Located on the prime lake of Greer's Ferry. There is always something to do and with this location you will always be close to the action. The cabin is the top unit of a two unit building, with lake views from the two story windows and a large covered deck, with seating and a gas grill. You are sure to have a relaxing stay. If you don't feel like taking your boat out, the dock makes a great swim area with a ladder for easy access in and out of the lake. This spacious cabin has two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft bedroom upstairs. Bedroom one has a king bed with private bathroom, including a tub/shower unit. Bedroom two has another king bed and adjoins the hall bath including a tub/shower unit. The upstairs loft also has a king size bed. The laundry is off the hall on the main floor and includes a full size washer and dryer. The two story living room boasts a rock fireplace and cedar beams, giving you that relaxing, at home feeling. This cabin was designed to be a home away from home, and I am sure you will love it as much as we do.

My family wanted a quiet escape from the normally chaotic and loud New Year's festivities. This was perfect with great porch views and a short walk to the lake. No light pollution that offered crystal clear views of the night's sky. And the wonderful communities of Greers Ferry and Heber Springs made is ready to return for the next season. The condo is immaculately clean, comfortable, and has everything a group needs for their trip.

Great place to stay. Very beautiful scenery. Only issue is the property said it was a 4 minute walk to the Little Red River. This is incorrect. Also a lot of close restaurants were shutdown or closed.

We loved this condo, having 3 king sized beds is the way to go! Everything was clean, the house was stocked with adequate towels, dishes, etc. The boat slip made it so easy to get on the water and off whenever we wanted! We definitely will book this place again!

Pictures were accurate. The deck was what we enjoyed the most. It was a sister trip and we ate all our meals on the deck. It was busy on Friday and Saturday night but they couple that lived in one condos keep everybody quieted down. Had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time ! The cabin is beautiful… we stayed on second level which the view of lake was gorgeous. Being able to fish off the dock was fun for my grandsons. We’ve already booked another stay in July!

We had a wonderful time even though the weather was chiller than expected. Lots of great places to hike in the area. You do need to either bring your dvds for kids to watch tv upstairs or your own Roku device.

We stayed almost a week, the place is clean, had the basics and was easy to find and park.. the checkout is less effort than others and the house was great for our family of adults and kids. The only con: the condo under this one is loud, there were a few people staying there with kids, we could hear them talking, kids running and baby crying all day and at night. I’m a very light sleeper so possible I’m being picky but you can def hear the neighbors inside the house. Otherwise, great and we would stay again..

Such a beautiful, luxurious home with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedding was like staying at 4 star resort and the bathrooms had thick plush towels. The living room was comfortable and spacious seating. Outside deck is just as you would imagine. If you like bringing your boat to fish or ski, this is your place. The boat slip and dock was conveniently located. The television was perfectly located for serious football watching., Kick back on the leather couch and enjoy. For the chefs in your group, perfect kitchen with plenty of pots and pans. Thoroughly enjoyed. Was a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Thank you

Let me just say this was the greatest place ever. The peace and quiet was my fav part. The condo is phenomenal and the neighbors are even better. There was a hound dog named Hank that I adored as well. The home was so clean, the beds were SO comfy I didn't want to get out of them. The view was just as beautiful as the condo. I will DEFINITELY book again and again and again....I'm a simple life kind of gal and it was just that. Thank you and God bless!!

Everything was great and exactly as pictured! It was Very clean and it is in perfect location. Close to town and having a boat slip for the weekend was nice. We Loved sitting on the deck after being on the lake all day! Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing to know is to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent if planning to do laundry. Not a big deal at all especially with how convenient to town it is! Thank you for a great weekend!! The kids also loved the neighborhood dog Hank!

We had the best time ever! This house had everything we needed. Such a beautiful view, such easy access to the boat slip. Washer and dryer was really nice, we could wash and dry our beach towels everyday. Close to stores and restaurants but we were able to cook several meals...kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We will be back!

Anniversary trip geared toward my hubby’s love of fishing. Weather didn’t cooperate but we still were able to fish some, relax and just unwind! Great location close to Devils Fork to launch the boat then we were able to just walk to the boat slip to get in the boat the rest of the time! We ate out at some really great places too! Jansens and Round Rock Diner! Highly recommend! The Condo was perfect and decorated nicely! Very comfortable beds as well!! Porch has nice view of the lake complete with nice seating and BBQ grill! Will definitely stay again and bring friends to enjoy!!

This house is perfect! Close to the water the boat slip was amazing and saved so much time not having to launch the boat every morning. Well stocked with everything you will need! We will definitely be staying at this house again.

I rented this cabin for my family. Things did not go as planned and the owners went out of their way to make sure my family got everything they needed. Everyone was super nice and would do anything for you. We definitely will be renting this cabin again. Very nice place and had a covered dock for your boat!
