Nestled in Garden City, this lovely house for $1,281 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Golf Cart rental is available: 1 day $200; 2 days - $235; 3 days - $275; 4 days - $315; 5 days - $355; 6 days - $375; 7 days - $400. REQUEST MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO BOOKING PROPERTY. 919 N Waccamaw Drive, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 (Nine Blocks North of Garden City Pier) The pool is NOT heated. When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Should a group misrepresent itself, or fail to comply, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid. Ocean View - Located just steps from the ocean approximately one-half mile North of Garden City Pier. It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed. It has three additional bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen bed, one with two full size beds, and one with two queen beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. It has granite countertops, a large breakfast serve island, dishwasher and microwave. YOU MAY DECLINE THE LINEN PACKAGE. Please tell us in your quote request so we can remove the charge. Plenty of parking under the property. TV in every room. Free Wi-Fi. Private hot tub. Private salt water pool Maximum occupancy 14 adults. Full size washer and dryer. Three decks with rocking chairs off of both master suites and off of the living area. Well equipped kitchen. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Outdoor living area offers patio with vibrant flowering shrubs and enclosed with a privacy fence for peaceful quite enjoyment. GREAT LOCATION... Walk half a mile to Garden City Pier and its surrounding amenities which offer family entertainment, shopping, food, fishing, refreshments and more. GARDEN CITY BEACH: Known as the FAMILY BEACH, Garden City is located less than five miles from Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row & Marshwalk, and approximately 8 miles to the Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall and Broadway at the Beach. The area also offers a variety of grocery stores, shops, golf courses, amusement parks and so much more. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.

This was a nice property with comfortable space for several families. It was nice to have a bathroom associated with every bedroom and a dining table with room for 12 people. The neighborhood is very dense but we enjoyed being close to the beach. Communication with management was easy--every question I asked was promptly answered. The one wish we had was that the front door operated by code as compared to keys.

The property is in a great location but had some issues. The trash from previous tenant was left in main bins outside (lots of flies). The grout in all bathrooms (floors) needs to be redone. Some Dishes in cabinets were not cleaned. Unfortunately, we saw roaches in the kitchen. We loved the size and location of the property. Our family of 9 had plenty of room!!! With a little overhall (grout cleaning, wiping dirty doors, repairing blinds, window covering in master bathroom, throughly cleaning entire floors ..they were sticky) and perhaps a pest control contract .. this place could be perfect. We also appreciate the basket of supplies (trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap, etc) from the owner to get us through the 1st night. If you are staying for an extended time period.. id def recommend the golf cart. It was fun to watch all the carts ride pass from the deck.

This place was great...we'll be back. My only complaint would be that I wish they would have had some extra things...like beach stuff, board games, some basic spices, etc. The place has no extras like that. But it was clean, great location, and the golf cart is a necessary add-on.

We had a great time in Garden City. The home is located close to the beach and stores. We loved having access to the golf cart. The home was clean and was spacious enough for all. We enjoyed the pool and balcony. Check in was easy and communication was great about the property.

My friends and I took a trip to SC and found this property. The owners and caretaker were so communicative, and the whole process was very simple as far as check in goes. Property was clean, close to the beach, and had all the amenities we were looking for. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This property was great for our family vacation! Huge house, very clean, private pool… it was everything we hoped for. The beach access was right across the street which was great since we had several young kids. I would highly suggest renting the golf cart as well because the area is very golf cart friendly and it really came in handy. Would definitely recommend this property.

During this first visit to the Myrtle Beach area, each member of my extended family of 10 was impressed by the well-maintained Sea Wash property that offered lots of amenities, easy access to the beach (second row, but you have to cross a two-lane road), and, best of all, excellent service from the property managers.
The listing and photos are accurate. However, note that there is noise from the road and nearby properties that can bother young children / light sleepers.

