Situated in Cabo San Lucas, this attractive condo for $388 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. NEW Complete full remodel with all new furniture, appliances. Two king size beds. Terrasol is one of the only 'full ownership' resorts on the beach in Cabo San Lucas. This End Unit 1700 sq ft w/ 2 bedroom 2 bathroom w couch pull out bed, sleeps upto 7. This unit is on a private beach and is ideal for families w/ kids or just a romantic getaway. AC unit, 50 inch flat screen TV. Direct internet & wifi. Full kitchen basic amenities, coffee and coffee pot, paper towels, microwave, dish washer. Washer/Dryer w detergent, toilet paper, iron, beach towels, pool toys and ,BBQ. We also have pack n play and umbrella stroller for guest use. NOT ALL UNITS HAVE WHAT WE OFFER LISTED ABOVE. This unit is secluded, and a very short walk to pool and has a full Ocean View! Both condos and our private beach has 24 hour gated security. This resort is quiet and relaxing. Please note the resort will charge a separate fee from $17-$27 a night depending on number of guests. Cleaning fee is $35.00 upon departure.

We have stayed at Terrasol 8 times and this unit was our favorite so far. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the entire place was very clean and well kept, had well working A/C, and the many amenities left for guest convenience (butter, coconut oil, insect repellant, many beach towels, pool toys, blender, coffee maker, coffee, decent shampoo, conditioner and body wash). We don’t use most, but really appreciated knowing they were there!
The hosts were easy and pleasant to communicate with and we loved all the usual things about Terrasol - the palapa bar/restaurant, the pool, and the friendly staff. Shout out to our friends Carlos, Esther and Roger, who provide friendly and helpful service.

The place was perfect! Great for 4 adults who wanted to relax. The pools were not packed and the property was immaculate. The condo was clean, well stocked and the air conditioner worked really well. Perfect view of the ocean and the waves! Awesome.

Location and resort is the perfect mix of close proximity to town and peaceful, quiet environment. The views from the balcony and pools are debatably the best in town! The place was just as described and Zoey made the checkin process seamless. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will be staying here again!

We feel so lucky to have stayed at Terrasol in Zoey’s place. Traveling with kids ages 1 and 4 can be stressful, but they absolutely loved the condo, kiddie pool, on site restaurant, and beach. The place had a seat attached high chair, baby bouncy, car seat, stroller, baby float, and portable crib :-)

Lovely place to stay in a great part of Mexico.
The only drawback is that the beach, while close, is apparently always “red” (dangerous) to swim. Had to walk or cab to other beaches.

This resort was very quiet and relaxing. The condo had beautiful decor and was really nice. The view from the balcony was amazing! The only thing that would have made it perfect, would be another restaurant on the property. The pool restaurant was very small.
I would definitely stay here again!

I went to Cabo to celebrate my 50th birthday with 3 girlfriends. The condo had all the amenities that you come to expect in a VRBO. Beautiful view, close proximity to all of downtown Cabo. We were able to Uber anytime, however, you could walk most places, but since it was in the 90’s, with 100% humidity, we didn’t walk. Speaking of hot, this is an older unit, and the AC just didn’t cut it. We spoke to the caretaker a few times, and she said they would add Freon, but it didn’t make it any cooler. The coldest it got in the unit was 78 degrees. It made for terrible sleeping. There were 2 fans, thank god, in each bedroom, that were a necessity. Low supplies, such as handsoap,, dish detergent and paper towels should have been checked and restocked, before our arrival But other than that, it was very comfortable and the staff were all very nice. Also side note: if you’re stopping at Walmart… bring your own bags. They do not supply them, or have them for sale.

We did a ton of walking, which helped walk off all the delicious meals we had at the various restaurants in Cabo, and there are many!
My husband’s only disappointment was that hardly anyone used the pool. He is a social butterfly and loves to meet and talk to people. I was just fine sitting in a lounger and reading.
Overall, a great resort, beautiful condo and a great view.

Lovely location, our favorite location to stay in CABO! Remodeled unit and really large!
Garbage disposal did not work and we reported it, repair guy came out but said it had to be replaced- never heard anything back after 3 requests.. Property is great but we get a condo so we can cook and with a garbage disposal was hard. Property is gorgeous and well appointed... about 1/8 mile from beach but clear view of water

Terrible experience
The unit smelled terrible, the toilet did not work--and was not fixed the duration of our stay. The TV did not work--and was not fixed the duration of our stay. The towels were old and thin as paper--one set per bathroom. On the second day of our stay, they began jackhammering the floors out of the unit below us. The management said the owner was aware the work was scheduled. No response from owner for over two days. The owner finally offered us another unit, but it wasn't much better and with one night left, it wasn't worth the effort to pack up. We love Terrasol, have stayed there before and will return, but would not recommend this property.

Ah Baja
Wake up every morning to the incredible sunrise and fishing boats heading up the peninsula. Simply the quietest and most peaceful place one can stay so close to the nightlife of Cabo. Vaulted ceilings and baja sur decor blend in with the surroundings and makes one feel at home.

