Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $340 per night is a great option for your next break. ***NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS*** #101 Sun Beach is a spectacular, new 2BR, 2BA condominium located directly on the corner of 9th St. and Wesley Avenue. Two short blocks from the center of the boardwalk and the 9th & 10th St. beaches. Perfect center city location, EVERYTHING within walking distance! It is the largest unit by far in the building (956 sq.ft.), and the ONLY 2BR, 2BA. It comfortably sleeps 8 people. No expense was spared. It features granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, beautiful wainscoting and crown moldings throughout, recessed crown molding lighting, a huge 2nd BR with 2 luxurious queen beds (sleeps 4), a top-of-the-line master BR king bed (sleeps 2). Also...there are 3 large high definition wall-mounted TV's throughout....one in each BR (50' and 37') and one in the LR (50'), too. The living room also has a top of the line 'Flexsteel' sleep sofa that sleeps 2. 'Flexsteel' is a Brand Name reknowned for their well-made, lifetime guaranteed sleep sofas. There's a fully upholstered granite topped dining booth. Upgraded granite countered kitchen and wood cabinets, tile and carpeted flooring, and exquisite furnishings and accents throughout. Full sized Designer Series upgraded appliances.....full sized refrigerator/freezer, glasstop stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a washer and dryer. Parking available for one car (2 blocks away - near boardwalk/beach). This is a 1st floor unit. No stairs. Perfect for families with young children, guests with climbing difficulties. Please Note: This unit is not ADA compliant. The bedroom and bathroom door openings are very narrow and do not accommodate wheelchairs. The stall shower is small and it has a built up platform requiring a step up into it. Of course...there's full use of Sun Beach's inviting swimming pool, BBQ at the pool deck, and large spacious deck with chairs and chaise lounges! Note that there is no guarantee that the pool will be available and no refunds will be provided if pool is not useable. Pool access is typically limited to weekends after Labor Day and before Memorial Day weekend. Free Cable TV and Wi Fi is included. Perfect location. Close to everything. The beds and furniture are comfortable. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Everything was as expected. It was nice not having any issues or questions at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Just had an amazing stay with our family at this beautiful condo! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The location was absolutely perfect, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. The condo itself was incredibly spacious, giving us all the room we needed to relax and unwind. Plus, the ease of unloading our stuff from the car when we arrived made settling in a breeze. We were able to dive right into our vacation without any delays! One of our favorite highlights was the pool! It was the perfect spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The offsite parking spot was right next to the boardwalk, which made it super convenient for us to access the beach without lugging all our beach gear back and forth! We must give a shoutout to Kim and Steve, the hosts of this outstanding place. Their communication was second to none, and they constantly checked in on us throughout the week to ensure we were having the best experience possible. Their hospitality truly made our stay exceptional If you're looking for a great getaway, we HIGHLY recommend this fantastic condo! You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed the centralized location, ground floor was a bonus also. Once you park at the Charlie Lot you are definitely walking thru out the rest of your stay. The unit is spacious and updated well.

We were close to the beach and boardwalk. Unit is very spacious and our family was very comfortable. Entry was easy with a digital code and the owner was always available.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 4. Having a pool and grill available was a great alternative when we wanted a non-beach day. It borders busy 9th St which connects to the bridge, but we couldn't hear any traffic noise over the air conditioners. Several restaurants and shops are within a block when we didn't want to venture to the boardwalk. The one parking spot is a couple blocks away right next to the boardwalk so we used one of our cars as a storage for beach stuff and left it right down there. Parking for the other car on the street was a challenge at times, but did find a spot eventually.
