Intermittent noise disturbance Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Living Room - Trundle Bed (2 Twins) - Flat screen TV - Free WIFI - Window AC Bedroom - 1 King Bed - Closet/Storage Kitchen - Stove/Oven - Microwave - Mid Size Refrigerator - Dining Table & Bar Stools for 2 Bathroom - Shower/Tub - Sink/Toilet Check in is at 3:30PM — Check out is at 10:30AM Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. Ali'i Beach Rentals Include: - Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels - Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender) - Hair dryer, iron & ironing board - Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own). No Elevators: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 4th floor. No Parking: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area. Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. Perfect location for walking! Beach, zoo, restaurants, and many attractions walking distance. Very nice sidewalks and beachfront trail to enjoy! The place had a comfortable bed. AC is loud. If you love to walk, this is the perfect location!

I stayed with an another friend and it was the perfect sized rental for the two of us. Cute property in Waikiki. Safe since it’s huddled in the middle of all the other hotels. Had a kitchen with all the cooking amenities. Bring quarters for laundry!

We enjoyed the convenient location of this property. One block from the beach. Easy access to bus stops. On the end of the beach so it was a relatively quiet area. Had all the amenities we needed for a great price! We would stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The unit was nice and the location was great! The trundle bed was perfect for our son to sleep on. It’s a short walk to the zoo and to Kuhio beach, which was perfect for our little guy. Having to go up a few flights of stairs was tough, but well worth it! Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Great location close to Waikiki and Kaimana beaches. Food trucks right downstairs. It was quiet. The property is renovated and feels fresh although the building itself is a bit old like most in this area. The property management was responsive and accommodating. The only request would be to have more seating. Great overall!

We were in unit #403 and it was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the twin trundles worked well for my 11 and 13 year olds. Location is great at the diamond head end of waikiki beach and near some major bus routes. No complaints. Would stay here again

Great location. Repeat customer here. Reasonable rates. Wooden sofas could use updating for more comfortable seating and cleaning of sofa throw pillows. Kitchen very well equipped. Parking great, safe and convenient.

Great location. Clean ,well equipped kitchen.King bed - very good. Nice white hotel style towels. Beach towels and chairs and more beach equipment provided. No elevator. Travel light recommended. Quiet ? Could be. You do not hear the occupants of Cabana. But ,there is a Youth Hostel behind the building full of young people having fun after day of surfing or sports. Hard to find a quiet place in Waikiki. We had a good stay here and we would return. We know what to expect now.

I was amazed at how much was included in our room. Everything was in the kitchen we needed to cook for ourselves. And everything on the deck we could need to go to the beach. The sofa was very hard, and so uncomfortable to sleep on. And I wish there had been a manager onsite to give help. But otherwise it was a lovely spot. I will definitely look into renting condos on future vacations

Very clean, comfortable accommodations in a great location at the end of Waikiki beach. Away from the bustle, yet only 2 blocks from the beach. Fully stocked condo with all the amenitites, especially the kitchen. Cable TV, Wifi, beach accessories. The only drawback was late check-in time of 3:30 and the ridiculously early checkout of 10:30 am. This distracted from the overall quality of the stay.

Room was so dirty I had to call and complaine. We walked in on the cleaning service cleaning our room. Very uncomfortable and awkward. Felt violated. Had to haul all your belongings up three flights of stairs; including coming and going to the beach or store. Another tenet rotunly let her white dog use the parking garage as a toilet. And if your using space #5 for parking a minivan it's almost impossible to get in and out, especially when space #4 doesn't pull forward enough. So, we were left without our vehicle. I can not say enough how disappointed my family and I were about this rental. We had to spend extra money on ways to stay away and used only as last resort.

We were a family of 4 and it was a bit of a tight fit but the condo was well decorated and had everything we could have needed for 4 days in Waikiki. From the outside it doesn't look like much but the inside was immaculate! No real complaints, just don't expect a bbq, pool or view. Otherwise, it was super conveniently located very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants & other attractions. Would certainly stay here again if there was just 2 of us!

Our family stayed in this apartment for 6 nights and we were very happy with it's location; just a block away from Waikiki beach. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained and very well equipped. We were very impressed. It was also quite a secured place. It would be good if the apartment has a lift. It was OK for us but would be difficult to more senior person to carry their luggage up to four stairs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and enjoy Honolulu very much. We will definitely be back and will also refer to our friends if they are going. Thank you

First time renting a condo and I loved it. Very clean and just as the photos show. Fully stocked with everything you can think of and if you need something, our case a wine opener for some reason missing from the room, we just called the front desk and they brought us one for the room. Cable and Wi-Fi included. Only real concern wad the location of the t.v. (over the fridge). Little odd. Great experience overall. Definitely will be recommended.

Perfect place to stay. The cabana is fully equipped with everything you can ever need. Great air conditioning too. It really felt like a home away from home. King size bed was amazing! Cheap breakfast place on lemon street ,2 min walk. 5 min walk to Beach and zoo. Highly recommended.