You will not be disappointed in this super clean, large condo with comfy beds, very nice bathrooms with walk In Tile showers, beautiful kitchen fully stocked with all amenities! The view from the deck is amazing! Wow - we even saw whales one afternoon while sitting out there! The grounds are kept up perfectly- the entire place is amazing. The pools are very nice, not crowded so very relaxing and plenty of loungers to choose from around both pools, the on site restaurant is delicious, we ate there a few times, always fresh and yummy! The location is the best! You will be able to walk to restaurants and bars - it’s all so close and very, very safe! No worries at all. Cabs are available for just a few bucks to take you anywhere if you choose. Many top notch restaurants in the area. The owners are terrific! We have always done all inclusive, but not anymore after staying at Terrasol 213. We will be back!

Beautiful,relaxing,perfect
We stayed at the new and remolded 213 condo. When we walked in it felt like we were at a high class resort with a home like feel. The kitchen was amazing and had all of the amenities that we needed. We cooked breakfast in the condo and ate out for the other meals (besides one late night mac and cheese snack :). The condo had a beautiful large walk in shower that I am still dreaming out putting in my own house. Tile floor throughout the condo, with such a bright open concept. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and Mario at the bar was of course amazing. I was disappointed that more people didn't eat and drink at our bar. We ate breakfast and lunch twice there and the food was great with even better prices. We rode ATVs through cactus adventures, took jet skis out on the ocean at Mendono Beach, took a sunset booze cruise, went and did a glass bottom boat tour through the "rocks". We overall had a blast! We spent our last day at the condo down at the pool and would say that was quite possibly our most fun day. It was so relaxing and there was plenty of seating and umbrellas to be in the shade if you wanted. We will be going back for sure and plan to stay at the same place.
PS. monkey business has the best pineapple margaritas in the whole place

Great location terrific owners!
Terrasol is a very quiet location near all the downtown Cabo action. We had great views and watched whales off the back deck. The master bed was very comfortable. Terrasol has a small pool restaurant that is open 9am-6pm. The food was quite good and very reasonable. The unit is a little dated but the owners told us they were going do some remodeling in June. Wifi was strong and the unit has all the things you need including beach towels, beach toys, food spices, condiments, coffee. We worked with Zoey who was terrific. Overall it was a terrific rental and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Beautiful property, condo needs a bit of work
The location is perfect. Ocean view, saw whale spouts and beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday. An easy walk to the Marina day or night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, lunch and pool drinks available and very good.
Condo is very livable but needs attention to some details to be a five star. Tile is chipped in many places. Woodwork needs attention as many cupboards and doors don’t open and close properly and paint/stain is lacking.

The Most Relaxing Vacation EVER!
So many things to love here! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big tub and they provide you with everything you may need! We loved the 2 warm pools, the great pool bar/restaurant and Mario, who always took great care of us! (prices good and really good food!) The location provided us with a quiet, private feeling...only a very few people in the pools, etc, so very relaxing. (and warm!) The weather in October was PERFECT! Hot! Perfect for spending time in the pool. This condo is located so close to the Marina and tons of restaurants and bars. The only negative I would have is the type of beach it is located on. I am a beach walker...I love to walk for as far as I can see, feeling the ocean lap up on my feet. This is not the beach for that. The riptide and crazy waves make it impossible for a person to even walk on the waters edge...you have to walk up on the raised sand area. There is a beach down around the corner where you can swim, however, the sand is a bit like quicksand - so you sink and then get hit by big waves...the water is amazingly warm though! When you go to the public beach, walk down to where there is a pond-type formation...right in front of it is a beige tent and the best massage you will ever experience! $20 for an 80 minute massage...breezes blowing through...perfect!!
Would I go back? ABSOLUTELY!!

Great location and relaxing environment
We enjoy staying on the Pacific coast of Cabo because of its close proximity to downtown and Terrasol is a great location with just a short walk to the marina. This unit was very comfortable for two couples and well-equipped. Additionally, the front desk staff was very helpful with anything we needed. The pools were never busy during our stay and we enjoyed the oceanfront view from the lounge chairs. Terrasol is a quiet setting if you are looking for a relaxing environment, yet close enough to the nightlife of downtown. Some of our favorite spots are Happy Ending Cantina, Sanchos, Cabo Blue, Cabo Cantina, Solomon's, and Wicked Pizza. The owners were wonderful to deal with, extremely prompt with communications, and actually accommodated us on a very short notice. Would definitely stay again.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Walked to the marina every night for dinner. Restaurant on property was limited but food was delicious. It closes at six in the summer so not really a dinner option if you like to eat later. The waves were incredible to watch! Giant crashing waves we watched right from the balcony. Condo was very spacious and cozy. Very well-equipped! Good for the price. Nice cold a/c which is very important in July! Can walk to neighboring resorts for excellent food, too. Everybody was super nice, relaxed, and chill. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation spot!
Stayed at this condo for a long girls weekend. This place is amazing! The condo is super cozy and comfortable. There are two pools to choose from, one has a swim up bar so you can drink and eat tacos in the pool! It's in a great location, the beach is private so it is quiet and without any vendors. And it is only a short walk to the marina where you can find taxis, restaurants and entertainment. Whatever you're wanting in your Cabo vacation, this really is a great spot to make it happen.
