This is a First Floor Luxury Direct Ocean - Beach Front Condo! Just Steps to the Beach! Wi-Fi! Linens Included. This stunning first floor condominium comes with an expansive deck with 2 sliding glass doors that lead to the living room and master bedroom with the most comfortable upgraded king-size bed. A second deck overlooking the full-size pool leads to the second bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen bed and twin trundle bed. Even though it is on first floor, it's high enough to view over the dunes and see the beach/ocean. First floor means less steps to the condo. Especially helpful when you are lugging baggage, food and beach supplies. This condo has one of the largest oceanfront decks in Carolina Beach: Covered Deck (12' x 24') - Watch the sunrise or view the dolphins and surfers play in the sea. Most of our guests spend much of their time on the deck that has a very comfortable couch & chair, 6 high sitting captain chairs and a bar height table set to enjoy the view, dine, or play games. Even if rain, you can sit out on the deck enjoying the beach/ocean sights since it is covered. Just below the deck is an outdoor shower and in the grass area, we have a BBQ to enjoy preparing your food outside. The Kitchen has brand new top of the line cabinets, counter tops and all is decorated in warm comfortable colors. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals. The condo is also Wi-Fi Ready. You will find books & games for your added enjoyment. Just outside the condo is the large, beautiful beach that stretches for miles. There is even a lifeguard stand right on the beach, outside our building for your added swimming safety! Adding to the enjoyment of your stay is the charming town of Carolina Beach itself. Carolina Beach is a real, year-round community with friendly people, a wide range of restaurants, famous Britt’s Doughnuts, ice cream, frozen yogurt, coffee shops, bars and quaint beach shops of all kinds. On Thursday night in the summer there are fireworks from the beach and free family movies at the nearby lake on Sundays - check for updates on activities before and during your stay. You won’t want to miss the Boardwalk, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food and Wine Magazine, with its shops and fun food as well as the Ferris wheel and carnival rides throughout the summer. All of this, and Hang Ten Grill, Squiggles, Pops Diner, Majik Beans, Sea Merchant market, Tony's bike/surf rental, Vinny's Pizza, Granny's Kitchen, Carolina Smokehouse, Kure Beach pier/bait and gift shop, Freddie's Restaurant, Kure Beach diner, Jack Mackerel's Island Grill, Happy Hippie's coffee shop, tennis/pickleball courts and playground - all of this and more are within walking distance! A short walk from the condo is the Ocean Grill Restaurant and Tiki Bar which offers outdoor bar service and live music while overlooking the ocean. Rent or bring your bicycle (bike rack on south side of building next to beach access path) and ride through New Green Way trail which can be accessed about ¼ mile up South Carolina Ave. Or, if you prefer hiking, head out to the wooded trails at the Carolina Beach State Park which runs along a riverbed. Either location is also great for jogging. Visit The Carolina Beach Marina and take a sightseeing cruise or charter fishing expedition. Anglers, the fishing is great! Fish on the beach, from the pier, catch a head boat, charter a boat, or launch your own at a public launch. There are many water sports to enjoy. You can rent or bring your own equipment for snorkeling, surfing and boating adventures. Visit the North Carolina Aquarium located at the south end of the island or take a short ferry ride to Southport for the day, where you can enjoy quaint shopping, sightseeing and wonderful local seafood dining on the water. Historic Wilmington, on the Cape Fear River only 20 minutes away, is where you'll find the USS North Carolina Battleship, ghost walks, horse drawn carriage rides, boat excursions, waterfront restaurants, antique shops, and more. The view was incredible from the large deck, where we watched the sunrise and moonlight. We also watched surfers. We got our steps in by walking to the boardwalk. We were steps away from the beach. The condo is upgraded and modern and clean.

Great place for my adult daughter and I to get away for a little rest and relaxation. The condo was just as it was described and right on the beach. The furnishings were nice, the beds comfortable, and it was well supplied. The ocean view was awesome. We loved sitting on the porch watching the ocean waves and beach activity. It’s a very family friendly area. It’s a short walk to several restaurants and a long walk or short drive to many others as well as shops and grocery stores. We would love to come back again soon.

