Location was great. Close enough to anything we needed that we walked most times.
Good communication. We had a few questions about where to park extra vehicles and received prompt responses. (There’s a parking garage a few blocks south on Baker Drive)
We’ll thought out and equipped for guests. Fans, humidifiers, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, binder with local info, access to clubhouse, etc.
We were more than satisfied with our stay. Very clean, comfortable, and peaceful.

Great stay! Living room furniture recently updated with nice, comfortable and clean furniture. nice carpet throughout. all other furniture very nice. Kitchen older and smaller, but clean and well cared for. Really appreciated available spices and other essentials for meals. Dishwasher small apartment size could use replacing. Washer not working - Amie our contact person was helpful and will be addressing the issue.
Convenient to shuttle for skiing. friendly and quiet area.

My family had a perfect 7 night stay at Amie's condo! Location was great and the condo was very comfortable for our group of 8. The property is very well maintained and the Rec center was huge hit for my young adult kids.

This was a fantastic trip and an amazing property. We are from colorado and have been up to the mountains a fair bit and this was by far one of our favorite places to stay. Clean, close to everything and the sound of the river was amazing. Property owner was very responsive and the rec center and access to trails is phenomenal.

We have stayed in other units in this condo group before and really like the location because we can easily walk to everything on main street of Winter Park.
This unit was okay but we have liked others better. The set up was fine and we had plenty of space. There was a loud banging noise that we are assuming was coming from the heater register. We were there for 8 night so we got used to it but it was rather loud. Also, I would recommend bringing some toilet paper with you. As I said, we were there for 8 nights but only had 4 rolls of TP for 4 of us. We didn't figure it out until late one evening so had to use Kleenex until we could get to the store. We have rented in the Winter Park / Frasier area for years and have never run into this issue. They don't mention anything about the firewood on the site but you need to bring your own so be prepared for that as well.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need but the cabinets were a bit packed. I like to put all of the groceries away that we bring to keep the counters open but there were no open cabinets to put stuff in.
The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable which are 2 important things to us when renting.

All businesses seemed to be affected by COVID, which stinks, but the property contained all that we needed for cooking all meals. Would definitely think of staying at again.

Wish we had known about...
This is a nice rental near the center of town, but far enough off the road to feel away. Easy walking distance from a blue-line bus stop, or a slightly longer walk to black line. Bus makes it easy to get back from the slopes.
My only regret about this location was that we rented with the assumption that there was a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, it was "under construction" by the time we arrived. Certainly not the property owner's fault, but it would have been nice if someone had told us about the multi-million dollar community pool and rec center across main street in Winter Park (or 'comped' us tickets for it). We discovered it too late to make use of it.
The fees on the stay also seemed a bit steep, kicking the price up significantly from the listed price.
No complaints about the rooms. Very nice and comfortable.

Beautiful location in an ideal spot. Condo was exactly as advertised. The only drawback was a smell when we walked in. One lemon down the disposal fixed the issue.

Stop looking and stay here!
I chose this condo for the view of the river, this condo was much more than a river! Highly recommended.
Kitchen: well stocked kitchen with every utensil, pot/pan, and piece of cookware you will need. The owners even delivered a replacement coffee maker when we found that the coffee pot was broken (it was not in an obvious spot and was missed on the previous walkthrough). There are things in the cabinets like olive oil, spices, coffee/tea, bring other items you need.
Living Area: Very comfortable! The dining table is gorgeous and heavy so kids won’t be tipping chairs. The couch is great, the chair reclines. The sunlight is nice. The TV is new and is a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, and Hulu if you have your passwords. There is a nice fireplace and the balcony is great.
Bedrooms: New clean/comfortable linens. Bedding on the bunk beds is very soft and cute for kids, the bedding in the master is soft. TV with a DVD player in the master. Plenty of closet/drawer space for everything, and there is a door to the balcony from the master.
Bathrooms: Bathtubs aren’t brand new BUT the showers are great, plenty of water pressure, nothing to complain about! There are hand soaps and body wash on hand. Towels are soft and big.
Laundry: An older stacking washer/dryer but all we needed for our stay. You should bring detergent.
Pool/Rec Room: Great indoor pool, two indoor hot tubs and one outdoor hot tub. The pool/pool area are clean and well maintained. The center has a pool table, TV, kids TV area, and another laundry facility. The rec room is spacious and clean!
Location: The river is peaceful, there is a trail alongside it which is used by walkers/runners/cyclists. There is a grocery store within walking distance (akin to Whole Foods/Natural Grocers/Sprouts/Lucky’s). There are several restaurants in driving distance, and a cinema/bowling alley within walking distance.
Details: This is what made me feel good about the place. The visitor info book is thorough, has info on altitude sickness, area shops and trails, entertainment, etc. The owners have put a lot of time into making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. There is also a closet with extra blankets, towels for the pool, games, books, and toys for the kids. They have a high chair and pack & play and lots of extra fans and humidifiers and really everything you could need.
The owner is VERY responsive. I emailed her about a few things and she returned a text in less than 15 min

Good condo location
Everything was acceptable. Windows and balcony looking over the Fraser river were great. Near the bus stop to the ski resort. New grocery store in walking distance (Fireside Market). Some coffee and tea were provided in a basket and some in the freezer from previous tenants. If you plan on cooking, count on bringing or purchasing your own condiments, spices, baking powder, flour, etc.
Although the place is advertised as no pets allowed, we definitely came away with pet hair anytime we sat on the carpet, so one of the previous occupants must have had a different arrangement. I mention it for anyone who might be allergic to pets (we aren't).
