Situated in Grand Haven, this lovely house for $505 per night is a great option for your next break. You're renting an entire house that has been nicely remodeled and has granite countertops and a walk in tiled shower. You're a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and a ten minute walk to downtown. Everything in the house was brand new in 2021 including hybrid mattresses on every bed, all new furniture, linens, towels, rugs, dishes and cookware. It is set up for a simple cookout or a full on holiday meal with an extremely well stocked kitchen. In the summer it will be stocked with everything you need for a great day at the beach including towels, chairs, beach toys and floaties and even a wagon to haul them in. You can't go wrong staying here! Just bring your clothes! Two upstairs bedrooms with a king and full bed. Two downstairs with a built in queen and four bunk beds. Bathroom on each floor.

Very nice home and well located for our choice of golf courses and local restaurants. Accommodations were well suited for the group. Lines/towels and sundry items were perfect for our short stay. Check in/out very easy.

Had a wonderful time and stay in this beautiful home. House was well stocked and everyone commemted on how comfy the beds are. Location is walking distance to downtown shopping and restaraunts. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Myself, my husband, my teenage daughter, college son, and our dog stayed here. I wish we could’ve stayed a lot longer! We were in town to move our son back to Grand Valley State U. The entire home including the basement, was spotless. The home really does have everything you need. Besides salt and pepper, there were several different spices available to cook with. There is a blow dryer in each bathroom. There is a phone charger by every bed. Plenty of toilet paper, towels, and even shampoo/conditioner. We all slept great. The mattresses seemed new. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go to the beach.. but if we would have, everything we needed was there. This is a very nice home with beautiful decor. There is a Culver’s, Jimmy Johns, a gastro pub/grill, and an ice cream shop a block away. Melinda was friendly and easy to reach. We enjoyed our short stay and hope to stay there again!

Booked a last minute weekend getaway for our family. House is well stocked and clean! Much more space than needed for our small family, but so cozy! Everything was within walking distance without the hassle of traffic.

Everything was good except the way the picture showed. I thought there was at least a little bit of a backyard. And when I inquired about the backyard, I was told the park was across the street from the house. I wasn’t too happy about having to be out by 10 AM. And not being able to get in till 4 PM. But the house is very nice. I can see he put a lot of work into this home. also, at one point we lost Netflix and I imagine I could’ve emailed the owner. No phone number to get a hold of a person.

This is our third time at this house. We love how big it is and fit the 10 of us so comfortably. Kitchen has the basics so no need to buy those things that can add up - salt , pepper, foil etc. Two beautiful bathrooms and so many things for the beach. We will definitely stay again !

We only spent two nights in this area but it is absolutely beautiful. The house Location is perfect for walking to the social district and the riverwalk. A 5 minute drive to the beach! Absolutely perfect.

We had a great stay with 2 families! House was very clean, comfortable beds and enjoyed playing card games on the front porch. Kids loved all the beach toys and corn hole boards. Plus, great location - we were able to walk to several restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

I grew up in Grand Haven, and this house is perfectly situated for a stay that is close to everything that is fund to do. You can walk to the downtown area (great stores for shopping!) and its just a short drive to the state park. There are some great restaurants you can walk to also. Most importantly, the house is beautifully decorated and outfitted with everything you need for your stay. We had a large-ish group of family from ages 3 to 67, and the host was very thoughtful in what was stocked for guest - everything you need in the kitchen to make great meals, games and puzzles for the kids, plenty of towels. And the house was clean as a whistle. Loved staying there, and plan to go back!

This home was fantastic for my extended family! It is a very large and updated house. Loved the spacious bathrooms and comfortable seating area. The intersection is busy and a bit noisy, but that also meant we were within walking distance to restaurants, the marina, downtown, and shopping. Great location! We were all very pleased with our experience.

The property exceeded our expectations. Not only was the home modern and beautiful but every single bed was super comfortable, the upper level had air conditioning, there was a fan in every room and there was even a little step stool under the sink so my 2 year old granddaughter could brush her teeth and wash her hands. These are just a few of the things that were over and above what I was expecting. It was everything I had hoped for and more.

This is our third time staying at this rental. We tried others in Grand Haven but nothing could compare to this house. We had 9 people , ranging from 5 years old, teens and adults. We all had our own privacy bedroom area and enjoyed the spacious living room together. The house is equipped with beach toys , chairs , etc. which was a bonus so we didn’t have to pack as much. The house is a short walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. We will be booking again for next summer !

Beautiful and clean home, had everything that we needed for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Close in proximity to downtown, grocery stores, and about 1.5 miles from Grand Haven State Park and the beach! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and bedrooms were comfortable and able to accommodate our seven person group. We would absolutely stay there again, and highly recommend it to others!

The house was clean and well stocked. It was nice that there is a full bathroom on each floor. Easy 10-15 walk to Morningstar Café for breakfast, downtown for shopping and dining, and the Grand Haven Musical Fountain at night (no need to mess with the parking there). And about a 20-minute drive from one of our favorite restaurants in Muskegon -- The Deck. LOVED that there were so many beach amenities to use!! The bedroom upstairs with the king and day beds doesn't have direct air conditioning, but we were able to pull cool air into the room from the other rooms' air conditioning with the fans supplied. We plan to go back next year!

Wow, this house is amazing ! It fit 9 adults , teens and a toddler perfectly. The bathrooms are great , all of the beach items were a plus and the bedrooms fit us so comfortably. We’ve already booked again for next year !

Very nice home. Living room larger than expected. Very clean. Plenty of beds. Cozy all around. The owner has decorated well and provided almost everything you need. Walking distance to downtown and US31 shopping. A bit far from the beach (though you can see that from the map) overall, I would stay here again and again.
