Tastefully and comfortably decorated with all new furnishings including new memory foam matresses, hardwood flooring throughout the entire condo. Master bedroom has king size bed and queen size pull out sofa, with walk out to large balcony. The views from bed are incredible. Large walk in closet and makeup vanity. The 2nd bedroom has two twin (full) beds. Each bedroom has a brand new 48 inch "Smart" T.V. High end linens and bed coverings. Master bath with new vanity and fixtures and full bath tub/shower. 2nd bath with new vanity and fixtures with walk in shower. Large kitchen with all the comforts of home, including all new stainless appliances. If you need it in the kitchen, you will find it here! New remote control ceiling fans in each room. Close to many top rated golf courses. The Ormondy is friendly safe and secure. Walking distance to grocery/pharmacy, bars and bakeries/ coffee shops. County Lifeguard posted just 100 yards from the building on the beach for safe swimming. Many fine restaurants in the area as well.

We stay at units all over the area because my family still lives there where I grew up. This is, by far, my favorite so far!!! Great view from the condo. Easy check-in. Fabulous location. Absolutely spotless. All of the beds were so comfortable. The unit has everything you need for the kitchen, sleeping, beach activities, etc. Secure building with key fobs and parking garage. We will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Very nice place to rest and relax. Away from the busyness of Daytona beach area. Was looking for a recliner because that was in the pictures, but didn’t have one. Was disappointed in that as I have back and leg problems. Water was turned off one day from 8:30 until 2:30, but wasn’t a big deal to us. They gave us plenty notice before they did it. The view was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed that for sure. Had everything we needed provided. Nice week for us.

We had a wonderful family vacation and this condo was all that we hoped it would be. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for me to make dinners for my family. The balcony was perfect for sunrise and sunset coffees and a great place to relax and even take a nap. The condo was clean and the furnishings comfortable especially the master bed. The water pressure and shower head in the master bathroom was excellent. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Loved this condo. Very comfortable. Loved the fact that there are full size beds in the guest room and not the standard twins and a big sectional you can stretch out on in the living area. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We loved being able to see the Sunrise, Sunset , the river and the ocean!! Loved the very large pool! Our only disappointment was the gas grill down by the pool. It was dirty and the grill cleaning tool available was ready for the trash. Luckily the owner has a wonderful grill pan we could use in the kitchen and there was a very nice blender that worked great for our frozen drinks. We are already planning another stay!!!

Great property, views and beach. Well stocked kitchen. Anything and everything to prepare a meal. Throughly enjoyed the area. Central to everything- restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Will definitely return. 😃

This was a nice condo and we had a good time. The weather turned cold during our visit and we were not able to turn the heat on. We got and alarm bell every time we tried. They don't want you to turn the air conditioner lower than 75 degrees and it got warm at night. We did have a ceiling fan but could not open the windows in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was a nice size, very clean, kitchen is nicely stocked and the outside area balcony was lovely! We really enjoyed watching the surfers. Location is perfect and so close to all sorts of dining possibilities. Daytona beach is a ten minute drive. Owners were very responsive to a couple of minor issues we had with the garage remote.

Everything was just like the pictures! Communication with Joe was great, check in process seamless, and key fobs and door codes worked great! Very quiet stretch of beach, felt like a private beach at times! Hope to return!

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in March 2022. We enjoyed our first visit to Ormond beach. The beach was clean and easy to walk on. We really enjoyed the heated pool but it was hard to find a lounger as there were only six. The condo itself had everything we needed. We found the master bed very comfortable. We appreciated the high end bedding and towels. The condo was clean and comfortable except some of the large area rugs could use a cleaning. We definitely would recommend this condo to others. Jim the owner was easy to reach with any questions we had.

Jim was excellent to work with. He communicated well. The condo is tired and needing updated. The bed needs replacing. There were no wash clothes. Neighbors must be smokers because hallway outside the condo as well as both bathrooms smelled like cigarette smoke numerous times daily throughout our stay. While it was a great location with a good view, there was much about the condo and building that were “tired”. Disappointed that the pool was closed 3 days for maintenance. I’m sure our host didn’t have control over that but wished it could have been communicated prior to our stay.

The condo was very nice and had a fantastic view of the beach. The weather did not cooperate as much as we wanted, but still able to go and explore. The only issue I had was no wash clothes were to be found, luckily we brought our own. We found some nice restaurants, but liked to stay in mostly. Nice condo and owner was very helpful upon arrival.

Loved the fact that we felt secure on the property. Everyone we ran into were very friendly. We stayed here for a week. The condo was very spacious and accommodating! The owner was very reachable and I never felt like I was bothering him. Our overall experience is 5 stars all the way. We can’t wait to comeback and spend another week! Thank you! Joe
