About this house rental

Located in Ocean City, this charming house for $318 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our Ocean City beach condo is just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk and in the heart of the Asbury Shopping district. There are 100s of shops and cafes all within walking distance of the condo. The condo is completely handicap accessible with an elevator to the second floor which is where the condo is located. There are front and back balconies to enjoy the sea breeze. When you enter the condo you enter into the great room which is the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and equipment you would need to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay if you would like a break from eating out every meal. There is a full bathroom in the hallway and another one off the master bedroom. Both the master and back bedrooms have a door to the back balcony. The front balcony is accessible from the great room. Important note: Condo comes with one parking spot. Plenty of free parking in the area as well. Additionally, we provide pillows, blankets, mattress pads and comforters, but you must bring your own sheets, pillow cases, paper products, soaps/shampoos, etc.

My sister and 2 cousins met to share Christmas cookies. We each brought 3 different types and shared. We walked on the boardwalk, played cards, and enjoyed each others company. Loved the towns decorations. Can't get enough of the beach any time of year.

Before arriving, the host sent us a very helpful welcome guide which answered all my basic questions and more. We appreciated the elevator; there are stairs but they lead to an outdoor balcony, so the balcony door(s) must first be unlocked if you wanted to come up the stairs. We did have trouble with two of the three balcony doors not being able to lock, and the host was appreciative of us notifying them of the issue. The condo is pleasant and spacious. You do need to bring your own sheets and towels but that is pretty standard for OC rentals. We did find the bed pillows to be flat and worn out and should be replaced, but fortunately another reviewer already pointed this out so we brought a few of our own. All the bedrooms had their own TVs. No cable, but it’s 2023 and so you can access any of the streaming services you already subscribe to through Roku. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our purposes. We didn’t do much cooking, but compared to another condo we’d previously rented in OC over many years, we noted that this location didn’t have much in the way of pots and pans. We liked that the coffee maker could brew a pot or use a K-cup. Everything was very clean. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to fellow travelers.

My three friends and I stayed here for the weekend. The condo was clean and welcoming. The location right on Asbury is perfect! Near so many shops and restaurants, and just a few blocks from the beach. The store on the first floor has everything you may need and their sandwiches were great! The only complaint is that the pillows need to be replaced on the beds, and maybe the mattresses in the guest bedrooms. I stayed in the primary bedroom and the mattress was fine! We will stay here again if we return to OCNJ!

Very nice, clean rental property. Nice location with a little convenience store on the first floor. Owners are very quick to respond to messages Handicap accessible. Bring a wagon or beach cart because it’s about 3 blocks from the beach. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

We were visiting Ocean City with my handicapped father. The condo is completely handicap accessible which worked out great. The condo was excellent. Great location, the market downstairs was great. My one grip is that you need to bring your own sheets. I think this is standard for Jersey beach houses, but making beds after a long drive was not ideal. Overall I would recommend this condo.

They couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and clean the property was, as well as how pleasant the hosts were to communicate with. They described the place as including all the comforts of home! Lovely property. Short walk to beach. Spacious. We had a great weekend here. Try the market downstairs for take out. Market traffic was no bother to us. Ice cream across the street was amazing too!

A Terrific place to stay in OCNJ. Just a short walk to the Boardwalk and Beach. Plenty of space for my family; there were six of us. The Condo was clean, well kept and decorated for the beach; very nice. Everything was in working order, beds were comfortable. I received a welcome email from the host, Jeff, before our arrival which provided us with very good information. I called Jeff twice after our arrival and he was very responsive to my needs.

We are new to east coast/ocean city VRBO, so we were really surprised that we had to supply all linens, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps. I didn’t know this was standard for the rentals here, so you wouldn’t likely find a place that does supply them. The unit wasn’t as clean as we would have liked but overall we had a great stay. The condo was as advertised and it was great for families. We enjoyed our stay. The condo had recently been sold to new owners and both old and new owners were very good with communicating with us and answering questions.. Thank you 😊

The unit itself was nice and pretty clean. Could definitely use some updating, particularly the fairly grody shower, curtain and fixtures in the handicapped accessible master bath. The public areas are also very dirty. The big problem with this condo is that it is on top of a grocery store. The parking and unit access is out back and directly next to the delivery and garbage area of the store. So you are literally walking through trash, food and broken glass every time you leave and enter the unit. I know the unit just changed hands, so perhaps this will improve but the location can’t be moved so be aware……
