The beach in front of our building is typically quiet and uncrowded. The proximity to outdoor activities is a 5-10 minute walk to shops, activities, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The proximity to the “beach” is literally a 1 minute walk from the building to put your toes in the sand! You will enjoy the best possible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy panoramic and unobstructed ocean views, the sound of waves crashing on the beach, dolphins playing in the surf and amazing sunrises all from your large private covered oceanfront deck. Bring your binoculars for a close up to capture those dolphins! Relax and lounge on the oceanfront deck when it's sunny, rainy, or breezy!! The condo was well cared for, clean, and comfortable. Couldn’t beat the balcony view of the ocean which is where we spent the time we weren’t actually on the beach. Highly recommended for anyone interested in a great beach vacation.

Wonderful condo! Went for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Location is very ideal! You can walk to the boardwalk. The condo was VERY clean! Emily was an amazing host!

Such a nice and relaxing condo. Very clean and stocked with laundry detergent, tissue paper, paper towels and hand soap. We did not cook so I cannot comment on the kitchen items, but I did see a Keurig available for use. The most important things to me on reviews are cleanliness and the lack of insects. This condo was excellent on both. No bugs, even in the stairwells. (The stairwells were enclosed, which probably helped with keeping away bugs.) We always see "water bugs" at the beach, but were pleasantly surprised this trip. Highly recommend staying here. Also comfortable outdoor seating and patio lights.

We loved the condo. It was in a great location and the animalities were very good and it was a beautiful condo. It was well stocked, clean, and the balcony had a great view of the ocean.

This condo is wonderful and exceeded my expectations! Had everything we needed and check in was easy. Emily was quick to respond to any questions I had. Very clean with comfortable beds. The easy access to the beach made our trip enjoyable with 2 little kids and we spent the majority of our time in the sand and waves and having most of our meals on the balcony with a spectacular view. What could be better than that!

This property was amazing! It was extremely comfortable for the four of us (two couples). It was clean and well-stocked for cooking. The washer and dryer was a great bonus! The living area was large and spacious, with comfy furniture and a good-sized dining area. The balcony was ALSO very spacious with good seating, and the view of the ocean was great. Emily was very communicative and patient with my questions. I would recommend this property without hesitation, and would DEFINITELY stay there in the future!

Everything about this condo is excellent! The view is so spectacular that you could sit in the LR or on the balcony and enjoy the ocean sounds and breezes. The renovation makes everything feel brand new and top grade. It surpassed my expectations in every way. Plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. Lots of extras were throughout the home in case you forgot something (like my coffee sweetner!). 5 stars!

Good location near the beach and also the center of the small town. The view from the deck of the ocean is beautiful. The condo is furnished very nicely with many recent upgrades. The owner was very quick to address any questions or concerns. A very nice beach home to relax and enjoy the beach.

This is a wonderful rental, and Emily is an awesome host. The rental from the utensils to the furnishings are top tier! Instructions were very clear and the condo was super clean. Everything was close and walkable. The weather wasn’t on our side, but the view, deck and all the comforts of home helped us make the best of it.

This property was very clean; and by appearance, recently renovated. The owner has obviously taken quite good care of this condo. Appliances were in good condition and also appeared new. Furniture was comfortable; the 2 bathrooms very clean.The beds were quite comfortable. Having said all this, the unit’s best asset is the amazing view of the ocean from the living room area and the outside deck. Access to the beach was very easy.

Where to begin?
First off, condo is very neat and clean. The view from the deck as well as from the living area and kitchen is gorgeous. As soon as you walk in, you feel at home. The condo is updated, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking utensil you can think of. Something I appreciate because we eat in a lot. High end appliances. And best of all, the host Emily is responsive, accommodating and helpful. Thanks Emily for a great stay! We will be back!
