The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, pans, and spices. The condo was very clean as well. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had enough space to spread out. The location was great as well with easy access to shopping and great restaurants!

We had a nice staycation in Winter Park at this location. Very quiet - considering we were sharing walls with neighbors, we did not hear them at all! Close enough to the slopes to get ski time every day. The ONLY thing we wish we would have considered was this place is up a large flight of stairs and made for many trips to unload and load the car. It was a bonus to have the coffee shop downstairs for a morning treat now and again.

Great location. Close to good restaurants, easy access to free transportation to the mountain, and awesome hot tub. The condo is well stocked and the kitchen has everything you need. Great option for families or couples with dogs.

Clean, beautifully decorated, modern, well equipped condo. Spacious. Convenient location except that our first night there the live music at the restaurant across the parking lot/next door made it difficult to go to sleep before 10:30 pm. The other nights were fairly quiet. Would stay there again.

When booking this unit The company had it listed like there was a private hot tub that came with the unit and there was special instructions for the use of the private hot tub and upon arrival there was no private hot tub. So we decided we would try out the community hot tub and it was cold and not working our entire stay. The unit is located over businesses so throughout our stay we had people from those businesses that would park in our parking spot and they was not very nice about it when we would ask them to move so we could park. The Mad Adventure (business directly below our unit) white shuttle buses would always park in the middle of the parking lot and in our parking spot, making it difficult to get in and out of our parking spot.

The condo is full of light and has high ceilings, which makes it feel even more spacious. The hallway bunks were super practical and more private than I expected. We enjoyed the hot tub at across the parking lot and the ski shop on the first floor of the building has lattes and espresso. Parking was easy. This is a great property and I'd rent it again.

Perfect location!!
This loft is located within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and venues. The views are beautiful. This is a corner unit and with the windows open the fresh air sufficiently cooled the unit in the summer. Communication with property management was great. Would definitely stay again. The only critique I would say is the bedrooms are small. It was just two of us and our small Corgi and we had sufficient room. Loved that this was pet-friendly!!

Hot tub not available
Due to Covid the HOA is not maintaining or making hot tub available. This was misleading on listing since it advertised the property to have a hot tub. Large windows in condo badly needed cleaning. Otherwise the condo is beautiful, comfortable and clean.

Beautiful condo in a great location
This is our second stay in the Hideaway Station luxury lofts. We loved the end unit with a ton of sunlight coming in. Beautifully decorated condo in a very convenient location near shops and restaurants.

4 Stars: great accommodations and very responsive staff
We were so ready for a safe and socially distanced getaway from our small pandemic-mandated world. We love Winter Park so our first instinct was to look at the major online accommodation rental sites I'm sure you know. With just a little more research we found Winter Park Escapes. They were literally the same places we were looking at but for hundreds of dollars less expensive. When we arrived, we found the unit mostly as advertised: lovely decor, great location, comfortable king bed, etc. Granted we are discriminating so there were a few minor issues. Since our safety plans dictated that we prepared all of our meals in, some of these issues mattered. E.g. the kitchen was missing some functional items like dish soap, dish towels, cup measure set and measuring spoons. E.g. the kitchen large picture window looked out on a restaurant parking lot and there was no way to close the blind so we were on display in a fishbowl. E.g. *all* the windows were unlocked and many needed cleaning. E.g. There were no instructions for any of the technology like the Bluetooth speaker or the electronic fireplace. E.g. The cleaning in between renters was not deep enough. There was lots of dust on baseboards and on vents, and there was cooking grease on cabinets over the range and there was dog food in the floor. Finally, this is a preference more than functional but we thought it would have been appropriate to have a welcome binder with a greeting letter, instructions and guide to local amenities, services and attractions. We've found this feature in many other rentals over the years and found them very helpful - and it made the place stand out for future visits.
So... in spite of the minor issues we found we give full credit to the staff who were very responsive to our alerting them to the afore mentioned issues and they resolved them all within 12 hours. Well done! In summary, we would definitely go back happily. Winter Park Escapes has very nice accommodations. Our only wish is that especially in the pandemic age we live in, cleanliness is a peer of godliness and going the extra mile is not just a bonus, its vital.

Winter Park gem!
This property had everything you could want. We were within walking distance from a grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, and a restaurant. We went snowmobiling one of our days there and the check in for that was right below us. The condo was so cute and trendy an meet all of our groups needs! I do wish the hot tub was opened. I didn't see on their site where that was closed bc of covid. But overall, great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone going to winter park!

