Located in Indian Wells, this attractive house for $437 per night is a great option for your next trip. 1964 mid century ranch home with small pool and large spa. 2 separate wings make this the perfect home for a multi family vacation or a group of up to 8 people. 2 bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen) and 2 baths on one side of the house and 1 bedroom (2 Queens) and 1 bath on the other side with pool access. Comfortable family room with 55" LCD TV and cozy living room with dining table, original gas fireplace and bar. Large fully equipped kitchen makes this home perfect for relaxing with family and friends. All bedrooms have outside access and the front bedroom has it's own large patio with gated entrance. Location Location!! Walk out the front door and in 5-7 minutes be at Casa Mendoza, Arnold Palmers, Lavender Bistro, or many other great restaurants, bars, art galleries and shopping. Stroll down in the morning to La Quinta Coffee Co. through Civic Center Park, home of the La Quinta Arts Festival. You could just park your car and walk or bike everywhere. If you decide to drive somewhere, you can get to numerous destinations within 5-10 minutes. Silver Rock golf course is 5 minutes away as are the La Quinta Mountain and Dunes courses. Coachella and Stage Coach music festivals are a 10 drive right down Ave 50 or 52! If you are into hiking or mountain biking you can go up to the top of the Cove and choose from several great trails. The Indian Wells Tennis Stadium is about a 10 minute drive. House was just what we needed. Visiting for powertrip festival with 5 friends. Perfect size and had all the amenities including a pool! Host was very quick at responding to any questions. Will stay again in the future.

Everything was great. Very clean, with clear instructions/information about everything. Very close to park and old town La Quinta. Huge tv in den, comfy beds and linens. Pool was too cold to use, but not a big deal for us as the weather was cool when we were there. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for the pickleball nationals tournament and it was very conveniently located to the Indian Wells tennis facility. We love being close to Old Town La Quinta for easy access to restaurants and stores and only a few blocks away from Fitz Burns park for pickleball.

The house is amazing like always. This was my second time staying at this property, the owner is quick to reply messages. The house is very clean and has everything you need to have a great time with friends and family. Definitely my favorite rental place.

Spent the weekend out here with my girlfriend. The place was perfect and very comfortable. The place was very clean the bathrooms were nice bed was comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for preparing dinners and food. spending time at the pool in the Jacuzzi was amazing. The manager Ric was overly accommodating and allowing us a early check in and a late check out. I would highly recommend this place even for larger groups as there's plenty of room for gathering watching TV and enjoying the pool

Quick trip passing thru from ca to Arizona. House is so much bigger than it looks and there was only two of us and two small dogs. Pool and hot tub were fantastic Location was excellent overall this home definitely meant our expectations. We would stay here again

The house was great, fit all our needs. Location is wonderful, close to parks, old town, golf, hiking. We were here for a month and enjoyed every day. Ric responded quickly to our questions. Only thing that could be updated is the in home notebook needs updated and could add some additional patio lighting for evenings. We will definitely book again.

We come out each year for the DIHP horse show and have stayed at Ric's home for 4 years. It is very comfortable and well located in La Quinta. He is always available if we have any questions. Thank you Ric and looking forward to January 2023!

Rented for 9 days over Christmas week with my family -very well appointed kitchen-had everything I needed to prepare Christmas dinner and perfect room for dining. Pool and jacuzzi perfect size and central location -very clean -so happy with W/D units -excellent response from owner, would definitely rent again.

This house was very clean and convenient, the pool is pretty small but we were totally fine with size of the pool, Managment was really nice and responding to messages very quickly the only think bothered us a bit, it took almost 2 days for the refrigerator to start cooling I think it was turned off before our arrival other than that everything was great will go back to this place for sure! Thanks

Had a wonderful time with my little family. I booked this house as a family mini getaway; my husband, our two young daughters, my two sister in-laws and their husbands. We had a fantastic time. The pool is on the smaller size but it was fine for our group. We took our own food and used the outdoor bbq grill for most meals. The house had so many great amenities and you can tell the owner really puts in the effort so the guests feel comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, the beds are comfortable, the house is very clean and has a modern feel to it. The house is separated into two wings and I liked that because we weren’t all on top of each other when moving about in the house. Ric was prompt at responding and I can’t wait to plan another trip and stay here again.
