You will not find a better designed or built condo in all of Cabo; features include a water purification system throughout the condo, wet bar, built in wine cooler, granite breakfast bar, pocket doors and pocket windows. Both Master Suites feature King Size beds (that can be made into 2 twin beds upon request). Both bathrooms are done in travertine marble and specialty lighting with all high end finishes. This condo features 2 master suites plus a 3rd bedroom that has bunk beds for sleeping 2 more guests. Free W & D also available for our guests The back terrace overlooks the main walking road to get to Medano Beach and is great for people watching. Front terrace has a BBQ and overlooks Marina Sol pool and courtyard area and has a gorgeous view both day and night. Note * All rooms have air conditioning and overhead fans. Note * TV in living room is from a Direct Satellite signal and we get 100 channels

The property is in a great location and the employees are very good. Ivan even let us check in early. Unfortunately, the unit itself is very dated and needs updating. The furniture is old and the toaster burnt the toast, the filtered faucet leaked, the master bedroom faucet leaked. The air conditioning for the so called “third bedroom” didn’t work, it was so hot and that room was unbearable to sleep in. It had a window in the door with no privacy and no closet. It should be advertised as a two bedroom. I ended up getting another hotel in the area for my two adult children because they could not sleep in there. The balcony chairs were too high for the built in counter top, so we never sat there as it was too uncomfortable. We have stayed in Cabo at least 15 times and I would not stay here again.

We loved it here! Everyone is so nice and hospitable! The condo was great! They provided Plenty of bath towels and beach towels, floaties for the water, laundry pods for the washer and dryer and plenty more i’m not thinking of. The little store in the lobby was great with amazing workers, the cantina staff were amazing and just all around a great place to stay! The distance to Medano beach is amazing as well. I recommend corazon beach club for a relaxing day on the beach! Only problem was the the vertical blinds were in pretty bad shape so there was an entire section missing so people could see into our condo if the lights were on. But it wasn’t a big enough problem to have someone come fix for us. Highly recommend.

The location of this unit is fantastic! Close to everything. Medano beach is a short 5 minute walk, downtown is 10 minute walk. Grocery store (large store) is just a block away. Lots of restaurants close - some very expensive, so my suggestion is to walk away from the beach for eating. I actually almost left this unit the day after arriving due to a lot of issues; however, Clint came in and made every single one right and provided some additional amenities for us. I was very impressed with the quick action from him and the property manager that made everything right. Pros: location, 24 hr security, large unit, massage/nail on premises, swim up bar and restaurant on site, excellent housekeeping Cons: need more umbrellas at the pool (only one) and while this is not the owners fault I suggested he have a word with the HOA, third bedroom bunk beds are really too small for adults but okay for kids. I absolutely recommend this place for your stay in Cabo.

We came to Cabo for the diving, and Marina Sol was the perfect location. Access to the Marina, friendly accommodating staff, and all the amenities. It was simply a perfect vacation.

This was our second stay in this particular condo and it was great. We’ve stayed in other condos as well at Marina Sol and always have a wonderful time. Everyone is very friendly, the pool is nice with plenty of new chairs, and the pool bar has a nice variety of food and drinks. My only suggestion for the condo is that the blinds on the sliding door be replaced because it’s missing several of the vertical slats. The condo is exactly what we were expecting based on the photos. It was a great value given the location (close to Medano beach and several great restaurants). We’re looking forward to booking our next trip.

My family recent stay at Marina Sol was amazing. We enjoyed the condo, restaurant, pool, close proximity to restaurants, shopping, Medano Beach, and the harbor. It had everything our family needed for an enjoyable vacation without spending an arm and a leg at a fancy resort. We highly recommend Marina Sol.

The property is a great value in a fun lactation. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel property is clean, secure, and the onsite spa and restaurant were a good value to. The room is great with the 2 king beds and the patio off the living room has a great view.

This was the perfect place for us to stay! So much to do within walking distance. The property is beautiful and the condo comfortable. The bump out with twin beds could use some work. Mattresses were really dirty and laundry loud. We ended up pulling the mattress toppers into another room for sleeping. Overall we loved this space for our vacation.

My brother and I went on a week fishing vacation. This place is very close to the marina and to our surprise, had some excellent restaurants in the back of the building. The unit itself is very comfortable and the grounds of the complex are great. Will stay here again.

The property was in an amazing location. You can walk anywhere! The property was super clean and the pool attendants were flawless. Alex was over the top amazing. He literally catered to our needs and wants! But… the unit itself had some problems. I read the reviews prior to booking and they are accurate. The back bedroom was too hot for anyone to sleep in-even with the fans that were set up in that room. This caused one guest to have to sleep on the couch. The master bedroom’s AC was not working properly so it was difficult to sleep at night. This did get fixed the last night of our stay and made a huge difference. The ice-maker did not work and never got fixed. Not a huge deal-we just bought bagged ice. The TV in the family room barely worked. We weren’t there to watch tv but I wanted to mention it. The gentleman that was in charge of our accommodations was very attentive and tried fixing the above items. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful 4 days in Marina Sol! Upon arrival, the property manager Ivan helped carry our bags to the room and made sure we were taken care of. The condo was spotless and he even had some beverages waiting for us in the fridge. The pool was a perfect cooling temperature and was not busy at all during our stay. We didn't have much time in the room because of how close the walk was to the beach, making the location all the more worthwhile. Highly recommend this location!!!

Great location. So close to beach, restaurants and Marina. We were not bothered by street noise as someone had mentioned. We slept well in the soft and nice beds, with A/C and fans keeping us cool. The hotel pool was warm and well taken care off. The food at the pool (Oasis) was good (not great) but much more affordable than any places near by. Happy hour drinks very affordable and yummy. There are certainly plenty of options for food and drinks nearby (some just across the street) We tried and recommend The Office, The Italian Job, Aleta and Tres Sirenas. All very good (and close). The staff at the resort were friendly and very helpful. Special shoutout to Ivan, Elena (at the Oasis) and Elly (hotel concierge). We would defiantly consider coming back here.

Condo was really comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. Property has lush landscaping, great pools, a laid back and fun bar vibe. The location could not have been better - able to walk to everything in town and super close to beach (and Mango Deck!).

Really great old school property. Really nice having a restaurant and small convenience store on property. The back bedroom (the one with the bathroom is extremely noisy from outside noise. The double windows don’t stop the noise. Great location though for those wanting to be downtown and by the marina.

This condo was very nice and clean, Clint our host was very easy to work with. This condo is located in the Marina Sol resort which is only a short walk to the marina and beach so the location is excellent. The only downside was a street sits directly behind this unit and two of the bedrooms are on the back side so there was some traffic noise overnight at times while trying to sleep.
