SKIING - 0.4 miles to Cranmore Mountain. PARKING - off street parking with a large driveway that will accommodate 5+ vehicles. Steve and Karen are lovely and attentive hosts. This is our second time staying at this house, this time for a Christmas getaway. They have it beautifully decorated for the Holidays. It’s a perfect location to walk to downtown and Cranmore and walking trails. The home is well appointed with lots and lots of room. We are amazed at how clean and up to date everything is. The pool table and family room downstairs is a great place for the family to hang out.

We had the most Wonderful time celebrating our family Christmas together at this beautiful, spacious and immaculate home! It was warm, welcoming and gorgeously decorated for Christmas!
Our hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Steve met us at the home and gave us a tour when we arrived. He showed us how to operate the tv and gas fireplaces and answered any questions we may have had. We found this to be really helpful.
The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets available. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need (along with added touches including various scented candles and a snowman making kit!). The closets were oversized and there was plenty room for everyone's winter gear in the conveniently located mudroom.
We spent the entire first night downstairs in the game room, playing pool, and other games by the fireside, laughing and creating new memories. We had so much fun!!
We enjoyed how close the home is to downtown N. Conway and Cranmore Mountain, where we enjoyed shopping and an afternoon of tubing. The location can't be beat!
This was the Perfect home for us to celebrate our family Christmas together!!

The house was excellent. We stayed with family, including young children. There was plenty of space for all and the location is ideal. Steve and Karen were very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

My "home away from home" never disappoints me. Instead of hosting a girl's weekend this year, I was joined by family, and they loved it! My nieces had a great time playing pool with their grandparents, not to mention shopping and hiking nearby. The house is so clean, spacious and well appointed, and close to everything! Cannot wait for my next visit!

My family hosted a dinner to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary at this house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need to plan a big dinner. The house itself was large enough for three families to feel like they had their own space and privacy. Overall, great stay!

Our party comprises 12 individuals, including children. The host has been exceedingly helpful in furnishing us with information regarding local dining establishments and pertinent weather updates for our White Mountain excursion. We are certainly inclined to revisit in the future.

The home was beautiful and very clean! The location was perfect for North Conway and Fryeburg activities. The hosts were great and very responsive to our questions. Grandkids loved the pool table and playing soccer in the back yard. Definitely would recommend.

We had an excellent stay. The house was beautifully maintained, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The family room downstairs was a great spot for us to hang out, watch tv, play pool and play some games. Location was great for walking downtown.
Karen and Steve are friendly, kind, welcoming and responsive and take great pride in their home.

I think this was our third or fourth stay here. We love the house, due to it's perfect size for our group of seven. We love the area as it is so close to things we like to do together. The owners are caring people who really care as it is so obvious in their upkeep of the home. All I can say is we really enjoyed our stay and I won't be surprised if we choose to stay here again.Thanks so much Karen & Steve!

We are a party of eight, four adults and four kids. We’ve been coming up to North Conway together as a group like this for nearly 9 years. Each year we hope to be able to rent this house. We rented other homes in the area, and none compare to this one. Karen and Steve are warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and is always immaculate. They have thought of everything and are very responsive and respectful of anything your may need. You won’t regret it!

Really great walking location to everything the downtown area has to offer and a nice quiet neighborhood to return to after a day out. We have stayed here a few times before and I can’t say enough about what a wonderful home this is. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is close to downtown and the outlet’s, but also handy to skii areas. The owners are friendly and very accommodating if need be. We will most likely go back many more times.

We had a great time staying at this house. It is very clean and up to date. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. There was plenty of space for everyone along with space to set up the dog crates and not feel cramped. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is in the perfect location with sidewalks into the town.

Karen and Steve were excellent host. Very Friendly and had everything in order when we arrived. The home was beautifully decorated and very homey feeling. We had 7 adults and 3 children and we had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy each others company. The location was central to shopping and dining out. Steve and Karen's home was a wonderful experience for our family. I didn't want to review because I was afraid it would become so popular I could not rent it again. We went for a Christmas holiday and all the rooms had holiday decorations in it which created such a nice atmosphere. Including a large Christmas tree. It was so clean and had every amenity imaginable. I wanted to take the master bedroom and bathroom home with me. The pool table and the basement was an excellent spot for us to play pool and watch football games. The main floor was so open and comfy cozy our instant thought was renting it again for next year as we sat around the fire. We had the fortune of meeting Steve and Karen upon our arrival and they were super helpful and very welcoming. The location to Downton North Conway could not be any better. I anticipate renting this home in the summer and winter months in the future. This is the most perfect home for a large family gathering. Thank you Steve and Karen, you created a great experience for our family.

Stayed at this property with our three sons, their wives and our 3 year old grandson (9 people total) for a weekend while we went to a family wedding. House was in a great location with an easy walk to
North Conway (the town, not the outlets) which had cute shops, lunch places and coffee shops. House was very clean and well appointed and the owners were very kind and made our stay easy. Would definitely go back if in that area again.

We had a wonderful experience!!! Karen and Steve were super flexible, accommodating, helpful and kind. The house was perfect for our 4 adults and 4 children. Everything was clean and the set up was awesome. You can’t beat the location - able to walk right to the restaurants and shops in North Conway, just a 3 minute ride to Cranmore (we did the Summer Adventure rides), an hour from Santa’s Village, 10 minutes to Storyland/Living Shores aquarium! We will definitely come back - perfect vacation!
