One of a kind beach house with private sandy beach with oversized deck... tastefully appointed with breathtaking views from every room. Open floor plan, with kitchen, dining, and living room all sharing a wall of French doors opening up to the beach and bay. Gourmet kitchen great for entertaining. Two master bedrooms and 2 children's room. Directly on Rehoboth Bay: private sandy beach and water access right outside your door. This property was fully renovated in 2015. It is fully equipped with a modern gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, top of the line cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. All new furniture and furnishings. This two-story home will accommodate up to 2 families in 4 bedrooms, 2 baths plus an outdoor shower.

Property was spacious inside and outside. Wonderful water view! We enjoyed time on the private beach for morning coffee a dn sunset kayaking and kiting.

House was very well kept, clean. Cute private beach area great for kids ( rather than having to tote stuff from car to public beach for kids ). House is located near wet area so only draw back was mosquitos however candles and spray helped for evenings outside. Would definitely stay again.

This was one of our all time favorite rentals. The house is very well stocked and appointed with everything right down to a sewing kit in one of the kitchen drawers. The abundant pots and pans were of a high quality which made cooking very easy. The queen beds were comfortable, all bedding and towels were provided, in addition to beach towels and extra blankets which was a very nice hassle free feature. Lots of board and card games, and puzzles were provided in case of a rainy day. The outdoor shower and foot wash areas really helped to avoid tracking sand into the house. We loved seeing turtles on the lawn in the morning, and were amazed to watch ospreys, ibises, herons, and pelicans from the comfort of the deck furniture as they constantly flew overhead. It was a short walking distance to restaurants, live music, and to Vanderwende’s ice cream shops (which became a nightly must-visit tradition), which were all only a few blocks away. The ocean-side street access point was a 3-4 minute walk across the street for when the kids wanted to play in the ocean surf, but we especially loved watching them from our deck as they rented jet skis on the bay. We were amazed that they could stand in the water (chest deep) while they were very far out in the middle of the bay! The views of the bay were truly beautiful anytime of the day, but the sunsets were positively breathtaking. We couldn’t have been happier!

We had a wonderful stay. Very relaxing and the location is very close to area attractions. The bay is right outside your windows and the ocean side is a short walk. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching windsurfers out on the bay. Good home base to explore other area locations - Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach and Ocean City. Easy to get to from DC. Amenities were top notch, fast internet, nice big screen tv, etc. A great family vacation and we hope to come back.

Our extended family had an amazing time! The house comfortably fit our varied group and the views are even better than advertised. The house had everything we needed - the kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals as a group and there were plenty of cool hangout spots for us all. Overall a PERFECT stay - we will for sure be back!! Thank you, Stephanie and Fabrice!!

What a perfect house ! Lots of space , very clean , and what a perfect location . The private beach was amazing for relaxing , we were there in October so the water was to cold to swim , but we spent a lot of time sitting there with coffee and blankets in the morning , and in the evening with hot tea / cocktail . Had a wonderful stay !

We all loved our week at this house. It was the most well appointed home we have ever rented. The kitchen had everything needed for making meals. The beach towels were such a nice surprise. Our two and four year old grandsons LOVED the private shallow beach. we enjoyed the beautiful bay view and short walking distance to everything from beach to shopping and dining. we cant wait to come back!

Great location
We spent a week in July at this property, here are my takeaways.
Pros:
- Location is perfect, easy drive to every beach and place you want to go in and around Rehoboth
- Excellent, responsive communication by host
- Beach towels, chairs, and beach cart were a great plus
- Ample room for six adults and two kids
- Beautiful sunsets on the bay
Cons:
- The kitchen is smaller than it appears in the photos and much of the counter is taken up by an electric burner that can remain hot long after it's been turned off
- The furniture is worn down (cabinets, tables, etc.)
- There are no rugs in the hall or two bedrooms so sand will get in your bed
- For the price you may be expecting something nicer, but in reality you are paying for the location.

You can't beat these views. We just booked our third stay! When you're not here, you'll wish you're here. Great location - easy to walk into town, but within none of the nightlife noise. It's a little slice of paradise!

Perfect in every way!
This was our third visit to this property-we could not be more happy with the location, private beach on the bay, a few blocks to a perfect ocean beach. The home is open, bright and “beachy.” We used the outdoor gas grill several times, and easily prepared meals in the large, well equipped kitchen. Furniture and beds were comfortable. It is easy to walk into the town of Dewey Beach for shops, restaurants, liquor store and household essentials. We walked daily to Rehoboth (2.5 miles) for exercise.