Several cockroaches! Broken window latches so no security. Construction building a home 10’ away from windows, literally. Pounding and tools all day with no disclosure of construction in renting process. Working painted next door with sprayer and sprayed paint all over our vehicles (overspray). Picked up construction debris flying into pool and yard all week. Pool was not fun because tools were being ran all week. Upon arrival after a 12 hour trip you show up to sheets for all the beds in laundry bags at the front door and zero toilet paper in all 6 bathrooms. 1 roll of TP and 1 roll of paper towel on kitchen counter. This was not disclosed until check in so we spent the first 3 hours upon arrival making beds and getting back into the car to get TP. Wild. Several papers with “Or else” threats instead of welcoming letters. You have to take trash out to curb or a fine, you have to take laundry out or fine, dishes done or fine, sweep or fine. One of the more unsettling things was the threat of fines of house having damage……the house has plenty upon arrival. Doors don’t latch, water spots, countertops cracked, walls dented, scratched and again windows that don’t have functional latches. I’m plain shocked. First review I’ve ever written but this place is a disappointment thats only success is the tourism not the management. Pretty Bad experience filled with a ton of work maintaining property and jumping over cockroaches. Have fun.

We had a great weekend at this home. There was plenty of room for 11 ladies especially loved having a bathroom off each bedroom. Enjoyed the pool, hottub and steps away from the beach.

Great property and location. Easy beach access. The home has everything you need for large gatherings. Enough pots, pans and dishes to cook a Thanksgiving meal with refrigerators to store it all afterwards. Easy grocery shopping access. Hot tub and grill were great amenities. Owner provided a great little welcome basket of toilet tissue, garbage bags and dish liquid. It was great because I would have needed to make a immediate store run (I forgot them). Pool was great but may need a little maintenance and the kids said their feet hurt when in it and one got a scratch. Overall really no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was exactly as advertised, or better. I can't think of any single thing I would change. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the property was very clean. We had more than enough space for 8 adults. Made for a great week in Myrtle!

We had four couples and the accommodations were fabulous. It was just as described in the listing and then some. We cooked and we’re able to all be comfortable. Plenty of space for each couple. The owner was great to deal with, easy check in and they were very responsive to any need that we had. Location was great. We will def be back!

Our overall experience was great, there was issues with power outages but it was handled swiftly and professional. We didn't make it to the beach due to the cold weather but it created stronger bonds within our family since it was to cold for outdoor activities. Would definitely rent this property again but in the warmer part of the year.

We lived everything about the Sea Walsh beach house, there was 10 of us and we had so much space , everyone had own bedroom and bathroom , three refrigerators !!!!! Close to everything! Most of us just enjoyed the beach house and the pool! Everyone at murles inlet did a great job cleaning the streets etc from the hurricane!!

We stayed at the Sea Wash Property, it was clean and spacious. It was just as described on VRBO. The only drawback is the stairs. The Hot Tub was wonderful, the pool was fantastic, we all loved the Hot Tub and the Pool! We grilled out and had to ask for another tank, the Property Manager was there less than 10 minutes with another tank. The front porch was a fun gathering place at night to sit and talk while rocking and feeling the cool breeze. Less than 5 minutes to the beach; which was awesome!!!! Thank you so much for an enjoyable and memorable vacation!!!

This is our first time staying at Sea Wash but about our 3rd or 4th stay in their properties and we always come back satisfied with our time there. I think I've said this in all the other reviews I've posted for these properties, but the convenience of having a bathroom in every single bedroom is something that is simply very hard to beat especially for a large group like ours. Plus having your own private pool and backyard is also ideal. The beds are comfortable, the access to the beach is just steps away, spacious living room and bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen. Communication with the property manager is prompt and easy. Just a very minor observation is the cleaning part, some of the dressers in the bedrooms were dusty and we also found some snacks/drinks trash under the beds. But overall, the property does deliver and caters to most of your needs during your stay. We will continue being repeat renters for as long as we continue choosing Murrels Inlet as our vacation destination.

Property was a great place for our family vacation. Check-in and communication was easy with no issue, property was clean and ready when promised. We really loved having the private pool and hot tub with public beach access so close it was perfect. Property manager came by during our stay to check in to see if we needed anything and to make sure the pool and hot tub had enough water. Really enjoyed the stay and are making plans to return next year.

Sea Wash was the perfect house for our girls trip! Great location, spacious, comfortable beds (no bunk beds for an adult trip was a plus!!). We have nothing but great things to say about this house and would absolutely stay again! The living room furniture has been updated from the photos and is very comfortable and the large table was perfect for accommodating a large group. Communication with the owner was quick and easy as well. We did notice that the house was lacking a cutting board, but it is such a minor detail compared to all the things we loved!
