Nestled in Kansas City, this charming condo for $189 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Summary: 2BR/ 2BA LOFT- 1200 sq ft. Building is registered with the National Historic Registry. Beautiful old architectural details preserved with modern conveniences. Located in the heart of downtown KC- blocks from Convention Center, Sprint Center, Power & Light District & everything downtown has to offer! Loft has new- all stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in each unit, all new electrical, AC and plumbing. You will have access to gym and rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown! The Space: Interior of building has been completely overhauled with new electrical, plumbing, wiring, ac/heating and all the modern conveniences at the same time historic architectural details left in place! Exposed brick walls, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, beadboard ceilings etc. Guest Access: There is a gym as well as a rooftop deck with great views of downtown. The Neighborhood: Loft is situated a few blocks from Convention Center/Bartle Hall, Power & Light District, Sprint Center and River Market. The KC Streetcar that is free to ride is a short walk and will take you to River Market, Union Station, Crown Center with stops along downtown. 9 miles from Arrowhead Stadium and KC Royals Stadium! Getting Around: Parking 1. There is 2 hr free parking on the street M-F from 7am to 6pm. It is free all day on the weekends and holidays. Technically, you can park there from 4pm to 9am M-F without having to move vehicle. 2. We have a few limited parking spots at the lot next to the building at the rate of $9 per day with unlimited in and out privileges. If you are interested in that option, please message us to arrange. 3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St. Other Things to Note: Loft is fully stocked with all bedding, towels, shampoo, soap etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. We provide you with coffee, creamer and sweetener!

My wife and I stayed the night here after attending a Chiefs game. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. The next morning we walked to the City Market area for coffee, lunch, and some shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is wonderful! Very well maintained, clean, everything you could ask for was there! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we come to Kansas City. The host is SO kind and communication couldnt have been better.

Was so nice to have a place downtown, nice parking lot, easy to access so much. This place was stocked well, nice comfortable beds too. Impressed at the cleanliness. Will come again!

Clean, comfortable apartment in a great location. Easily walk to the streetcar which will take you to the River Market area, Piwer & Light, Arts district and Union Station and Crown Center. Good restaurants near by. Hosts are efficient and responsive.

Property is well maintained, clean and central to everything in a city where nothing is centralized. Manager attentive with communications and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, would fit 4 adults (2 couples) comfortably.

The area is full of history the world war 1 museum is very interesting. The steam boat museum is great, the farmers market is a good time lots of good food. The loft we stayed in is very nice we had a great time

This place is so cute and everything was absolutely perfect! The loft was clean, cozy, bright, in a great location, and had everything you could need. The check in process was super easy and Olivia was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions. I 10/10 recommend staying here and definitely would love to stay here again when going back to KC! :) Thank you!!

Beautiful modern loft in a great location. Great roof top deck. Near street car pick up. Safe area. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, P&L. Photos show beautiful old brick walls but this unit did not have that. Disappointing. But place was amazing and spacious. Definitely will stay here again!!

Very nice place to relax after traveling all day. It's close to a lot of restaurants and event venues. Loved having a spare room and master bath for my guest. Will definitely consider staying again on my next trip to KC.

This was a great place. Good walking distance to Bartle Hall and lots of resources close by too. The host is quick to reply, and very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property. Will be staying here again.

The property was easy to find, close to the convention center and several other venues. The unit was great. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Very quiet inside. The open air deck was big and airy. Will stay here again.

What a wonderful property! We loved it! We took a short uber to the J Rieger distillery and then visited west bottoms on Saturday morning. I would love to bring my kids back to stay in the loft, hopefully we'll have a dance competition or another occasion to return. Thanks so much to the property managers for making everything so easy breezy!

I have stayed at this loft before and loved it. Great location close to Power and Light district. Close to Crossroad District. Play is also close. I will be back in November for another Chiefs game!! I highly recommend this location!

We are so glad we chose this property for our stay in KC, Mo. The location is incredible. The apartment very beautiful. The few times we called the property manager with an issue, she was right on top of it and always with a very pleasant attitude. The building has great security. I highly recommend this property.
