Located in Carlsbad, this charming house for $536 per night is a great option for your next break. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home! Located just a minute from Interstate 5 our home is the perfect place to base your San Diego vacation. We are close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities and much more. Carlsbad Village is one mile away with the beaches just beyond and Legoland is three exits South on I-5. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open plan living and dining area with peeking ocean views out the front windows! The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and large flat-screen TV that can be viewed from the dining table and kitchen. The dining area features a beautiful wooden table with seating for ten, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends! The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare delicious meals. You can also enjoy your coffee at the bar or lounge with it on the back patio. The master bedroom features a California King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, double vanity, and separate toilet room. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed, dresser, and closet. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin bunk beds! The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo! Outside, you'll find a spacious yard updated with artificial turf, perfect for soaking up the sun or playing some lawn games! There's also a barbecue grill, ideal for cooking up a delicious meal and enjoying a relaxing evening under the stars. In the garage, you'll find a washer and dryer, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, toys), and plenty of space to park one vehicle or store your belongings. This vacation home is conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful coast! Frequently Asked Questions: - Does your house have air conditioning? No, we do not have air conditioning, however, our house is conveniently located at the crest of the hill with ocean views. This affords us a nice ocean breeze that can blow through the house to cool it down if windows on the front and back are left open. - Can I bring my pet? Yes! We happily accept pets upon request with payment of a $100 non refundable pet fee. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be traveling with a pet! - Do you have cable? No, we do not have cable. Our smart tv's are wirelessly connected to the internet. These tv's are set up with apps such as Netflix, HBO, YouTube, Hulu, etc. We provide a logged in Netflix account for your enjoyment and you are welcome to sign into any of the other apps if you have an existing account. - How far are you located from the beach? We are 1.7 miles from the beach. It is about a 7 minute drive or a 35 minute walk. - How far to downtown Carlsbad Village? We are 1.5 miles from Carlsbad Village. It is about a 6 minute drive or 30 minute walk. - How far to LegoLand? We are just under 5 miles from LegoLand. It is less than a 10 minute drive three exits South on Interstate-5. We were in Carlsbad for our daughters wedding and we were immediately thrilled with this beautiful and spacious home with a large and secure backyard for my dog. A great location and the owner was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely home and neighborhood, close to the beach and reasonable drive to many other great tourist destinations in San Diego. Bunk room was great for kids and lots of little details helped like step stool in bathroom and kid dishware. No AC but ceiling and floor fans helped and there was usually always a breeze so it was not a major concern for us. We would definitely come back!

The property had all the basics we needed. The location was minutes from grocery shopping, restaurants and the beach. We even went to the outlets. We were able use the beach gear they had which came in very handy! We absolutely enjoyed our time here, the house was perfect for our needs- truly a home away from home!

No words Can fully describe the wonderful experience we had in this property. The home was beautiful, it had everything anyone needed to include quick access to the beach, LEGOLAND, and grocery stores. We loved ever min we had here and will come back again in the future. If you’re looking for a place that will fit all of your family comfortably this is it.

Wonderful stay
We loved this property. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our little dog. Courtney stocked the house well with everything we could need. As described, the house does get a really good breeze. The beds were very comfortable. The large jacuzzi bathtub was a nice plus. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table, and we all, especially our dog, enjoyed the backyard. The only thing that could make this property any better is if it were walking distance to the beach, but it is only a very short drive to the beaches and shopping areas. It’s a wonderful house.

Family of Four Getaway
Very comfortable home. Kids loved the game room and backyard! I enjoyed the clear labeling (lights/bathroom fixtures) and abundant extension cords. Front room was great for dark room (kids nap time), but the back bedroom was a little too bright for sleeping past day break. It was so helpful to have the easy access to washing a load of clothes. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

I dont understand why no one complain about this. We had to go out and buy a Bbq. The manager was very nice but didnt have any one to come and fix the problem. I have stayed in many homes and the oven and stove been always clean. The beds were good no problem. We still like the house.

This VRBO place is superb. It was VERY comfortable. I was able to entertain my family for Xmas Eve dinner, Xmas Day cooking a 16 pound turkey in the oven and having a big table to seat everyone. The outdoor deck and lower patio were absolutely PERFECT for my dogs to get out and potty and sit outside in a safe fenced in environment. The floor plan of this VRBO is great for entertaining because you can cook in the kitchen,, serve at the granite bar, big table, and talk with everyone seated in the living room too. There is a nice garage for parking one car, brand new looking washer and dryer, easy access to outdoor trash bins, a ping pong table, bedrooms are small, but beds are comfortable, and one room has a really nice dresser and nightstands. The neighbors are nice, and you can see the sunset over the ocean from the front windows. The living room was big enough to accommodate a large Xmas tree. The entry access if great. I was pleasantly surprised at all this place had to offer me in my situation with lots of pets. We were all comfortable. Although two of my dogs were afraid of walking on the hardwood floors which made it challenging at times.

My family and our dog enjoyed our time at Courtney's house getting away from the Vegas heat and being in close proximity to the beaches. My kids and their cousins enjoyed the use of the ping pong table. We definitely want to return at a later date.

My family and our dog enjoyed our time at Courtney's house getting away from the Vegas heat and being in close proximity to the beaches. My kids and their cousins enjoyed the use of the ping pong table. We definitely want to return at a later date.
