We love the special features of the lighting and modern efficient heating
And the kitchen was the best!
We didn't realize that one bed was a sofa bed in the living room..
I would definitely come back here again.. Nice walking to sugarhouse and other venues

Drive 11 hrs for The Swell Season concert and needed a place to crash for two nights. This rental was perfect for our show. Thanks for the brief, but excellent stay to our host, Patrick.

The house is on a busy street about three blocks from the main Sugarhouse restaurants and cafes. The house is old but has a new kitchen and a remodeled bathroom. Some of the outlets are only two pronged. Washer and dryer are new. Sofa in living room has duct tape over tears and was kind of 'hairy'. Nice front porch but it was a bit cluttered with random things. The back bedroom had a mattress up against the wall and was a bit musty. Kitchen was well stocked with all primary utensils and cooking equipment. Host was super responsive and friendly.

Traveling with big dogs can be an issue, but this house was perfect. Lovely walkable neighborhood, plenty of street parking, fenced yard, full kitchen and lots of common space. It's definitely a quirky older home which was great for us.

We arrived a bit earlier than expected and Patrick made the check in process super easy. He also made sure to call me to apologize for the cigarette smell, apparently the previous guests smoked inside the house. Overall the house was super clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay there again in the future

Charming old style home in a great neighborhood. Great host.

The owner reached out to let me know there were some issues with an odors (mattresses and carpets). The Air Conditioner never cooled the house down, and we had to resort to box fans and bought a oscillating fan to try and keep cool. The house was regularly over 80 degrees inside, and the only relief was opening the windows in the evening. We were told the owner could have someone take a look at it, but with how busy we were with the wedding we were there to attend our communication fell off a bit. The location was great, and the house was still suitable for our needs, just not comfortable due to the situation.

What a beautiful home. Appears owner has been restoring this amazing home and has done a great job! I love older homes and all the woodwork and built-in cabinets, etc. And this home was beautiful. Great location is a family friendly neighborhood. Home was completely stocked with necessary, everyday items that definately made our stay a lot easier.

Great location, within easy walking distance of the grocery store and many food options- wish we had stayed longer to try more of them! House is older with modern upgrades, so it's a little quirky, but mostly in a good way. Host was great to communiate with, and made everything easy. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!

We loved our stay. The area was wonderful with great coffee shops and great selection of restaurants. Park City was an easy 30 minute drive so we were able to ski each day. The kitchen was well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk beds and huge plus they all had their own bed. Thank-you Patrick for a great stay.

Clean. Nice location. My only negative is that there needs to be more light in kitchen for my old eyes.

My husband and I and our young adult son stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend to visit with our daughter who lives in Sugarhouse. There was plenty of room for all of us and lots of nice updates, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the walkable location to shops, parks and restaurants. We have stayed in so many basement rentals in Sugarhouse- it was so nice to have the place to ourselves and enjoy the full daytime sun. We would definitely stay here again!

We rented this home when we brought my oldest son up to Salt Lake to ship out for marine boot camp. The house was perfect….it had its flaws, but we loved the old time charm of the house, it was near the highway and the owners were very quick to reply to messages. Would definitely stay again!
