and romp in the bay or ocean. It makes for a fun and treasured family vacation spot.

This was our first time renting a house in Lewes, previously renting in Rehoboth and Prime Hook. Stacie's place in Cape Shores was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small children + my parents., and could have likely fit a few more comfortably. The location was a perfect launch spot for Cape Henlopen (bikeable), Cape May Ferry (right next door), downtown Lewes (bikeable), and Rehoboth (about 20min drive). We loved the pier and pool at Cape Shores and had plenty of space to relax as a family in between activities. The screened in porch was perfect for most meals! Stacie was very responsive. We hope to come back!

You can park your car here and enjoy the private beach, pool and tennis courts. We loved it for our small children (4,3,1,1). We had 5 adults and 4 children and felt it was ample room. We had two families and it was a perfect set up since our family could have our little space downstairs. My favorite part was walking along the beach every night to see the sunset, literally the path is 2 mins away from the house.

This was a great house in a great location. Perfect for friends or family. Plenty of space to be together or spread out. Basket of kids toys in the corner was a HUGE help, and a very nice touch. Short walk to the beach, clothes lines outside to hang wet towels or bathing suits. Impeccably clean, beds were very comfortable. Great stay.

We were 5 older ladies enjoying some time away from home and just being together. The house was extremely clean, very spacious, and beautifully furnished. So convenient for walks on the beach and out on the pier. Just a few minutes to town for shopping and restaurants. Stacie is a great host, helping us with questions and being very understanding when we had a bit of a mishap. We would love to stay here again!

I really enjoyed my trip to this beautiful house. The only thing that would have prepared me better would have been an updated webpage to show the construction going on next door. The pictures still show an open lot and a better view of the water. We were also a bit shocked when the banging and loud music started at 7:30 am bright and early on Saturday morning. But the house we rented was huge, comfortable, and clean. Very nice for two families to share.

Could not be happier about our stay. Went for a winter break from the city and this was perfect. Extremely clean and great space for a group of adults and post college kids. We all worked remotely from different rooms and house wi-fi could handle five people doing that. Went for long winter walks in the lovely neighborhood and beach after. Great TVs and fireplace too. Can't wait to rent in the summer but as a work from home get away for winter was really awesome.

This is a spacious and very comfortable home, with good separation of spaces, all the necessary amenities, and very easy access to the beach. It is also only about a mile away from the Cape Henlopen State Park and Cape May ferry. The property is clean, in a very good overall condition, and nicely furnished. The host is easy to reach and very willing to provide helpful information. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

This house allowed our family to be together when we wanted in the main living space and then to be alone in the lower living space and deck. The close proximity to the beach, park and shopping kept everyone entertained.

The main floor (2nd) is perfect for the primary family with the 1st floor being nice for a second small family, grandparents, or others. The layout provides some separation, but all under the same roof.Proximity to the beach is fantastic! Less than a quarter mile walk, very safe and easy. The pool was a bit more of a hike (.75mi?), but a very easy drive or bike ride. Also loved how close we were to the state park--easy enough to bike in/out. The screened in porch was a nice treat in the evenings. I look forward to a return in future years.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was great and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, access to a private beach in walking distance was exactly what we were looking for. The house also had plenty of toys and accessories for our young daughter which was a huge bonus. Stacie was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions that we had.
