Nestled in Seaside Heights, this lovely condo for $458 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This sun filled apartment is brand new following reconstruction after Superstorm Sandy. Our kitchen has new cabinets; there is ultra plush carpeting in all bedrooms, laminate flooring in hallway and kitchen, plus ceramic tile in the two baths. When you arrive, you are welcome to pull into the driveway and unload your belongings right outside your entrance. One flight up and you have a delightful respite from the hectic norm. Three bedrooms, two full baths, an eat-in kitchen and a large deck with table, chairs, and lounges that face the ocean will greet you and instantly give you a sense of tranquility. Day or night you can get out and have fun or simply sit home and chill. In fact our central air is perfect in helping you do just that. There are also ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. Can't wait to wash the salt and sand off your skin? Our outdoor shower will be most helpful to rid you of all that. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer; a dishwasher, two HD/TVs, a gas grill, plenty of storage space, and an optional cleaning service for when you depart. We feel we have left nothing to chance and can assure you of a delightful living experience when you vacation with us.

I stayed here with my family and young toddler for a couple of nights. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was one block from the beach, and the host was super nice and accommodating. It was just the quiet getaway we were looking for, while still being close to the excitement of Seaside Heights.

We had the most amazing time at club Shanahan! The pictures do not do the space justice! Impeccably clean, spacious, and the outdoor terrace is HUGE! The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly but close to the seaside boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. Half a block from the beach!! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful - it really felt like we were staying at a friends beach house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious, clean apartment and short walk to the beach. My family and I had fantastic stay. The neighborhood is safe and charming. We had our own private entrance in the back and private deck on the top floor, equipped with a grill. Linda and her family are gracious hosts, easy to communicate with. They really made our stay easy and fun. Would stay again, 100%.

We loved our stay in Ortley Beach. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and newly renovated. Linda and Richard were wonderful hosts. Most everything was provided to make you feel,right at home. Love that there was a bagel/sandwich place right around the corner and a bakery across from the bagel place. The beach is also located a block away. We would definitely be renting this wonderful vacation home again.

We rented this space off season to be close to but far enough away from the craziness of Thanksgiving. This location had everything we needed to cook our side dishes as well as relax and enjoy our weekend after the meal. The deck while to cold to use was a very nice addition to the ample space already provided in the unit. We will definitely look to come back here every Thanksgiving and maybe in the summer as travel dictates

We had another wonderful vacation in the upstairs unit of a lovely home in Ortley Beach. The accommodations are very comfortable despite the exceedingly hot and humid weather during our stay. The rental unit is within walking distance of the beach, a farmer's market, a pharmacy, several restaurants and various retail stores, including bicycle rentals. We rarely used our car. Ortley Beach is a very nice community and offers a wonderful beach experience.

I cannot say enough about Linda and her husband and the beautiful home they have. Our family of 6 stayed here for a week and never once did we feel that we were in each other's way. Linda truly thought of everything to make this the perfect comfortable spot for families. Right down to the baby gate! We will certainly be staying here again in the future. The proximity to the beach, bakery, fruit stand and bagel store was ideal. But our favorite part were our nights we spent having coffee on the deck and watching the sunset over the water. The breeze was incredible and we made memories that will last a lifetime.

We thoroughly enjoyed renting this home for the weekend while our kids competed at Ocean County YMCA. It was the perfect location and had everything we needed. The view from the deck is wonderful! Linda was so responsive and so pleasant. If we are back in the Ortley Beach area or even returning to OCY, we will definitely rent again!