First of all, I want to say that the location was terrific and within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery, etc. There are just a few things that I wish would have been more clear in the listing and that I would have been aware of.
I will agree with a previous guest that the property is in need of a serious cleaning and some maintenance. I wish I could attach photos to this review, but there were dirty footprints going up the walls where a previous child had tried to climb the walls, the ceiling fans were caked with dust, baseboards, doors, etc.
The "free fun" vouchers that are advertised as included are not what it seems. You will receive only 1 free pass per day for your group and the rest of the party must pay full price for their admission.
The listing says "home theater smart TV's" but there is only 1 TV in the home.
The parking outside the home is not "covered" as stated. There is a public parking garage nearby, but not convenient to this property.
There are no board games at the loft. There were a couple decks of cards, but all were missing pieces.
Overall, our stay was fine and we enjoyed our time, but I just wish I would have known exactly what to expect so I could have prepared and packed what we needed.

Awesome stay
This property was beautiful. They provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay (all the little details did not go unnoticed). I was there during the slow season (October) and it was beautiful. The location of the property was perfect, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The inside of the place was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Great Location
This place is lovely and in a terrific location. The only down side is that it's in need of a deep cleaning. To be clear, most things like the dishes and beds were clean. It was more the walls, baseboards, doors, etc. that are in desperate need for cleaning. Wasn't a huge deal since everything else was great, but was worth losing 1 star.

GREAT Location + Very clean / well kept loft!!
My family recently stayed at Hideaway Station Loft # 1 for a family get-a-way and had a great experience! The check in process was extremely easy, the loft was clean & beautiful (our daughter loved the bunk beds!), and it was in the best location- you can walk pretty much everywhere downtown Winter Park!

Hideaway 1
This property in WinterPark CO was beautiful and perfectly situated in the heart of town. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to. Beds were comfortable, space was well thought out and upstairs was quiet for kids sleeping while adults were up downstairs. Very clean and well maintained.

Great location, responsive management company
We had a great stay here. The location was only a few minutes’ drive from the ski mountain. The property itself is extremely modern and clean, and had everything we needed for a family of four. When we discovered that the refrigerator wasn’t working properly, the management company brought a new one over immediately and helped us transfer everything from the old to the new refrigerator. The keyless entry app on our phones worked flawlessly for us. There is ample room in the hallway for boot storage. Unfortunately the building does not yet have ski storage but we understand they are working on that. The hot tub was nice as well, we just wish it was in the same building (it is in a building across the parking lot from this one). We loved that the property is within walking distance of multiple grocery stores and restaurants. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Cozy and Chic!
We loved our stay here which was so convenient to all necessities and activities! It was beautiful, comfortable (heated floors!) and had no issues. We didn’t use the gas grill on the patio but there were left over onions left on the grill and ground from a previous guest that housekeeping missed. A couple of the Pully’s to the window shades were broke but still functional.
We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway
Loft was on perfect location for skiing, close to restaurants and shuttle, and shopping. It exceeded our expectations and more. The hot tub was amazing. The radiant heat and fireplace kept us comfortable throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Loft #1 - the unit is very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and close to the shuttle bus.
My only complaint is that the refrigerator wasn't working when we got there. We called management and they said they would send someone but at that time maintenance was busy shoveling. Over 24 hours later we never had anyone stop by so all of our food that we spent quite a bit of money on spoiled.

New loft in heart of Winter Park. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping. Nice loft with great kitchen and views of area. Sleeps 4 adults and two kids with ease.

Hard to leave
It was hard to leave Hideaway station unit 1, and let me tell you why. First of all, it's location cannot be any more convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and easy access to the lift/bus service offers no need to get on the car! Secondly, we fell in love with it the style of the unit the minute we walked in . The condo is stunning, it offers a ton of natural light with its large windows - when snowing you actually feel like your in a snow globe! The kitchen is amazingly beautiful, fully equipped and has room for everyone to get involved or hang out. Also the staff was responsive to our technical needs regarding the fireplace- Tks Kyle & Jonathan. Upstairs you will find more room to relax & unwind with two full bathroom with radiant heat floors.
All I can say we is we were truly spoiled and found it extremely hard to leave but we will return!
