Good stay. Great location. Kitchen needs some non stick pans and a whisk. The couch needs to be upgraded to better quality. There was a mini crib available, which worked out great. The king bed was a plus!

Wonderful neighborhood, with great proximity to Alberta street shopping and restaurants. We stayed 4 nights, with our 17 and 21 year old children. The place was very clean, comfortable, and supplied everything we needed. (comfortable beds, quality bedding, extra fans, games, kitchen ware, even a washer and dryer). The walls are thin, so you can hear the upstairs neighbors- it was not a problem in our case, but might be if you have littles who go to sleep early.
Great place, would reccomend.

everything and more than expected
Clean, perfect location to walk to eat, drink adventure. Host was very very nice and answered all questions, offered lots of great suggestions, included a brochure for stuff to do around town. The house was in perfect condition. We will certainly try to stay here on our next trip back.

My family and I spent a fun weekend at this compact and extremely convenient suite. Space was a little limited for a family of five but nearby restaurants, shopping, and yoga kept us busy all day and evening. We had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. Bella couldn't have been a more gracious host. Thank you again Bella!

Adorable Condo in Alberta Arts NE
This small but beautifully decorated condo has all the amenities a guest could want. It is decorated with many homey touches in a contemporary style. Huge pluses are the king sized bed and air conditioning in a heat wave in Portland. Having just been in a vacation rental that was awful and not from Homeaway, I really appreciated all the special touches our host provided. Everything was well equipped with many amenities. The Alberta section of Portland is up and coming and now the happening place. Even geezers such as ourselves have fun in the many cafes and restaurants in the area. It won't comfortably fit more than 4 people, but definitely a lovely little place to stay.

Excellent location, neat place, and excellent communication with the owner. Definitely recommended.
This apartment is located a block away from some really nice restaurants and yet it's very quiet in a great neighborhood. We're a family of four with two kids and we were looking for something in this area in particular. We're so glad we found this place. Communication with the owner was easy. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment itself is neatly organized, everything is labeled, and the amenities are excellent.

Clean, modern and conveniently located.
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Bella's perfect 2-bedroom house. We were so conveniently located near all the restaurants and fun shops in Alberta, and only a 12-minute drive to downtown. We loved walking the neighborhood and admiring all the beautiful houses and gardens. The house was stocked with everything we needed, even a crib and high chair for our young child! We couldn't have asked for more. It was also really nice to have the washer and dryer available. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone, particularly families with kids. We look forward to coming back!! Thank you!

Great location. Would be my top choice if looking for a place to stay again.
Very clean and modern. Owner is easy to work with and the location makes it easy walking to distance to great restaurants. If you want to go further out an uber is usually just a few minutes away. Thanks for a great experience.

Wonderful experience. The property owner was extremely communicative and helpful. We booked this location for our company retreat, and it could not have been better. Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay!
This VRBO was just the accommodation we needed. The surrounding area is quiet and the sounds of little feet upstairs was short lived. It's located in an area with plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. It is only a short drive to downtown Portland as well. Bella had the unit well stocked and very clean. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit was a selling point for our stay! The bathroom had a full tub and shower and plenty of towels for our use. My reservation was made at the last minute and Bella was very accommodating. She was also very prompt in returning the security deposit. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would choose to stay here again. Thanks, Bella for a great stay.

Super Communication
Bella was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. The cozy condo is well-furnished and very cute. It was also nice to be able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. Street parking was readily available throughout our stay. The set up was perfect for our family of four.

Great neighborhood
Cozy little space in a great walking neighborhood. Everything was clean, Bella makes every effort to make sure you are comfortable (heaters, air conditioners, white noise machine.) Because of the age of the house you can hear floorboards creaking when people walk around upstairs, but overall the neighbors are very quiet.

Wonderful Location - Walkable Restaurants, Shops, Parks, and Groceries Nearby
Cozy apartment. With a larger back bedroom and two twin beds in the smaller front bed, this is a great fit for families.
When we requested the rental, the owner advised us that a family lives in the unit above. It wasn't an issue for us, but night owls might not be happy to hear footsteps In the morning (not particularly early).
Unit had everything we needed. We rented a car for two of the days and had no issues with street parking.
Owner checked out the unit and returned our deposit with record speed.

Great clean, spacious, locale in quintessential Portland arts district!
Wow! We have been to some great places before and this is one of the top. Why? Firstly, the location is amazing, a few blocks off Alberta Street and the arts district of Portland, an awesome place to find quintessential PDX faire. If you happen to have the place on a last Thursday of the month the street explodes into a monthly carnival and is well worth the visit. Secondly, the location itself is quiet, friendly and makes you feel like a local. The VRBO itself is extremely well kept, clean and spacious. We were very happy with the fact that they had a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry units for our stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. My wife and I have now made this our regularly stay when we come to PDX.

Awesome Alberta weekend!
My friend and I came down from Seattle to do a self guided bicycle tour of gluten free bakeries and used bookstores! This Alberta location was perfect to hit a lot of our targets - Powell's for books, Back to Eden Bakery, Tula Gluten Free Bakery and Cafe, etc. Biking from this location was so easy, so flat, so fun, and the counter balance to all those bakeries. When the weather was colder than we wanted for biking, we easily hopped on the bus and hit downtown.
The apartment was cozy and warm and Bella, the owner, was super helpful and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner in. And Alberta St was just a couple block walk if we felt like dinner out or wanted to hit a bar for after dinner drinks/music. We'll definitely stay here again the next time the Portland bakery/biking impulse strikes!
