I was totally thrilled with our condo. It was close to the ocean, but not too close so that I felt threatened during the extremely high tides we viewed while staying there. It was an unusually violent ocean, but our first day there we walked the beautiful beach in lovely weather and were glad we did. The condo is very large so we had room to spread out. It's open concept so we could cook and still feel part of the group. An overall great experience and I'd happily rent the condo again.

It was a great place and location. I got the biggest kick out of watching the surf class getting ready. Getting into the wet suits was hilarious! These Georgia peaches would definitely go back!!

This property was fabulous. Very clean and loaded with everything you could possibly think of. The location is the best and we enjoyed the beach, eating, shopping and just relaxing in this wonderful condo. Best place we've ever stayed at in Pismo. Thank You !!

This condo is one of our new favorites. You are literally steps away from the sand and ocean and the panoramic view from the windows and balcony is breath taking. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and the great room were perfect for our stay. We felt right at home and the entire check in process was super simple.

Previous 4th of July visits were hotel stays. Decided on a condo for this years visit and it did not disappoint. The pictures simply did not do it any justice. Literally steps to the beach and minutes (walking) to anywhere downtown Pismo. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked it out for next year.

Thank you for having us at your property! A great place and much much more space than the online images convey - spacious and so very clean. Well appointed as there was nothing we found we had to “run out for” as may happen with other rentals I have visited- Although we were there on a busy Memorial Day weekend ; the location was superb at the very end of the boardwalk and was quiet and safe - We would love to come back soon.

We've stayed in this building before but this was our first time in this unit. 1 very very clean,!!!! 2 very nicely decorated 3 kitchen had everything we needed. 4 everything worked well! Windows, doors, garage, appliances, lighting! (Ok, we never tried the tvs who needs to with this view!) 5 beds are very comfortable. 6 property management was very responsive to questions.

Such an amazing view, literally a few steps to the beach, very clean, great area and neighborhood, a garage and an elevator....it was our 40 Anniversary and what fantastic memories we made at this beautiful home and beach......To top that we could see whales from our balcony they were feeding and playing right in front of us for a couple of hours and they were back the next day. Highly recommend!

Everything there that we could need comfortable beds clean as a whistle and quiet Only issues were with a non functioning garage remote and a way too complicated lock on the front door. Property manager Michelle came to help us with the lock and was very nice.

You can't beat the views from this condo and the location couldn't be more central to great parts of Pismo Beach--the pier, outlet shopping, and the beach! Even on Labor Day weekend, the street was not noisy. We already booked a return stay!

We loved this property. It was very clean and comfortable. There were a few area’s that need attention: all of the screen doors are basically inoperative. The only one that we could open at all was the main room, fortunately. The sheets and towels are in need of replacement and upgrading. The view is amazing, as property is on the beach. Unfortunately, with a parking lot and surf camp right in front, it was a bit noisy. Over all however; we were very happy. It is comfortable and spacious. Have stayed here before and were not disappointed. Property manager is great and the unit was very nice and clean,which was very important to us.

We had a fantastic vacation

My wife and I and 3 young adult children enjoyed 3 days in this condo that literally overlooks the beach. The condo was clean, attractively decorated and location was superb. Extra bonus - We saw whales from the window, directly out to sea about 1/4 to 1/2 mile.
