Situated in Fraser, this lovely condo for $215 per night is a great option for your next break. Rosita #3 is a two bedroom, two bath condo that can sleep up to six. This deluxe townhouse-style unit is three story with lots of front glass to overlook the Continental Divide. It is three miles from world-class skiing and is located on the complimentary shuttle bus route. This is a non-smoking unit and No pets allowed. Hideaway Village is a sparsely populated condo association with only 110 units on 33 acres. The building is backed up to a forest of tall pines. The kitchen is fully-equipped. There are private wood decks on the second and third floors. Large moss-rock fireplace with new gas logs. There are two queen beds and a queen-size pullout in the living room couch. The main bedding is 'world class' Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Nightly rates from $85 to $250. Completely remodeled in 2005. Perfect place to stay. Just as advertised. Clean, nicely decorated with plenty of towels and basic essentials needed for your stay. Tim was kind enough to reach out prior to our visit to make sure we knew the pass might still be closed when we arrived and would have to take a longer route around. The bus stop 300 ft around the corner was nice so we didn’t have to fight the parking at Winter park (just a heads up, they weren’t running on call service after hours as advertised). And what a bonus having a locker to leave your skis overnight! Do not hesitate booking, we would definitely stay here again!

Nice unit. Set away from the crowds but close enough to jump on a shuttle to the mountain or a short drive into town for dinner. We enjoyed our time at the condo and in Winter Park

Four of us needed a place to stay in Winter Park for a wedding we were attending. Our stay was comfortable and accommodating. Everything was to our satisfaction. Tim was quick to respond to the few questions we had. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Winter Park.

This mountain getaway was very clean and cozy. We had four adults in our group and had plenty of space in the house and no issues with the space. The only surprise was that the bedrooms are on floors 2/3 and the bathrooms are on floors 1/2. However, it still worked out perfectly fine for our two couples, and we had an amazing time exploring the surrounding areas! Highly recommend.

You never quite know what you're getting into with a Vrbo, so we were pleased to find all the amenities of a good hotel, plus full kitchen supplies. And with three levels, there was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. We were impressed by the easy access, quiet location, and our host; shout out to Tim for being responsive and kind. If you're planning a ski trip or a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, consider staying here!

We enjoyed this property that was close to Winter Park with the added bonus of a ski locker on resort. While the location is tucked away from the main strip in WP, everything is within an easy drive.

We absolutley loved the property! It was perfect, private and close enough to everything in town. My 8 year old son loved being able to play right out the front door in the snow. Tim was so easy to work with and the locker at the resort was a much appreciated bonus. We would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

States 3BR, 2 bath. But in fact only 2 bedrooms. He’s counting the living room pull out couch as a bedroom. Mold around the bathtub caulk. Very dangerous walk down to the lift pick up. My husband slipped on ice the first day and injured his leg before we even made it to the lifts. No walkable food places. Didn’t feel like the kitchen had staples,, had to buy oil and salt and pepper.

We had a great stay. This condo is ideally located to the bus stop and not far from Old Town Winter Park. It was clean and comfortable. We had several communications with Tim and he was always quick with replies and helpful. We'll be back.

The condo is in a great location. We overall enjoyed our stay. Nice views, comfortable, lots of towels and paper supplies, and good kitchen equipment if you like to cook in. I didn't realize that the second floor bedroom was a loft partially open to the living room, not much privacy. I should have studied the photos more closely. There were a few issues with the fireplace and the refrigerator, but the owners were very responsive and fixed them as quickly as possible.

We enjoyed staying at Tim's cabin. Everything was clean and in good order. Appreciated lots of clean towels, shampoos, good selection of dishes, comfortable beds, good bathrooms with showers, indoor-outdoor thermometer that told us how warm it was inside and how very cold outside. Grateful the walk to the front door was shoveled and the parking area plowed of snow. The ski locker availible for us was a big plus, thank you. Liked the shuttle that came up to the cabin but also very easy to drive down the hill and park in the free parking to get on a larger variety of shuttles that stop at the transit center. Thanks for an enjoyable time to ski and then sit around and visit with one another.

The condo was great for our family of 5. We came during the attic blast with negative temps and we were nice and warm. Close to everything and the area was so cute with tons of snow to play in. Would recommend! Great value and location.

Was in the perfect location as we have a townhome just down the road but needed another unit to accommodate our numbers. Although we did not do any meal preparations there the kitchen seemed to be fully stocked with all that might be needed. Nice fluffy towels! Do be aware of two sets of stairs to reach upper bedroom one of which is a spiral staircase.

The property was stocked very, very well! Everything I could think of to make it like home was there and even the extras you think of when staying in hotels(extra towels, blankets, pillows,etc). The upstairs patios were great to relax and take in the beautiful scenery as well. Would highly recommend this property and the owner Tim was great answering questions promptly! Will most likely rent it again next summer@
