Nestled in Capitol Hill, this attractive condo for $353 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Great 2 bedroom on scenic prestigious East Capitol Street, where movies are often filmed. Top location 3 blocks to Capitol. Entire top two floors of detached building. Pharmacy, two corner grocery stores, dry cleaners, and great diner all in the same block! Queen bed in main bedroom, full size futon in second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room. Private roofdeck out back is perfect for morning coffee. Blazing fast 1 gig WIFI (and ethernet port) included. YouTube TV with 80 channels including HBO and local channels included. Smart TV with apps like Netflix and Amazon for use with your account. Tons of light. Great roofdeck on second level out back. The stairs to the apartment are original to the building and are fairly steep. Backyard is shared with other guests downstairs. This is a Capitol Hill Stay property. Capitol Hill Stay is a veteran-owned small business with 24 properties on Capitol Hill. We have been providing furnished lodging on Capitol Hill since 1996. We use excellent cleaners and pay them a living wage (they are best in DC if you ask me). We have been a primarily longer term housing provider for 25 years but pricing on Airbnb is very hard to communicate and set, as it's impossible to know the dates and circumstances of every possible guest's needs in advance when we set pricing. Pricing may vary significantly depending on length of stay, specific dates, etc. For longer term stays there may be discounts possible. PLEASE SEND AN INQUIRY PRIOR TO SENDING A BOOKING REQUEST. Fully furnished including all bed and bath linens, kitchen dishes, etc. Happy to answer any questions about apartment and neighborhood. Door has electronic lock so late check-in is fine. We provide a detailed Welcome Letter with apartment and neighborhood information. It's a full immersion experience in a charming historic neighborhood that just happens to be conveniently located in the exact geographic center of DC. First rate restaurants and bars are within a five minute walk. This block has a great corner diner, two corner groceries, a pharmacy, a used bookstore, and a dry cleaners. Very convenient for short term guests. Uber and Lyft are cheap and very easy to get. Capital Bikeshare is twenty feet away. Metro (red and orange/blue lines) are five short north/south blocks away. Bus service is very close. Amtrak (Union Station) is five blocks away. DC Circulator comes within several blocks. Very good public transit and walkable score. We are a local small business (not a giant corporation). We truly appreciate your booking. Excellent spot to explore DC from. Great neighborhood for longer term stays also. A word about rates: Since every booking is different the rates listed are an approximation. Rates are based on length of stay, specific dates needed, amenities requested, etc. Bookings less than 91 days are subject to the DC lodging tax of 15.95%. SINCE EVERY INQUIRY IS DIFFERENT AND THE BIGGEST FACTOR IN PRICE IS THE SPECIFIC DATES CHOSEN AND LENGTH OF STAY RATES MAY BE HIGHER OR LOWER THAN WHAT IS POSTED. PLEASE INQUIRE SO WE CAN DISCUSS PRIOR TO SENDING A BOOKING REQUEST. Late spring and summer are the 'high season' very high demand months, moreso this year than ever before as this is the first year that many federal agencies and private employers are bring people back to DC, and they are making up for lost productivity during Covid. Most furnished housing providers in DC will only take bookings for three months or longer during these months. We will do less, but the rates do go up. And generally we try to match an incoming booking with an apartment that is available within a week or so of the requested date. For instance if you are seeking a month rental beginning July 1 we would want to match your request with a property available in very late June or July 1. If the property you inquired about seems to have an availability date that may not match up then you can always check HERE see all properties and their available dates. Our average booking is around four to six months. We are primarily a longer term lodging provider. We can do shorter, but in the furnished housing business rates go up for shorter stays. It was a wonderful stay, the property was more than accommodating!! The host is an incredibly good communicator anything you need they will take care of you . The neighborhood is cute and safe, the corner store has a wide variety of anything you could think of no need to load up on groceries . It was one of the best weekends I’ve had in 10 years... the accommodations definitely had something to do with it :) looking forward to my next stay !

Wanted a change of location after months of being at home in front of a computer (COVID Life). Very comfortable house for three of us and our little dog. Clean, kitchen with what you need for breakfast, and close to interesting take-out food restaurants for dinner. House is a few blocked from Capital and walking distance to Eastern Market. Recommend this house!

Wanted a change of location after months of being at home in front of a computer (COVID Life). Very comfortable house for three of us and our little dog. Clean, kitchen with what you need for breakfast, and close to interesting take-out food restaurants for dinner. House is a few blocked from Capital and walking distance to Eastern Market. Recommend this house!

This place was really nice. We didn't expect the place to be spacious, which was really nice. We also felt like home :) Checking in/out was contactless and there were hand sanitizers placed in the bathroom and kitchen and just like a hotel - shampoo/conditioner, body soap. Very very nice :) The neighborhood allowed us to be close to my husband's parent's place; walking distance. But with the weather and having our baby with us; driving was better and quick. We did not have any problems looking for off-street parking. Communicating with Brian (owner) and Luis (property manager) were really seamless. We could always reach them. Thank you so much for making our stay stress free and for keeping the place clean and ready for us.

Great neighborhood. You can be almost anywhere in town by bike in 10 minutes. Bike rental station is about 20 yards from front door. I would stay here again. Thank you for letting me stay in your home.
