Nestled in Grand Haven, this attractive house for $418 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautiful historic house in the heart of Grand Haven's downtown. This unit has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a small tv and a view of the downtown happenings, bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and a great view, bedroom 3 has two queen beds with a closet and large dresser. There is a large eat in kitchen with a slider door leading to the deck. The living room has flat screen TV with cable and wireless internet. This is an upper unit with a great view from the deck!! There are two parking spots in the back of building for you, with additional city parking across the street. Two blocks from the famous Musical Fountain and the boardwalk that leads to the pier! One block from downtown restaurants and shopping!!It’s a short walk to the splash pad, mini golf, skate park, ymca, fishing, farmer’s market and many other fun attractions. This is a great location for walking or biking!! Also just a short drive to Dutch village in Holland, Michigan’s Adventure amusement park in Muskegon, several mountain biking/hiking trails in the area, kayak/boat launches and lots more West Michigan outdoor activities!!

Very reasonably priced property in the perfect location with a great rooftop deck overlooking Grand Armory Brewing. One block off the main shopping street with restaurants, bars, shops, and the pedestrian mall in the summer. Three good sized bedrooms with sleeping for eight. The finishes aren't the highest end but who cares, we had a great time here and would stay again without hesitation.

The house was very easy to access, parking was great, and the location was even better. Walking distance to the beach and downtown district was perfect for our family weekend in GH. I had a few questions prior to our stay, and the response time was very quick and helpful. Would highly recommend for a family!

We loved the outdoor balcony/porch area, with the table and all. Great walking distance to so much of Grand Haven. AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was decent. Could maybe use a few more cleaning amenities to help keep with the sand and other mess of a long stay - a vacuum would help a lot!

Much older place but the best views and outside area because of the deck. Would have liked another sofa in living room as there were 8 of us and not enough seating but we ended up sitting outside on the deck most of the time anyway so wasn’t a big deal for this trip. Would love an umbrella for the deck for afternoon time with the sun. Sliding glass door needs a little work to make it easier to open. We loved the location and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Was located close to quaint downtown area, nice deck to enjoy the evenings and mornings. I would suggest a broom but other than that had everything we needed. Kitty corner from brewery, morning star cafe is great for breakfast. Would stay again. Thank you

This property was bright with lots of windows and lots of space. Location is near the water and lots of activities including "the main strip". The big deck off the kitchen was our favorite feature - relaxing coffee in the morning and dinner or cocktails in the evening. Nice to have access to outside in that way. Side note: There's no washer/dryer or dishwasher. These features would definitely have improved our week long stay.

Was not aware that it is on the second floor of the building. I thought it was a house for one family. Different, but nice. Glad it had a deck since we missed having an outdoor spot. Bedroom on the right was stuffy and didn't have a screen on the window, so we couldn't open it for fresh air. The other 2 bedrooms would benefit from having a rack or a place to hang clothes on hangers, as well as additional clothing hooks in each room. The kitchen was nice and would've been even better with some shelving behind the table for food storage.

My parents, husband, our three year old daughter and I really enjoyed our visit. The rooms are all generously spacious and the beds comfortable. The floor had a layer of grime the left all of our feet totally black, but otherwise the property was clean. The kitchen is lacking in counter space, but you have everything you need if you want to cook rather than eat out for every meal. We all comfortably shared the single bathroom - it's large enough for two adults to work in there without bumping into one another the entire time. The deck is an awesome space. The apartment is very centrally located to everything: restaurants, downtown, the singing fountain, the farmers market, etc. We would absolutely stay here when visiting Grand Haven again.

Great rooms and walking distance to everything downtown. Perfect location. Only downfall is one bathroom but we made it work with 6 people. Would recommend putting mirrors in other rooms so can get ready in the bedroom.

House is in a great location - a block from the main drag with shops, restaurants, etc. Just a couple blocks from the river front (and the nightly musical fountains!), and a few more blocks to lighthouse/beach. It was super clean and the furnishings even nicer than the pics. The deck was perfect to watch live music at the brewery on the opposite corner (just one night a week; done by 10). Check in/out was easier than any other property we've rented. Beds comfortable. If you have late or light sleepers, maybe put them in the bedroom not in the front of the house. It's quiet at night but the landscapers and construction folks start early! Overall, a great stay.

Great stay in the heart of Grand Haven!

We stayed here two nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and spacious and the outdoor deck was beautiful. It could not have been located better -- right downtown and so close to everything you'd want to do in Grand Haven. Thank you so much for letting us stay and we will definitely be back!

The location of the property is great. Just one block from the main downtown area with restaurants. A 10-15 minute walk to the pier and beach. Nice place to stay. Nothing fancy or luxurious, but perfect for a beach getaway.
