Whether your coming to visit your kids at the U of A or escaping the winter Elements, We are certain that you will enjoy your stay in our Tastefully Remodeled Bungalow. Everything has been updated, from kitchen to decor with modern amenities, while still maintaining the charm of a Southwest Home. 1100 sq ft of living space and New Hardwood floors throughout. We have Thought of everything !!! --- full kitchen, all new linens, blow dryer, iron, washer / dryer - patio set - everything you could need for a long or short stay ! Bedrooms - Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closet ( one is a standard closet, the other is a walk-in ) and a chest of drawers and sitting chair. Extra linens are available in the closet for both beds, along with extra pillows and comforters. Also available are cot style beds for extra guests. GUEST ACCESS Guest have access to the entire house, lovely front porch, fully fenced in back yard, and carport for free off street covered parking. The carport provides covered parking for 1. There is space alongside house to park an RV though not covered). Dryer and washer included as well- GUEST INTERACTION We live in in the same neighborhodd, so we've available as miuch or as little as needed. . That being said, we enjoy privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out to us with questions, we will happily leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If you need us, we're happy to share our knowledge of the neighborhood and help you find whatever you need in Tucson. Was a perfect get away for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Has everything needed for your stay. Park is a block away, fenced yard for our dogs. Very responsive is any questions were needing to be answered. Location was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Convenient and easy access to U of A. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space (although TV options were disappointing). Right near bike blvd and wonderful place for morning runs and walks. Backyard was great but could use some landscaping. Also did not realize there was a separate Apt on the property. The dogs nearby were loud. And the Vrbo listing promised a grill but sadly the only one was too old to work. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

The beds are comfortable and plenty of linens, towels and bedding (also paper products) are provided. The lounge area with 65 inch smart TV is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The yard is nicely landscaped with mature plantings. Taylor and Yuko are quick to respond to any questions. The property is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, Target etc.

I had stayed at one of Taylor and Yuko’s properties and had a great time :) There’s a large T.V in the living room, big beds, comfy couches, bright and clean bathroom, beautiful kitchen and so much more. It’s in a good, quiet neighborhood, but also towards the center of the town which is perfect. It was a very clean and neat rental and I would recommend it to anybody! They were also very helpful for any questions we had, and responded pretty quickly! 10/10 stay!

I was extremely impressed with this rental. The house was spotless, plenty of linens, good backyard and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had what we needed to get going. There was more toilet paper than you could possibly need. A rarity in vacation rentals. I had a minor request and the owner showed up immediately to address it. I highly recommend this home for a trip to Tucson.

Property was perfect for our son’s graduation weekend. Rented both the house and the casita. Both were in perfect condition with all the amenities we needed. Beautiful large backyard was a great place to spend quality family time together. Taylor always goes above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Lovely property with the comforts of home. Well-equipped kitchen and very nice upgraded bathroom. Great patio in backyard to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Couldn’t find any instructions on how to work the big screen television, otherwise a perfect stay!

We came into town for our first Covid-era outdoor show in downtown Tucson. We were traveling with our elderly, well-behaved dog and needed a place for him to do his business. This house worked out well for that but the furniture and beds weren't the most comfortable. The sofa was a sectional and all of the pieces separated constantly. The beds were acceptable for one, but not 2 normal sized adults. There were plenty of options to figure out a way to be comfortable, but it had to be worked through. The air conditioning was amazing though!

Stayed at this property when moving my child to college. It was great having a location with enough space to assemble furniture for her dorm. The laundry access was appreciated so we could wash her new towels and sheets before move-in too. The location was safe and convenient to campus.