The beach access and the HUGE covered deck with the comfortable furniture were major positives! The condo was nicely furnished and decorated and very well stocked. Parking was convenient with no problems whatsoever. Keypad entry may seem like a simple thing but it made access very easy. We would definitely be interested in a return stay in the future . The condo was fantastic! It was so clean and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with anything you may need to cook or bake. It really was such a comfortable place and had a lovely home feel vs just another beach condo. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

We spent a few days here in late April and early May. The view of the ocean is great, and there is easy access to the beach. When we weren’t walking on the beach or exploring the area, we spent much of our time on the big porch enjoying the views and the warm weather.

Really enjoyed everything about this rental. The view was gorgeous, and the large deck allowed us to soak in every minute. You just need to be aware that you can only park right next to the building. I was under the assumption that the whole parking lot was available, but when I parked on the other side of the lot, I got a ticket!

We had a wonderfully restful long weekend at this gem of a place. It is perfectly located just off the beach with a beautiful, large deck that overlooks the beach. It was perfect for us with little kids still napping so we could still enjoy the view of the ocean as the slept and could then head straight back to the beach when they woke up, with easy beach access. The place is clean, beautifully decorated and has all you need to relax and unwind. We hope to be back again very soon. Thanks so much Michele and Michael, the weekend was just what we needed.

The views are grand and the condo has that at home comfort with the pleasure of being at the ocean. Located close to great restaurants and wonderful fish markets and a food lion for those nights you want to eat at home while staring at the ocean.

We would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Very clean, beautifully decorated and kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Bonuses include keyless entry and a place to store beach items and not having to bring them back to the condo. Our favorite thing was the huge deck which includes a high top table and chairs and an area for lounging. We spent most mornings and evenings on the deck. The owners went to great lengths to make this an awesome place to stay

It was really nice. Having the beach right out the back was nice. Didn't have to go far with all the beach stuff. Being on the bottom floor was also nice. The pool looked inviting but having older teens they just hung at the beach. Food and activities were with in walking or driving distance. Would highly recommend the condo I stayed in.

We love this place and return ar least twice every year. It never disappoints. It’s always clean, it has an amazing master bed, bedroom and view. Spectacular porch.
And the owners Michele and Michael are incredibly easy to access and very responsive.

This is our favorite place to rent in Carolina beach ( and we have stayed in a number of other places). It is always very clean, the tempur pedic king bed is amazing, the decor is and colors are beautiful and the property owners are fantastic. Oh.. and the view from the patio!!!!!

Wonderful Vacation
This was our first time at Carolina Beach and using VRBO. I was so happy with the communication with the owners. Every detail was laid out for us and the unit was so clean and family friendly. Would definitely return.

The condo surpassed our expectations. When you walk in you feel like it is home. The furniture and beds were great. Plenty of drawer and closet space. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, as described.
We spent most of our time on the balcony/deck. Sitting on very comfortable deck furniture with a cup of coffee in the morning and wine at night was heaven. We did not want to leave.

The condo was beautifully appointed, right down to every single piece of artwork selected. It is one of the most serene and lovely condos I have had the benefit of renting. However, we did lose a couple of days of access to the beach due to the renourishment project and my friends car was towed because she forgot to put the paper on her dashboard. Alas, my friend is soured on Carolina Beach, but not me!

The highlight of this property is the deck! Morning coffee, a book, blanket, and a beautiful sunrise was a perfect way to start each morning.
Kitchen was functional and had everything we needed.
Parking pass is no joke, we saw the tow truck checking for passes each morning.
We loved the location, close to restaurants and a quieter section of the beach.

We had such an amazing stay. The beach front condo was everything we could have asked for and more. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a great meal. The bed was extremely comfortable and we never say that. We woke up every morning feeling great after an excellent nights sleep. The large deck is where we spent all of our time when we weren’t on the beach or at one of the many near by restaurants. Again, an absolutely amazing stay!!
