This family-friendly Winter Park condo, located in Hi Country Haus features a full kitchen, two bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom with king size bed and the other contains two bunk beds suitable for both children and adults. Pack n Play crib available. The main living area has two queen size sleeper sofas. The kitchen includes refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. Amenities include a washer/dryer in the condo, plus an additional washer/dryer on the first floor of the condo building. A wood burning fireplace, storage for ski's, outdoor seating with views of the Fraser river and the mountains of Colorado! This unit is 940 sq/ft, recently updated with new floors and furniture. The bar area that separates the kitchen and living room seats 3 while the kitchen has seating for 6. Cable TV and Wifi are provided, an extra HDMI cable is available for anyone who wants to plug in additional devices. The Winter Park shuttle service, The Lift, stops directly outside the building. Located on the blue line simply walk downstairs, board the free shuttle and be whisked away to the slopes! Ideal in several ways, with the Fraser river and trail just outside the front door, and Downtown Winter Park a short walk away with many shops and restaurants. Guests have access to the Hi Country Haus recreational center which offers an indoor swimming pool, two indoor hot tubs, an outdoor hot tub, workout room, indoor kids play corner, lounge with pool table, big screen tv, couches and a large fireplace, as well as an outdoor covered picnic area and playground. Additional laundry facility also available. No pets, no smoking please.

My adult daughter and I stayed for 4 nights to go skiing at Winter park. It was a great time. The condo worked very well. Very clean unit and the check in was easy with the code to the door. The rec building was close and very clean with 3 nice hot tubs that felt very good at the end of the day. The public bus system made it very easy to not have a car. I would just say be warned that the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but we had a great time.

Very clean and convenient place to stay. We really appreciated the kid friendly set up with bunk beds and some books/toys. Close to both downhill and cross country ski areas. We would stay again.

The unit was well maintained and the interior had all the essentials we needed and more. Family members had other units in Winter Park and Fraser; we comfortably hosted Christmas dinner for 11 in our unit. We recommend this VRBO. Ron H.

This is a beautiful area with great views out of the all of the windows! Everything was clean and comfortable! The bus to the ski area is super convenient. It’s a great spot for a little weekend getaway or for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The property was exactly as advertised perfect for our family. We had a party of 8 ranging from the age of 5-18 plus 2 adults. The property was located in a great area right in the heart of all the activities. We had the free shuttle transportation right outside which worked out great. It was an overall great experience. I had great communication with the owners they answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you!!

We checked into our 3rd floor VRBO last Monday. It was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located to town and the ski resort. There were 7 of us and the sofas were comfortable and accommodated all of us, especially after a long days of skiing! We really enjoyed the FP! The kitchen had everything we needed to make home cooked meals. There was no ski or board storage that we could find so plan for keeping them in your vehicle. Great location.

Only down fall was finding out that the community center and pool were closed for maitence, after booking the rental. However, the owners were apologetic and offered to cancel free of charge. This was a great stay, very clean, well organized, washer and dryer in unit was clutch, bus stop right out front of the building. I would book again and highly recommend to friends. The owners always provided rapid responses of any questions.

My family of 4 just stayed there over christmas break. The condo was well laid out and very roomy. There was lots of room in the kitchen for groceries, cooking and eating. The location was great and getting to the mountain was easy. I would definitely look to stay there again if I return.

This place was fantastic for our family of five. From the moment you step in, the place felt warm and inviting and very clean! There are 2 sets of bunk beds for kids which they loved, and even a few toys for them to play with. The location was fantastic just a short 10 min drive to ski and downtown was about 5 min. The owners were very accommodating when we need to modify our stay. I would highly recommend staying here for you next trip to Winter Park!

We have stayed in Hi-Country Haus condos many times. By far, this is the best condo we've had. It is larger than most and better stocked. It is set up for the comfort of home, from portable outdoor chairs and cooler to the large variety of cookware. The location is walking distance to town. The area is quiet, except that the creek was a bit noisy for sleeping because of all the snow and rain this year. But, the view of the creek is wonderful. The owners responded quickly to all of our communication throughout the entire process, from reservation to checkout. We hope to stay again next year.
