Located in Lower Township, this attractive house for $598 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. You’ll be just steps away from the Delaware bay beach when you stay at our family owned cottage located on a quiet street in Villas, New Jersey. Villas is minutes from the Cape May, Stone Harbor, and Wildwood Beaches. With a private access across the street, the dog friendly beach is literally just steps away. The bayside beach is your personal getaway that is not patrolled by life guards, never crowded, and the gentle waves are perfect for children and pets. Best of all, the bay offers the best sunsets in New Jersey! From the moment you arrive you will feel right at home in this three bedroom, two bathroom cottage. The master bedroom has plenty of space with a king size bed; the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a wall mounted tv; the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The first bathroom features a tub/shower combo while the second has a walk-in shower. **Linens are not provided.** The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space, and has table seating for 6. The great room has a comfortable couch, loveseat, pub table with seating for four and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. The great room is an excellent place to get lost in entertainment while the front living room presents a beautiful view of the bay and a picture perfect sunset. The front living room is a fine place to enjoy the sound of the waves through the many windows while settling back on the futon, wicker sofa, or two wicker chairs. Enjoy our assortment of DVD’s, books, and games with the family or just relax and take advantage of the cable TV and wireless internet. No matter what, you’re sure to be comfortable with central AC. There’s a washer & dryer for your convenience and just off the deck is a private enclosed shower with hooks for clothing and towels. Part of the backyard is fenced in and ready for you pups to enjoy! Hang out on the deck which has a gas grill, picnic table with seating for six, and extra chairs to relax and listen to the bay. There is always something to do making the Delaware Bay/Cape May area a great place to visit year round. Come enjoy all that the Cape May area has to offer! Other things to Note: • Our home is a non-smoking environment, we appreciate your cooperation. • Additional nights may be available at a multi night rate. Also may able to do partial weeks in the summer. Please contact us for more information. • Cleaning fee: $185 • Non-refundable pet fee: $100 for one dog; $150 for two dogs • Weekly rentals are 3 pm Saturday until 11 am the following Saturday

We loved this home. It was perfect for our needs and especially great for fishing. Our beagle had the best time in the fenced in yard and on the beach. So quiet in the neighborhood. We really loved the Greek restaurant The Olive Branch. Great food, BYO.

I will be more careful never to rent homes that do not offer towels and sheets. Also never to rent homes that limit paper towels and toilet paper, just not good. Pet hair on beds was kinda gross. Area was great though. Location nice.

This cottage was quite adequate for our family of 4 adults, 2 children (ages 14 and 9) and a golden doodle. After dinner, the great room easily accommodated all six of us (and the dog) for movie watching or playing games. The real draw, however, is the cottage's location. The bay access is right across the street; it's a very easy walk to a beautiful beach. Both the neighborhood and the beach are quiet; maybe a little too quiet to suit our 14 yr old. But we loved relaxing on the beach, reading, building sand castles, walking, collecting shells and just enjoying being together. From the cottage it is an easy drive to many restaurants, the Cape May Atlantic Ocean side for boogie boarding (beach tags provided), the Cape May historic district with the beautiful "painted ladies" and shops, and the famous Cape May zoo. Finally, Erica was always available via text messaging if we had any questions. We really enjoyed our vacation in the Villas on the bay.

This property is awesome. Lots of room and gathering spaces. Easy access to Wildwood and Cape May with private beach across the street. My dog loved the fenced in yard and chasing the bunnies each morning.

This house was perfect for us—perfect location, clean, comfortable, lots of space. The “great room” was a pleasant surprise as we walked farther into the house—perfect for us to all congregate. We enjoyed ourselves immensely! We hope to make a return trip next year.

Very clean, comfortable, and attractive, with a good balance of private spaces to nap or read, while still offering plenty of choices to hang out as a group: two living rooms, two decks, even two yards, one fenced in and one open.

We enjoyed our visit to Baybreeze Cottage.The cottage was extremely clean, the beach theme relaxed you immediately, the location was great just steps to the beach. The neighbors were very friendly & the sunsets as good as Key West!!!! We also spent time in Cape May which is just a short ride away . The house is somewhat deceiving from the pictures-----it is larger than we expected ,the great room was a wonderful surprise. We cleaned the entire place upon departure then got dinged for vomit specks on a bathroom wall, toilet and floor. Since I cleaned that bathroom prior to leaving, I have no idea what happened. It cost $170 to clean the entire property and Erica charged me $130 to wipe down one wall. I argued the toilet and floor needed to be cleaned anyway. Since there was an extra charge to clean the toilet and floor, I wonder if this is even part of their standard cleaning package. After explaining to Erica there were salt water taffy wrappers under one of the beds, she adamantly denied they were there, became infuriated and said they moved all the furniture right before our stay. But they were there. I only mentioned this to express her cleaning company may not be as thorough as she may think. Be careful when booking this property, as one little mess overlooked could add up to costly extra charges.

