Located in Granby, this lovely house for $567 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Large home with Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Outdoor Kitchen, located in Granby Ranch, Ski Granby Ranch Resort, right on the Headwaters Golf Course. This is a gorgeous new home in Granby Ranch, situated right on the Golf Course! The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain within short distances of the home, and also at Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. The three lakes, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake, are all within a 30 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, biking, golfing, fishing, all types of boating, and much more. The home sleeps comfortably 14 people in beds. This is a 3 level home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, deck, two living areas, and a loft with a queen futton! Two master bedrooms on the main level - one has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. The lower level has two additional bedrooms: one has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with 2 full sized beds. The bunk beds can sleep 4 kids, 2 on the bottom and 2 on top. There is also a queen air mattress in the storage room downstairs. The home offers and exceptional outdoor patio which includes a Hot Tub, Gas Fire Pit, and an Outdoor Bar and Grill! The front and back patio of the house are equipped with a Snow Melt System which will melt the snow automatically! Community pool is available now, but you must purchase a day pass for $10 fee per person, per day. The location of this home gives you easy access to the best of Colorado mountains: Skiing at Granby Ranch, golfing at Headwaters Golf Course, boating at Lake Granby, hiking hundreds of miles of trails with amazing views of the Continental Divide, and fly fishing on Fraser River. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances in Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more! Home suited our needs. House was not impeccably clean, was a little dusty and we had no dish towels or dish cloths to wash dishes/clean up with. We loved the view.

This location is very near granby ranch, it's not walkable but a very short drive. Excellent views of the golf course. House is warm and inviting.

We had such a blast at this property for thanksgiving. It was totally big enough for 12 people. The home is cozy and in a gorgeous area. We loved using the hot tub and going for walks in neighborhood. The views are incredible and the property manager was great at communicating. The kitchen has a lot of cookware that made our Thanksgiving possible! There is a loft area that totally counts as another bedroom if you need the space.

Dirty sheets, pots and dishes dirty in the sink. Basically, the place was left like the last renters left it. Disgusting. Tried to reach the manager, but no call or returned email. As were we’re leaving to get a hotel room, the cleaning crew showed up. We decided to stay and we helped clean the kitchen with them. They were very apologetic and we understood it wasn’t their fault. Overall the place was good but the communication was zero when things went bad. Just a heads up to the owner.

house was exactly as pictured; amenities were more than we could have imagined...perfect size and layout for 3 adult kids and daughter in law, my husband and myself and 17 month old granddaughter; will definitely book again. Only glitch were directions; probably would be easier for guests to turn into grandby ranch (sic) then continue on

The house was spacious and suited our need. However, a few things needed to be updated or fixed. The cleaning crew did not do a thourogh job cleaning prior to our arrival. Overall we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay in Granby!! The location of this property was absolutely perfect for our group. The views were beautiful. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 children. The outdoor fireplace was a perfect bonus. This home was very nice and clean with all the dishes and amenities we needed to be comfortable. The only minor complaint was that the trash (in the large receptacle in the garage) was already quite smelly and made it nearly unbearable to go into garage right when we got there. Everything else was top notch!!
