Second year staying in this lovely home ! Great parking, easy walk to the beach and very nice home with plenty of room for my family.

Amazing location, away from a lot of the people, but close enough to get to the main boardwalk, all attractions, shopping. However, it was very close to all the above, but away from the super touristy stuff. Great communication and response from owners as well. Would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was convenient to everything.

The owners were very responsive right from the get go. We loved the location on 70th street... it was set back off the main road so nice & quiet (no traffic noises), but still super close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We travelled with a 1 year old, 5 year old & 8 year old who loved being able to walk to miniature golf, bowling alley, pool & beach. Lots of beach chairs, toys & umbrella to use at the house which was awesome. Although I thought I saw a wagon listed in the description & I was not able to find that. Everything was very clean & well decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lot of the household necessities we were expecting to have to buy - could have been from the previous renters, but was really nice. The AC worked great thank god because we had some 95+ degree days. The first master bedroom with full bath is actually on the bottom floor (same level as garage) which is very private. The other 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd level. The 2nd level is all living space with a balcony on both sides so we spent nearly all of our time there. The stairs are huge & all hardwood so definitely bring a baby gate if you have small children. Favorite kid restaurants were Dead Freddie’s & Fish Tales because they had playgrounds... food was great too. Adults loved Seacrets - huge beach party with live music. It was really nice having a washer & dryer so we packed light. It’s a small stacker set so could only do light loads but it did the trick! The pool is so so convenient being right next door; we went every day! One thing I really wish we were able to find was fishing poles for the kids - we checked most of the local stores with no luck. The house is right next to docks on the bay so would have been fun to try to catch a fish. Ultimately we loved this rental & had a great time! Thank you!

The unit is exactly as pictured – beautifully decorated, excellently appointed, and still fresh and new. The floor plan layout was perfect for us. In addition to the couch in the living room, we were surprised to find four (not just two as shown) comfy upholstered chairs that rocked and swiveled. This provided a great space for conversation, games, TV viewing and allowed contact with those in kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the layout kept the cooks and dishwashers included with the group. The closets in two of the bathrooms were also a great surprise. The garage was in great shape, and we truly appreciated use of the umbrellas and chairs. The deck furniture was great, and the bayside decks had a beautiful view of Sunset Island and adjacent marshes. The bay water in the area was clean and odor-free. We really appreciated the unit’s location beside the pool. The pool area always had shade available, and there were also tables under an overhang area. The pool restrooms were very clean and nice. The development’s location was great with ice cream, restaurants, mini-golf and a deli market in easy walking distance. Owners were very helpful and answered our questions promptly. Our only issue was a very loud noise in the first floor bedroom when the air conditioning was running (owner was notified and will resolve). One minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide a list of items to bring sooner in the process (hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms, all paper products, kitchen linens, leftover containers, trash and storage bags, etc.) for those not as experienced with rental units. The other suggestion would be to require more from the cleaning crew and monitor their work. The basics were done, but there were dried food spots on the table, side of the refrigerator was dirty, couch cushions hadn’t been moved for cleaning, living room chairs hadn’t been moved, and it appeared that the floor underneath the dresser and bed in the first floor bedroom hadn’t been swept all season.

This town home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and right across the street from the beach. It's also in walking distance to an ice cream shop, a mini golf course, and a bunch of restaurants. If you have kids, this is the perfect rental. And Valerie and Vincent are wonderful hosts. Any time we had a question, they went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating.

Your home is beautiful! I've come to Ocean City every summer for the past 12 years. Every year there is typically at least one issue with our condo. I typically have to make at least one phone call because something isn't as it should be. This year was the exception. This year everything was perfect. The house was gorgeous. It had everything that we needed. Location was perfect. We had a wonderful week! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Adorable home on the bay and within easy walking distance to the beach. Spacious and spread out to comfortably hold three couples for a long weekend getaway. We loved everything, from the multiple balconies, grill and gorgeous decor to the many beach items (chairs, umbrellas, cart) supplied. Highly recommend this property for a seamless stay.

Our family had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend in this property. The house is beautifully decorated; comfortable and welcoming. A perfect home for a family get together. It's an easy walk to the beach and the pool is right next door. The home has everything you need for a super enjoyable vacation. It's quiet, yet close to shops, restaurants and activities. We would definitely reserve this home again.

Loved how cute this house was, you can tell the Owners really cared about it through the decor, cleanliness, convenience items,and overall organization of it. The location of this house was very convenient, there was a dunkin donuts right down the street, the pool was right next door and the boat ramp out front provided a great view to watch from either of the two front decks. Parking was ample, and easy to get in and out of. The beds in this house were amazing, this is the first time we have been somewhere that every person commented on how comfortable the beds were, and some just wanted to sleep the whole time! The house was great, we will be back!

Vince and Val were phenomenal! The place was beautiful, clean and expertly outfitted. Great location in a new community. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely stay here again!
