The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a large glass shower, ensuring comfort and relaxation. The guest bedroom features a twin over queen log bunk bed, while the living room comes with a sleeper sofa and a full hall bath, providing ample space for up to 7 guests. The condo's oversized living area creates a wonderfully comfortable and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the mountains. Although this property does not have air conditioning, we have thoughtfully provided fans in each sleeping area to ensure you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay. Rest assured that we follow the Triple Sheet Method, using two sheets to encase the comforter, and the sheet-made duvet cover is thoroughly washed between each and every guest, guaranteeing an extra clean sleeping experience. Winter Park Resort is conveniently located just 6.5 miles away, making it a perfect destination for a memorable family getaway. The resort shuttle will drop you off at the resort base village, where you can indulge in skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The Grand Park Rec Center, situated just 1.4 miles away, offers multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a massive rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Next to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar. If you need to stock up on supplies, Safeway grocery store is conveniently located only 1 mile away in Fraser. For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. We had a quick one-night stay so we were pleased when the unit was available for an early check-in. Also, smoke alarm was chirping when we arrived and maintenance was there quickly to fix it.
Loved the large table for us all to sit at and play games.
The drive to the ski hill was simple.
Not a huge thing for us, but just to note, this is on the 3rd floor so some stairs to navigate.
Not quite enough dishes (bowls/spoons, etc.) for our family of 6 but we made it work with chili in a
coffee mug :-)
Always a treat to get away for a weekend of skiing!

Very clean, well appointed and equiped. It is 3rd floor so plan on stairs. Conveniently located to shopping, town and resort. Bus stop is a little bit of a walk. Would book this unit again.

This was even better than the pictures! The condo was centrally located near everything that we wanted. It was clean, well stocked, and had amazing views. The vaulted ceilings throughout and the heated floors in the master bedroom and bath were luxurious.

Overall the property was great. It is close to a train line which is fairly loud when the train comes through a couple times a day. Very spacious accommodation for family of four. Close to grocery and restaurants. Management was very responsive to questions. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. We had a party of 3 adults and had room to spread out. It was nice to be able to do laundry with the full size washer & dryer. If one wanted to cook, everything is available in the full sized kitchen. I enjoyed the views from the front balcony and all the sunshine coming in from the windows. I would prefer a King sized bed in the primary bedroom but we were able to make it work. We would definitely stay again in this nice, like new condo!

This is one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had. The condo was perfectly clean, easy to check in and out of, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The train noise was a little startling the first night, but we knew to expect it from some other reviews and it wasn’t a problem.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This condo is amazing. The location is convenient. The property was incredible, clean and much larger than I anticipated! Could easily accommodate a large family or small group coming together! Right next to a brewery as well. While our visit was just a night, we would have gladly stayed longer!

This place definitely had the good views and condo was just like the listing. I would give this 4 out of 5 stars bc of the mattress were terrible, we didn’t get 1 good night of sleep, even tried the other beds and the pull out couch is like your sleeping on the metal springs, would definitely book again only if they would change out the mattress

It was the four of us, my family, one being my girlfriend and my aunt and uncle. We went to the festival and went to park and stay at the condominium was outstanding. We have already recommended it to many many people. We truly enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and the supplies for utensils and stuff for cooking. We really really have a good time and I mean that.

This third floor condo was clean and acceptable. This property uses a physical key for entry and only one is provided which makes it difficult when there are two sets of adults. The ice maker in the Fridge does not work which is a real down side in the summer. Luckily, Safeway is close by. Salt and pepper is the only thing provided for cooking so be sure to bring or buy what you need. If the sound of the train makes it hard to sleep with the windows open (which have to be in the summer) then don't choose this condo and a little room darkening curtains on the windows of bedrooms would be nice. The patio door in the primary has no covering at all. Ceiling fans or a fan of some sort in the bedrooms might help.

So happy we decided on this property. It was all we were hoping for and more. Very clean and spacious. Wonderful property management. ***Condo was just as described in listing and in photos. Great location for exploring the area. Easy drive to Granby and Grand Lake. Safeway in town was close and great for stocking up. And the VIEWS from this condo are fabulous!! Would absolutely book again!

Overall our stay was great! We cooked breakfast in the condo then packed our lunches. There was plenty of space for our family of five. We loved the master bathroom, the shower was fantastic. One frustrating aspect of the condo was the temperature of the rooms at night. With no air conditioner and no fans in the rooms or area fans to help circulate some cool air it was hot! It took me a long time to fall asleep each night. One other thing that you would not know from not researching the property is you are 75 feet from a train track. And those trains come through 1-2 times per night and they are LOUD. Our kids slept through and I went right back to sleep after they went by. But they definitely woke me and my husband up.
The location being right between Winter Park and Granby is definitely a positive and would bring us back to this area for sure. Overall, it was a great stay! Just a few minor things to remember for your trip.

Our family needed a place to stay for a few days at Rocky Mountain National Park. Location was great, not too far from the park and lots of places to eat in the town.
The apartment was just as described, very comfortable home base for day trips to the park or shorter hikes closer to town.

This property was amazing! We were close to where the wedding was, close to the grocery store and had a great view. The unit is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, showers were hot and sitting outside with a cup of coffee was perfect. Maybe the only downside would be the occasional train in the morning, but was not a game changer for sure. I’d recommend this place for a great visit.

We've stayed in this complex before and absolutely love the location. You can walk to all the shops/bars/breweries and the home was very well equipped for cooking in the kitchen. The only downfall of the complex is the have 2 HUGE speed bumps so we can never bring our sports car. Will have no problem coming back.

Great property for a ski trip. Very clean and well appointed. Everything felt new and good quality. Note that there are no spices, oils, vinegars etc in kitchen. The skillets have been mistreated with metal utensils and are needing replacement but overall an amazing place.

The property was clean, spacious and well organized. Close to a grocery store, several good restaurants, and Winter Park for skiing and snowboarding. Great views of the mountains. We like to prepare a lot of our own meals and the condo had everything we needed to do that. It was perfect for our family of 4. We did hear the trains a couple of nights, but not a huge disruption. We would recommend adding blinds for the glass door in the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect. Attention to detail is normally where corners are cut with most vacation rentals. This place was definitively an exception to the norm.
High quality appliances, dimmers throughout, nice linens, pots and pans were high quality, even the knives were sharp. The knives were sharp! That is a rarity. The furniture and beds were comfy. The giant dining room table was awesome. Plenty of room for a puzzle and dinner for 4. Even though it wasn’t needed, there was a backup propane bottle for the grill. The hosts thought of everything.
The view, Shut the front door!! Postcard worthy.
This place exceeded all expectations including bang for the buck.