We really loved our stay. The sunsets from the side deck were beautiful, easy access to the beach & it had everything we needed it. Also an added bonus that we weren’t looking for it was handicap accessible which was great since I was on crutches. Erica was very easy to work with & got back to us when we had questions. My family and I had such an amazing week at the cottage! We found the location to be perfect. It’s only a short drive to Cape May and Wildwood. Then you have a nice, quiet neighborhood to come back to. A 30 second walk to the bay beach for calm waters and the most incredible sunsets. There’s also a bunch of great local restaurants. We highly recommend this home!

Location was amazing! Outside of the immeadiate tourist area and provided a local vibe neighborhood with a 30 second walk with a cup of coffee to the beach to enjoy the view of the Delaware Bay sunrise. Couldn't ask for anything more and the hosts were quick to respond with any questions! Would definitely return to this property!

This was our second stay and we thoroughly enjoyed again. Location is perfect for visiting many of the shore sights and for catching the beautiful sunset on the Delaware Bay. Plenty of space for our group or even more friends/family. Cottage is well equipped for all of our needs.

Stayed with my husband, 2 daughters (11 & 9), and 2 dogs the last week in July. There was plenty of room for all of us in the home. It was great having a fenced in yard for the pups. The bay beach was very quiet and great for my daughters and dogs. Neighborhood is great. House is in an ideal location, short drive to Cape May and Wildwood. Erica was great and quickly responded to any questions I had. Thanks for a great vacation!

The hosts were so easy to work with and responsive to any emails. They even provided additional info about the Cape May beaches. This was our first time staying in this property and in this area. We rented because of needing a pet friendly house and had a two and five-year-old in addition to four adults. The house is a half a block from the entrance to the bay beach area. At high tide there is still plenty of sand to have umbrellas, chairs and the kids playing and at low tide there is lots of space to walk, Crab or look for stones. The water was mostly calm which was perfect for our kids and there was no steep drop-off of sand, which made it easy to play in the water with the kids. Although our dog could not be with us, we saw plenty in the mornings and eve but never any left-over signs. The house is laid out with two common areas on either end, so plenty of room for all! The two decks meant there was shade in the am and pm. The outdoor shower is so handy for coming back from the beach. We definitely hope to be back again!

It's a wonderful spacious cottage beside the beach. The cottage is as stated a quite location and very friendly we noticed. We couldn't believe how much space the cottage had even though she did stated and had pictures it doesn't give it justice. The only negative I could say is if you accept it to be cleaned from top to bottom, it 's cleaned enough. I watched the cleaning lady on the right of the cottage cleaning the house that 2 story's not sure if the same cleaning service but she wasn't even their 30 minutes. Would we stay again if we were accepted YES, the uncleanliness is something we can deal, everyone deals with it at hotels / motels at least in your own space you can control it.

This was the perfect location for our first vacation in over a year and we had a wonderful time. The description of the cottage was accurate with more than enough room for the 3 of us and our small dog. The previous tenant had not cleaned up after their dogs, but other than the small yard, the place was clean and tidy. The location was perfect as we wanted a more laid back place where we could walk on the beach without the insanity of the "Jersey Shore" and that was just what we got. We highly recommend Baybreeze Cottage!

Decided to give myself a birthday and Mother’s Day getaway gift and off we went to Villas NJ. I had been to the house before and loved everything about it, especially the location. Again everything was great. My friends and I had a fun time and the house didn’t disappoint! Can’t wait to go back with my family!

Property was a great fit for me and my husband and the two dogs. Small but plenty of room and I liked that the bedrooms are at the front of the house with the family room in back. The location can't be beat and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is wonderful, great location, short walk to the beach. Wish you could see the water from the deck while seated but no problem while standing. The only downside are the neighbors dogs that bark anytime you are on that side of the house. So we really didn't sit on the big deck with the BBQ and table because of the constant barking. I would easily rent again. Great communication with property owner. The beach is wonderful that is nice and quiet. Thank you for the stay
