Nestled in Southold, this charming house for $1,239 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished,4 bedroom 3 bath property. ( The 3rd bathroom is located in the cabana and not available in the winter months )A fantastic summer place ..at the Peninsula of Hogs Neck, and the Apex of Cedar Beach and Paradise point. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed , 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed , 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and has a full bathroom with the second bathroom being in that room, 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs and cable. There is also a separate queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. This home comfortably sleeps 10 people, 8 adults max The spacious living room is furnished with a large sectional couch and also the queen size sleeper sofa .There is also a large flat screen tv in here as well. Off the living room is a bright and sunny sun room furnished with another sectional and flat screen tv. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything you will need , dishes, utensils, pots and pans. granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a large table with 6 chairs.(has an extra leaf to fit more seats) Out in the yard is a heated built in pool and cababna. The pool is open generally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.l The cabana has a window that opens up to a bar with barstool on the outside area. Inside the cabana is a full size oven, refrigerator. The washer and dryer are also located in the cabana. This house also comeswith a BBQ grill, plenty of outdoor seating. Situated on an acea with 250 feet on Cedar Creek . There is also a dock to fit a boat or jet skis etc. A great place to kayak, paddle board, go out in a canoe or row boat. You can also walk to the beautiful beach that is only about 200 yards away. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of sun and swimming along with all sorts of water and beach activities and later watch the sunset. Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as going into the town of Greenport with many great restaurants and shops. You can take a day fishing trip or ride the carousel. Take a ride over to Shelter Island via the ferry. Visit the wineries and local farm stands. This home is a wonderful place for families and friends to come and enjoy the essence of the North Fork.

Enjoyed the pool and the kayaks and walkable to the beach. Also enjoyed all the wildlife, blue crab, turtles, osprey, deer, wild turkeys, hawks. Lots to do with farms for apple and pumpkin picking, wineries, breweries and great fish markets/restaurants!

The property location was amazing. We crabbed, fished, kayaked and swam. The kids caught enough crabs to make a delicious dinner. The vacation was restful, quiet and great fun. Would love to do it again next year. We had a small problem while there and the host responded immediately and fixed the issue. Great service.

Our stay in this home was exactly what we needed! The host was more than accommodating to our last minute trip and was available any time we reached out. Inside the house was just enough to take a break from the sunshine. The bedrooms are separated, so everyone felt like they had their own sleeping area (which came in handy when our baby was up most nights. The rest of the family didn’t hear a thing). The sunroom was so relaxing in rain or shine. The outside was truly breath-taking. From the picturesque views of the bay to the relaxing and fun vibe in the pool, we spent every minute we could outside. The kayaks and paddle boards were fun to use and in great condition. The dock and lounge chairs were perfect for sipping morning coffee and watching the birds on the water. The Cabana has a working fridge, a stove, washer and dryer, and outlets for speakers, etc… This definitely added a fun touch to the outdoor space! Greenport was a quick drive and a great “day in town” for all ages. There was a nearby town center for anything we needed in a pinch, and some great restaurants mentioned in the host’s welcome binder. You can make this place a staycation or venture out to the surrounding towns and close-by wineries. Truly a spectacular stay!

We enjoyed your home. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Our granddaughter loved the pool. My son has a small boat and loved having a dock. The kayaks and paddle boards were also used. Perfect for 7 people. Thanks.

The property was in a beautiful location and was well maintained ( except for a bad ironing board and missing iron that was needed before a wedding). Only issue was the incorrect address listed on VRBO that delayed our arrival- the house is on Cedar Beach Rd and not Cedar Rd as listed.

We had a great week at this house. Lots for everyone in the family to do, including a short walk to the beach, heated pool, pool toys, stand up paddle, and kayaks, board games…truly something for everyone. The layout was great. The kids took over the sunroom to watch tv and play games, while the adults used the living room and outdoor seating areas for chatting. Having laundry available is a home run. Store, restaurants, and wineries are all within a 5-10 minute drive. The canal on which the house is situated is very private, and the neighbors were only at their property on the weekend, so we had a very quiet week. Overall I would heartily recommend this property. We had a great time!

The location was perfect. The house was clean and roomy. The property was ideal for the children to enjoy themselves. We loved the pool, using the kayaks on the canal and playing in the large yard. The cabana and fire pit were a plus. And, a nature lovers dream.

Our stay here with friends was great! The location is ideal as we were able to dock our boat here. The location is perfect - we really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the inlet. House was very comfortable with plenty of seating areas to hang out and relax. Especially loved the screened in sunroom!

This house was amazing. It was ten girls for a girls trip and everyone had a blast. The backyard is unreal. The pool is overlooking the water and you have a view of the water everywhere you look! We paddleboarded and had an awesome time. The tiki bar area is great too! The inside was super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate w as well. 5 stars!

What a fantastic home - spacious, clean and open. The outdoor living space is wonderful - inground pool was well maintained and lovely. The water in the back was bar none - we utilized the paddle board and kayaks for a fun day on the water. The home is secluded enough to enjoy in a relaxed environment but also a quick 15 minute (tops, possibly faster) to get into Greenport to enjoy all the shops and restaurants and local wineries in the neighboring towns. We throughly enjoyed the stay and would defintily return in the future!

This place is AMAZING!! The outdoor area is beautiful, sitting by the lake, kayaking and paddle boarding off the dock and floating in the pool by the cabana. The beach is also less than a 5 minute walk away and had the calmest waters. The inside of the house is decorated perfectly and everything was spotless. Local markets are convenient and have fresh produce every day, many also do delivery to the house or curbside pick-up. We will definitely be back! Thank you Alice and Gasper for being the most helpful hosts.

We stayed from mid-March to end of April in Danny’s house and had a great time. Everything is updated and the kitchen is fully stocked. We saw so many different birds on the little canal it was truly special. One note, the sunroom has only a netting and full shades but no glass windows. It is an amazing room for the summer months but quite chilly for spring. Danny was very responsive and helpful all the time. He was always reachable.
