Ideally located less than 5 miles from the lifts of Winter Park, this condo will captivate you with its breathtaking views from the moment you step inside. Built in 2018, every detail in this tastefully decorated unit has been carefully thought out, boasting an inviting fireplace, rich wood trim, a glass-enclosed tile shower, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and beautiful cabinetry. Prepare to be impressed by the attention to detail in every corner of this charming space. The condo features a king bed in the primary room with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom with a bathroom just across the room, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests with maximum comfort. For added convenience, a Pack & Play is also available in the second bedroom closet. To ensure an extra clean sleeping experience, this property follows the Triple Sheet Method, using two sheets to encase the comforter, and the sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest. While this property does not have air conditioning, we care about our guests' comfort and have provided fans in each sleeping area to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay. Winter Park Resort is just 6.5 miles away, making it a perfect destination for family fun. The FREE resort shuttle will conveniently drop you off in the heart of the resort base village, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The Grand Park Rec Center, located just 1.4 miles away, offers multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a massive rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Next door to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is only 1 mile away in Fraser. For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The property is on the shuttle route to the base of the mountain. Beautiful, accommodating condo with everything fully stocked. Fireplace and too controlled heater and beautiful views of the mountains. Only 10 minutes from Winter Park and right up the hill from Fraser. Highly recommend!! If we ever go back to Winter Park area, we will absolutely look here again.

Condo was very nice and we were very happy even if we weren't in the condo that long. The weather when we were there wasn't wonderful but the last morning when we woke up we could finally see the mountains from the windows/balcony. Condo was pretty warm (never turned heat on), so we opened all the windows and balcony door to cool it down. Lowest it got was 72 (checked in at 75) even with temps outside being 40s and 50s.

An absolutely perfect place! A roomy 2 bedroom condo. LOVED the big windows with mountain sky view which we were able to have open while enjoying the cool crisp Colorado air. Home-like feel with all needed amenities for a long stay. Great location nestled away from town. Owners communicated necessary information for the most easy, pleasant, and very affordable stay. HIGHLY recommend! 😊

Cute condo. Has black out shades in bedrooms, games for kids and great mtn views. Only downside is it the second story, dragging bags up is no fun. Would stay here again.

We had a great time in Fraser & Winter Park. It was myself, my husband & our two daughters, ages 12 & 15. The property was so clean and nice, felt brand new & had such beautiful views! It was perfect for the few days we were there to ski! I would highly recommend this property!

A little tired but very clean. Unusually lots of basic stuff left behind, coffee filters, spices, oil and vinegar, mustard,etc. which meant we did not need to buy absolutely every thing for a 4 night stay.

Guys Ski Trip
This was a great condo for our guys ski trip to Winter Park. It was comfortable and quiet - the perfect place to come back to relax after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked, so we ate almost all of our meals in the condo. We didn't feel like going out to eat after getting back "home." We would definitely stay here again.

Bus route
This property was very nice the problem was the bus route. The emerald line is the only free transportation that runs to this property. The condo is at the very top of hill and the bus stop is at least 200yards at bottom of hill. Dragging luggage up hill in the snow is not fun. This is the only complaint about the whole stay. Beautiful place but i would recommend spending extra money to be dropped off at the front door

Had a lot of fun in the Fraser/Winter park area. Only thing I would say is that the listing doesn’t state there is no A/C in the condo. It was 80+ all week we were there and with windows open and fans going it never got below 78* in the condo. Other than that it was perfect.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. You will enjoy it AND the property management team that handles the reservations which is equally important. We worked with Charlotte who was an absolute dream. She told us much detail about the area, really worked with us to find the unit that would work for our needs and was extremely patient with us. Charlotte also was just a phone call or text away if we had any questions while we were there. If we visit the area again we would not hesitate again book this unit. It was also wonderfully stocked and had everything we needed.

Perfect location
This was better than I imagined. We had a hill in the back and was about to let the kids slide down and had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was convenient to the tubing hill and just down the road from WINTER PARK resort. The infloor heating works amazing. We plan to come back.
