Kitchen and Living The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The white finishes provide a modern, luxurious feel. We offer a coffee bar in the kitchen where you can make yourself a warm cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise from the expansive balcony. With an open floor plan, a plethora of seating, an electronic fireplace, and a television, the kitchen and living area provides an amazing space for guests to sit back and relax after a long day. For dining, the condo offers a unique table for two and 6 comfortable seats around the kitchen island. Sleeping Bedroom 1: King bed and full bathroom on the main floor Bedroom 2: Twin over queen bunk on the main floor Bedroom 3: Queen bed on the second floor Bedroom 4: Queen bed on the second floor Other sleeping areas: Loft with 2 twin beds on the second floor Parking: Parking is first come first serve CANCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is as follows: -100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. -50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. -No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment. We were here on vacation to go boating for the week. Although this location is not right on the water, it’s only about 2 minutes to the municipal boat docks where we had leased a spot for our boat for the week. We had friends and family with us and this unit has a great layout for everyone. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the main floor and second floor, offering a little more privacy. Very comfortable home with the exception of the master bedroom bed. There’s a nice big king size bed, but one side of the mattress is completely flattened out with a huge dip in it and that person is laying right on plywood. We had to use the large throw pillows to put under the mattress to get my husband up off plywood. Other than that we would stay here again if they get a new mattress.

We loved the condo - it offered the perfect mix of convenience (nearby coffee, food, etc) and amenities (our toddlers have made it clear the blue slide has set the standard for all future vacations). The open first floor combined with rooms that are separated was a great setup for a group of adults and young families.

This place is beautiful, the lay out is well done, and the toddlers enjoyed the slide and rock wall on rainy days! The host was very generous, the owners had so many things there for your convenience. We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home, thank you!

We had a great girls' vacation! The rental was awesome. Clean, tons of space, quiet, perfect beachy decor, comfortable beds, felt secure with keyless entry. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property. It was our first time not staying in a hotel and it was so nice! There was space for everyone, the kids LOVED the climbing wall and slide, it was clean and comfortable, and we loved having a full kitchen on vacation. We will definitely try to stay here next time!

This is our second time coming to this condo complex, and this unit was amazing!! We had an absolute blast and my boys loved the slide! Only downside was the rock wall was a little steep, so we had to use the ladder in the closet! Which was fine! Just a little adjusting to it :) overall, this was a great location and experience. We are already looking at booking this condo unit again next year!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We needed a larger place to gather and this condo was the perfect fit for 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room to spread out and very cozy on a cold Winter's evening. Well stocked with what we needed to make meals as well as bathroom supplies, etc. Only one observation is that the 6 seats around the kitchen island are the primary dining area utilizing high bar stools (all shown in the photos) which meant we had to get creative in all eating at the same time. Easy to walk from this spot to the numerous restaurants very near or even to the downtown and waterfront. It's a nice 3 mile jog from this unit to the Grand Haven Beach (and back).
