You will be within walking distance to The Sky Bar, Dead Freddies, and Fager's Island, all offering a delicious dining experience. For a little family fun, try one of the numerous miniature golf courses located all along Coastal Highway or take in a movie at the Fox Theater at Gold Coast Mall. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk features games, rides, and food for everyone. You might go shopping at the Tangier Outlets located in West Ocean City on Rt 50. THINGS TO KNOW WiFi is shut off during the winter. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property was dated but well mainfained and clean. The area of the beach was gorgeous. Enjoyed the valcony with the doors where we could sit even if windy, wet or chilly and see the sunrise and beautiful scenery.

We booked our trip for late in September knowing the weather might not be ideal. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The additional balcony storm doors provided additional protection when tropical storm Ophelia passed thru during our stay. Plenty of shops and places to eat at nearby. Good access to beach area, and a place to wash off sand near pool.

Everything was as expected. The unit was clean and met our needs. We would suggest having full sized pillows for the bedroom. Having a dish cloth and paper towels in the kitchen would also be a plus. These were minor inconveniences and did not negatively affect our stay. This is really a great place for couples to stay and reconnect.

I loved how close it was to the beach. Had direct access to the beach. Amenities were not too bad. The pool got closed for code violations during our stay. This was kind of interesting. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. All in all not a bad stay but could be a little less expensive for what you get.

Loved location. The pool was very nice but some tables and umbrellas would be even nicer. The room was sufficient for our needs. Talking with other guests we seemed to all agree that the rooms all need a DEEP DEEP clean. Bed was very comfortable. Washer and dryer were good too. The balcony furniture was in need of replacement and thorough cleaning.

The size of the apartment and the included amenities were great. The bed and couch were all very uncomfortable. The fact that we all slept on the floor because it was more comfortable should say it all. I believe it’s time to invest in new, comfortable furniture.

This is our second year in this condo. Updated carpeting, shower head, new futon, and new washer dryer. Perfect place for 2 people. The view is spectacular. You can sit on the deck and watch the sunrise. The lobby is now air conditioned. The building and pool are cleaned daily. Regular residents are very nice and it is quiet. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for a few reasons. The deck carpeting needs to be removed or replaced. The deck furniture needs updating. It is old and not very clean. The air fan in the ceiling above the kitchen has dust all over it. We will be back!

This place has an amazing view. If you want to go see and hear the ocean...this is your spot. Has straight access to the beach and a private pool. Is it a hotel? No, but for me it's much better than that. The amenities might be outdated, but they are completely adequate and the location is SO GOOD. Longboard Cafe is so cute and affordable and Skye bar has lovely live music most nights. Thanks for a great stay.💖

It was clean and a great view just wish we were on the top floor. Great little kitchen. Made it nice so we didn’t have to buy out for every meal. Only complaint was the elevator was small and slow.

We were looking for a property with an ocean view but out of the busy part of the beach. This was perfect. The condo was clean, the people were friendly, and the view was perfect. We will definitely look at staying again.

The location and view was great. The condo needs a MAJOR remodel. The carpets need to be ripped out and replaced with floors for ease of cleaning. The furniture and appliances are very outdated as well. We had to call maintenance to come and change the shower head which didn’t work so we weren’t able to shower or use the bathtub for the first day we were there. If the place was updated and cleaned up, we’d most likely go back, but if not, we’d look to stay elsewhere.

Washer did not work, lights hanging out of fixtures in living room, not very cleanly, shower curtain was moldy, tub surround caulking was moldy, bedroom closet had things just thrown in closet, carpets were disgusting, all bedding except sheets are disgusting. DO NOT THINK WE'LL BE BACK

The view is great and the short walk to beach is wonderful. It's a spacious unit. However, the carpet needs CLEANED. After showers in the evening and walking around the unit, our feet were black and needed wiped off before bed. We couldn't add a nightlight in the bathroom because the outlet only works when the switch is on. Having kids, this was not ideal. Lastly, it appears there is black mold in between the two shower curtains. It was gross and they need thrown out.

We liked the view and private balcony. The unit was spacious compared to others. We did not like the carpet, it needs cleaned, badly. Our feet were black after walking on the carpet in the evenings, after showers. The bathroom outlet only works when the switch is on, so we couldn't have a nightlight, which is a big deal with kids.

I always stay in this part of ocean city which has a lot of restaurants and is away from the mayhem of the boardwalk. Because I've been coming to OC for decades now, I know what beach properties can consist of. This place does need an upgrade, I do agree with other reviewers. It is clean enough, definitely needs a deep clean though. As others have mentioned it is dated. However, we were there to go to the beach and not stay inside so it wasn't a big deal. The one thing that did irk me was the fact that the only closet in the house was in the bedroom and it was full of cleaning supplies and junk. I managed to use 2 hangers but I couldn't put our bags away and they had to sit out in the way. The patio furniture is also a bit uncomfortable and we were there to sit outside and enjoy the view. This place did not ruin our stay at all but I don't think we'll be returning.

Nice place but very dated. Could use upgrades on everything. Loved the closed in patio. The kitchen definitely needs more supplies. Bed was comfortable. Could use a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
