Private, spacious, and equipped with a hot tub and SHARC passes, this is the perfect respite from the daily grind. Located on the north end of Sunriver, this cabin is less than two miles to Sunriver's little shops and restaurants. The aquatic wonders of SHARC (eight passes are provided) are only a mile south, while the Woodlands Golf Course is two miles north. If you're in the mood for city entertainment, Bend is only 17 miles away, and Mt. Bachelor's excellent skiing can be reached with an easy 21-mile day trip. The whole family fits on the sectional couch in the cheerful living room, which features a fireplace and a TV with streaming capability. Catch your favorite TV show, or log onto the WiFi and look up a recipe to make for dinner. With everything you need to cook and an island for extra chopping space, the kitchen is a dream for chefs. Try a dish you've never made before, and enjoy your meal around the dining table or outside on the deck. On nice days, a gas grill is available for barbecues. When you're done with your meal, there's a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Stretching around the space, the deck is a wonderful place to spend time in the sweetly-scented forest air. Read a book and enjoy the peace and quiet, or take a dip in the hot tub and soak out the day's aches. There are three bedrooms here, perfect for six people. The nature-themed decor enhances the ambience of the forest setting. Parents will appreciate time together in the luxurious primary bedroom, which has a TV and an en suite bathroom. For the kids, there's a bedroom with two twins where they can whisper into the night. A third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. We know that with kids come messes, but don't worry. we've got you covered. There are two bathrooms, so it's easy to schedule shower time, and a private washer and dryer will keep your vacation clothes clean. Your whole family will love seeing the area on the house bikes. There are 40 miles of paved bike trails to explore, making it convenient to get around without a car. Horse lovers can rent a mount from the stables and explore on horseback instead. There's whitewater rafting and rock climbing options nearby, and this area sports some of Central Oregon's best fly fishing, so you can catch your dinner. Set aside at least one afternoon to go to SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center), where you can swim to your heart's content in one of several pools. With a tubing hill, sand area for the kids, and dry options like a basketball court and picnic area, you'll find something to do no matter what mood you're in. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September. This home also includes shared access to a private pool (Circle 4 Ranch Pool) from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We had 3 generations with us. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was small but we didn’t use it much. Hot tub was a nice place to relax. Key pad to door was going out and we couldn’t get anyone to come switch batteries for us. But otherwise, I highly recommend this property.

We loved staying at Circle 4 Ranch 31! Everything was great from the moment we walked in. The entire cabin was spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the wonderful private hot tub and BBQ. I would definitely recommend Circle 4 Ranch 31.

The cabin was perfect for our group, 3 adults and children. The cabin was warm and cozy. Well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The kids loved the home. We would definately stay here again.

We've been coming to SunRiver for over 40 years, so we've stayed in dozens of vacation rentals. I have to say this one was a bit disappointing. Master bed was HARD, pillows HARD. The unit was fairly clean, except for the bathrooms floors which had not been swept or mopped. Long hairs and mucky foot/shoe prints all over both floors. The kitchen dining only seats 4 - which didn't bother us there were only 2 of us, but if you have 6 staying here, 2 someones will not be at the table. Kitchen utensils were very basic minimum.
The decorations and furnishing were over done. TOO much stuff, which made the unit feel crowded and fussy. There is a rug in the Master bed that is a Trip hazard and should be removed. Toilet in Master bath needed plunged for every flush.
Just a lot of things that needed attention or updating. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

Great location, friendly neighbors, and wonderful walking paths to the village and Sharc. The beds and pilllows were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the furnace is extremely loud. This place was great for our friends/kids vacation. The house was very clean and worked for our group. The only issue was closing the hot tub cover, it was difficult. We will book this house again.

Classic cabin
I took my daughter and her friends on a end of summer vacation, we stayed in circle 4 cabin 31 and loved it! Such a cute cabin atmosphere with all the comforts of home. Plenty of room for everyone, and the pool is right next door! I enjoyed the peace and quite of this adorable cabin. The Sharc passes and bikes were an added bonus!

This cabin was the best of the 5 we stayed in. It was pricey though. We are going to look for less expensive cabins but if price is not an issue this cabin is well stocked and maintained.

Excellent for families- kids loved the hot tub!
Good beds, quiet...clean... I would stay here again. I couple very minor things- too minor to mention here, that needed attention. (out of seasonings, a light bulb out- ...) But overall- a great property that my kids very much did NOT want to leave! The adults either!

We loved being close to the park, the SHARC, the observatory and the Village. Easy to walk or bike to everywhere we love to be.

Cozy Cabin
Our family enjoyed the deck, the hot tub and the proximity to the pool across the street. We brought our kids' bikes and then used the adult bikes in the garage to explore the area. Due to the smoke and bad air quality we were unable to use the SHARC, but it looked like a great place. Overall the cabin was clean and had a cozy ski house feel to it, even though we were there in the summer.
