Located in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $230 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 3303 Asbury Ave. A Great Location In Ocean City. 1200 Square Feet. 2nd Floor Condo. Very quiet - No Units Above Or Below. Sunny corner condo. Late checkout available for Labor Day Weekend and during off season if no other guests are arriving. Linens and towels can be provided for extra charge off season. Many stays have a 10% discount if the reservation is a week or longer. Check in and out times are also flexible in the off season. Pet may be allowed for an extra fee. The fee varies on the pet. There is a $100 minimum. All brand new twin mattresses as of March 2023. Kitchen renovated in March 2022 with new cabinets, granite counter top, new sink and faucet. New Central Air Conditioning installed October 2022 with UV air scrubbers. It heats and cools. New full-size washer and dryer September 2023. 70" Ultra High Definition Roku Smart TV in family room. Beach equipment provided (Umbrella with sand anchor, body boards, chairs and beach wagon). Easy Walk To Beach (see video to view the actual walk). One Block From Tennis Courts And Playground (see Map in Photo section). Trolley to boardwalk stops only half a block away. Guest Bath renovated in 2019. Private Master Bath. Separate Private Entrance To Master Bedroom. Sun Room. Dishwasher. Full Washer And Dryer. Smart TV's In Every Room (Family Room TV has HD Cable). 3 DVD Players. Outdoor Shower renovated in 2019. Hardwood floors refinished with new area rugs throughout. Across The Street From The "Sandwich Bar" And "Treats And Treasures" (see pictures) Other Restaurants A Block Away. Street Parking. Must Bring Own Towels And Sheets. A $130 cleaning charge is added to the total. 1 queen 6 twins Summer has a 7 night stay minimum.

The unit was in a great location, and served us well overall. But there were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. We left a voicemail with the property manager as soon as we discovered them, but never got a response. The property is on the second floor (exterior access only), but the exterior lights on the outside steps were non-functional. There were no street lights or other exterior lights that reached the steps, so navigating them at night required using our phones' flashlights. The screen door to the unit was broken, and flapped open and shut in the wind. Also, there were no paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins) or hand soap in the kitchen or bathrooms, which we had to go out and buy.

My husband, brother , my three sons and I we very happy with our accommodation. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the place over all was a home away from home feeling for us. We had a family wedding in summers point on Saturday so the location was perfect, plenty of space for th six of us, and the price was great. We would definitely go back to the place. The only down size of the place was the dishwasher, it was in a bad spot , But we did dishes by hand . But other then that we really enjoyed being at the house ❤️ Beautiful house, very convenient to restaurants, the beach and the board's. I just cant say enough Thank you David for being a great host and we will definitely be in touch for a summer vacation rental in the future. It has been years since we been to the shore and most importantly found a house that was very comfortable and cozy

We booked a long weekend here which was nice as most places only offer full weeks. Very close to the beach in the quieter section of the town. Property is spacious with three bedrooms and bunk beds for a large family. (We were only 3). Accommodations with beach equipment (chairs,cart,toys) was a nice perk. Property needs a bit of updating. The bathtub didn’t work correctly only the shower and the paint/walls need a little TLC. Outside of that it was a nice getaway and would certainly stay again. The owner is also very nice and quick to respond which is great.

Really enjoyed our stay here for our family vacation to OC. The condo is a bit dated and worn but was quite comfortable for our family of five. Perfect location on the southern side of OC near the beach, great food, bike rental and ice cream. Excellent communication with owner.

Loved this condo. More room than we needed and supplied with everything but linens. Down side was holiday weekend parking on the street. We had to walk 4 blocks with luggage and groceries. Later we tried to go to the boardwalk for lunch but no parking there either. Lots were available at a flat fee of $25 which seemed crazy for lunch Max of 2 hours. Lesson learned.

The property was nice and spacious with lots of room options for guests. The location was awesome, basically one block from the beach. Closest we stayed to the beach in quite some time. Easy walking distance to food and attractions. Excellent communication with the owner.

The location of the condo was close to the beach. The condo was airy bright and spacious. We were happy to use the jitney to go down to the boardwalk. There was a ice cream and sandwich shop across the street! The Wawa and Acme were close by to pick up groceries. Our stay was awesome!

We lucked out and got fantastic weather for a week in April. The rental was so close to the beach, playground, and shops. My kids discovered new board games in the house and have new favorites. We will definitely remember this place and try to return! David was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. It was a great stay!

This property was very convenient to the beach -- just a short walk away. Very clean and well-stocked. Also convenient to nearby restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. The only real negatives: uncomfortable/older mattresses and furniture. For our needs, this was a great property. If we're ever in town for another tournament, this would be a great place to stay!

We had a great time for my late birthday, this had nothing to do with the condo we rented. We spent a good chunk on this property which is not thanks to the rental. First of all, I was surprised and happy that they were open year round. If it was me I would not schedule updates or repairs knowing you have scheduled guests. When we got there there were exposed wires, window units on the sunroom floor with nails from the previous crown molding (which my daughter almost stepped on), and an un-smoked Marijuana cigarette was lying on the couch. Bad review for the condo great review for the beach.

We love this area of Ocean City. This unit is very close to the beach--important when carrying chairs, sand toys, etc. It was easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfortable and the wifi worked great. We appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards and kids toys! We had a great time and would be happy to return.

The place was spacious and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect- two blocks to the beach, across the street from ice cream and a sandwich shop, and near Wawa, Acme, Hoys, bike rentals, basketball courts and other places.

We stayed a week in August. Everything was very good: the condo was clean, beds comfortable, all kitchen appliances were there as listed, even Keurig for coffee. A numeric lock was a very good idea. This condo is really 1 block from the beach, the playground is 10 min walk and Sandwich shop and Ice Cream place are just across the street. David was replying to all our questions right away. We will definitely come back again. 5 stars *****

This was our second time staying at David's property. It's a very short walk to the beach, nice park for kids near buy, you can walk to drugstore and grocery store, and the Hoy's has everything you need for the beach and more. Perfect size for two families. We just love the place!

Great location. Walking distance to the beach (a block). Restaurants nearby and across the street. Icecream shops nearby and across the street. Park and tennis courts within walking distance (2 blocks). Far from the boardwalk (20+ blocks). If you have knee issues or trouble with stairs this does have steep staircases to get in. Inside had a large table for all to gather and eat. The washer and dryer were great to have and easy to use. Plenty of seating to hang out and plenty of sleeping spaces. Two bathrooms is a plus. Enjoyed our stay.
