The main-floor is the primary gathering place with large kitchen, dining room/living room (separated by 2-sided fireplace), back deck, full bathroom, TV, and stereo surround sound. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and TV. A large family room with flat-screen TV, 4th bedroom with queen Bed, 5th bedroom with 2 twin beds, and full bathroom is located in the walk-out lower level. The ski lift and hot tub is just outside the glass door. We stayed off season, so there were a few things that needed attention when we arrived, but communication with the owner was great! The space was perfect for a group and we enjoyed our stay.

There was plenty of space and the location was good: close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood wasn't very crowded during our late July stay, which was nice. There were plenty of local trails for hiking and running. The grocery store 5m away was really convenient.

We enjoyed our stay so much. There were 8 of us. Plenty of space. The teens hung out in the basement while us adults gathered on the main floor. Loved the large dining table. The place was so well stocked. Much appreciated as we’ve stayed at other rentals that barely had a thing. The drive in and out of the neighborhood was beautiful. Most of the places we visited were about 25-30 min drive away. Not bad considering the more remote location. All in all, highly recommend! Oh, and the hot tub was great! Thank you!

My son went fishing at the lake and caught a record break trout 22nd and 36". Fireworks, parade, horseback riding all fun. Loved the well equipped kitchen!!!! I'm very senior and would have liked a railing on front steps. Our son left clothes in dryer please donate to a charity. We will return again! Special place for family!!

Great place but the maids need to dust, and the bbq needs cleaning. Outdoor furniture is not comfortable so a few outdoor pillows would help. On the other hand, it was very comfortable inside and the views were beautiful in the evening.

Great place for our small family reunion! The dining area was perfect for all of us. And, we loved the setup of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very spacious. The 3 levels worked out very well with 4 different families. The house was large and clean. Had a nice front porch, the back porch was a little small. The house was well stocked and in a good location. The hot tub was an added bonus. Nice laundry room and 2 sided fireplace. Parking is good for a couple of vehicles but could be challenging for several vehicles. There is not much of a yard for activities and other houses very pretty close. This location would be great for skiers. Overall we had a great time at the property it was a much needed relaxing time. The City Market, liquor store, McDonalds and Subway were a short drive away approx. 2 miles. Close to neighboring towns about a 15 minute drive to Grand Lake and Winter Park. Thank you Paul for allowing us to stay in your home.

We have spent many trips to Granby Ranch and this was the best. The location was perfect and the home mental of our needs. We were even lucky enough to see seven deer each night come to the neighbors and help themselves to their bird feeder.

The property is in a fantastic location. The ski in ski out and hot tub are the two biggest features that made us choose this house. The kitchen and all of the amenities that you would need however, upon arrival, there was no hand soap & no paper towels, so we had to go out and purchase those. Additionally, I think the linens could use an upgrade as they were stained and threadbare; other than that we had a fantastic time and would stay there again.

Stayed here with 8 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of space and loved the location on the ski slope! Owner was quick to respond to a couple of questions, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We have been coming to Granby to ski for 5+ years and this was one of our favorite properties in terms of location and layout. Right off Kicking Horse lift made it easy for our kids and family to stop for lunch. Great space for all our gear right off the front deck and the hot tub was an added bonus! We have already booked our weekend for next season.

We stayed here because we were up for a wedding at Grandby Ranch. The proximity to the wedding and other friends staying up there was wonderful! We stayed here with another family and it was very comfortable and it had everything we needed! We couldn't figure out how to use the tv in the main floor bedroom, however, that was not a big deal.

This was a nice house and worked well with family. 3 levels, one for each family group for sleeping. Home was well equipped. Location was beautiful and not far from jeeping roads, lakes, hiking and gorgeous views including sunsets.

We stayed with a couple of families and there was plenty of room for all of us. Please note that although this is in Grandby Ranch, the property doesn't have access to the pool facility. That was our fault for assuming all properties in Grandy Ranch included the pool.

This property was perfect for our 3 groups. My parents who need their space from the crazy kids took the basement. The other two levels were perfect for the rest of us. This property was clean and had everything we needed, especially to make our big family meals. And the neighborhood was great for walks and letting the kids run around. We also enjoyed a lift ride, a lawn concert, and food at Granby Ranch which was a very short distance from the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay - it made our small family reunion very special.

We have stayed several different places in Granby Ranch over the years. This was by far our favorite location! We had our 3 grown children and their husband/boyfriend/girlfriend, an 18 month old and our sons finance’s parents staying at the house. They got engaged on the hill next to the house on this trip. It was a beautiful location and very convenient to Kicking Horse lift. We could ski back to the house for lunch daily which saved a lot of money. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This house had a great location for skiing in and out and had plenty of space for our family of 12. We will definitely consider this house again for our next visit.
