About this condo rental

Located in Fraser, this lovely condo for $256 per night is a great option for your next trip. Locally and veteran owned 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, located in picturesque Fraser Colorado. I’ve turned my home into a vacation retreat - a place for you to enjoy and create memories. The condo has everything you need; incredible views, stocked kitchen, 65” curved 4K TV, sleeping for 8 and most importantly, a PRIVATE hot tub. Enjoy a day of mountain biking, hiking, fishing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or tubing - all are within minutes of the condo. World class skiing at Winter Park Resort is only a 15-minute drive (see below for important info on the 20/21 ski season). A local shuttle picks up a half-block away and drops you right at the base. Devils Thumb is 15 minutes; Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are 45. After a day enjoying the outdoors, enjoy a home cooked meal in a gourmet kitchen, have a beer and sit on the indoor swinging chairlift, watch HBO, Netflix or any channel on the amazing curved TV and then, sit in the hot tub and enjoy the sunset over Byers Peak. The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a gorgeous wood bunk bed, with a full sized mattress on top and bottom. There’s even a small toddler bed for the littlest ones - complete with a light up star map they can gaze upon as they drift to sleep. The guest room also has a desk with monitor in case you must (gasp!) actually work. Guest bathroom boasts a jet tub in case the hot tub didn’t relax you enough! The living room has a curved 65” 4K TV with a full suite of entertainment options: cable, Netflix, Amazon, HBO. The couch is Italian Leather. A natural gas stove keeps the space toasty through the coldest nights…but so does the radiant, in-floor heating. The complex has plenty of parking around the unit. We do have an attached garage but it is not available for guest. The condo is only 1/4 mile from the Fraser/Winter Park bike path. You can ride your bike or take a 15-minute walk to Safeway (grocery store), Rocky Mountain Roastery (coffee), Sharky’s (amazing breakfast joint), Fraser River Beer Co and Fraser Valley Distilling. Thanks for the look!

We had the privilege to stay at Gabe's place this past March for a fun filled month of skiing, sledding, hot tubbing and other winter fun. Gabe was very communicative and helpful during our stay and we are thankful he was willing to share his home with us so we could make new memories in Fraser/Winter Park. The only note for families is to know that it's not baby proofed, we knew this going in and brought some outlet plugs and some of those cheap holders that lock cabinet doors and were good to go!

We recently stayed at Gabe's place for a ski trip and it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and well stocked, plus Gabe is an awesome communicator and quickly responds to any issues. I will say that while the capacity is listed at 8 people, the unit comfortably sleeps 4 and you can make 6 work , but 8 adults would be a tight fit. Thanks Gabe for a great stay!

Fantastic location and quiet. Tubing hill near by was great. This cozy and comfy place is very nice to come back to after a day on the mountains. I’m a big fan of the heated floors!

Overall: We enjoyed this ground floor condo filled with mountain charm (old chairlift in living room was a hit with the kids, multiple deer making their way through the field/slopes behind unit); great setup and accommodations for a family with 2 kids - even had a toddler bed! Location: We've enjoyed multiple stays in this part of Fraser - good access to hiking trails, restaurants in Winter Park/Tabernash/Fraser/Granby, new community developments. We enjoy the lower profile the area maintains compared to other popular mountain towns. Hosts: This property is managed by the owner/owner's family which was a nice change for us as we had worked with various short term rental property management groups in the past. The hosts were communicative and quick to respond to issues we raised. Drawbacks: there's a train track ~1 mile away which has regular freight traffic (3-4x trains per night). A little bit of window opening/closing seemed to do the trick to reduce the trains' chances of waking us up in the middle of the night.

We had an amazing experience. Plenty of room for us and our three daughters. The condo was well furnished, very clean, and in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub, proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park. Our host was very prompt in responding to any questions and the rental process was effortless. Would stay with them again!
